The light tray can be reused for many times, and is washed with water as new. The existing plastic tray is a hard plastic tray, is fragile and easy to age, has short service life, and pollutes the environment after being discarded. The light pallet provided by the invention has long service life and is wear-resistant. Finally, the light tray is integrally pressed and formed, has no other connection, cannot damage supported objects, and is safe and reliable.
In order to increase the friction between the article and the panel 1, the panel 1 is cuboid; the top of the panel 1 is provided with a groove 3; the two adjacent groups of legs 2 are equally spaced.
Preferably, a plurality of cavities 4 extending from the supporting legs 2 to the panel 1 are arranged on one side of each supporting leg 2 far away from the panel 1, the distance between two adjacent cavities 4 in each supporting leg 2 is equal, and the cavities 4 are in a triangular prism shape.
The cavities 4 are arranged inside the legs 2, which further reduces the weight of the lightweight pallet.
According to the load capacity and the cargo transportation requirement of the light pallet, and the lifting capacity of a forklift is considered at the same time, the length of the panel 1 of the light pallet provided by the invention is 1400mm, the width of the panel is 1200mm, and the thickness of the panel is 60 mm; the height of the legs 2 is 100 mm.
The tray is prepared by the following steps:
s1, feeding the PMI foam material into a tray mold at 300 ℃ for shaping by utilizing water vapor with the pressure of 12MPa to obtain an integral tray;
s2, washing the tray die by water with the pressure of 10MPa to separate the whole tray from the tray die, and drying to obtain a tray substrate;
s3, mixing polyurea resin and PBO fibers according to a mass ratio of 1: 2, after mixing, spraying the mixture on the surface of a tray substrate to form a uniform fiber coating, thus obtaining the light tray.
The weight of the lightweight tray was 10.92 kg. The fork lift experiment shows that the light pallet has a limit load of 2359kg, a loaded flexibility value of 18mm and a residual flexibility value of 1.5 mm. Water absorption experiments prove that the light tray can prevent moisture and water. The fireproof test proves that the lightweight tray can prevent fire. Radioactivity test proves that the radioactivity of the product meets the national standard.
Examples 1-3 show that the lightweight pallet provided by the invention has light weight and strong bearing capacity. The lightweight tray is moisture-proof, waterproof and fireproof, and is nontoxic, harmless and good in environmental protection performance. The light tray has long service life, can be repeatedly used, can save resources and has energy saving property. The preparation method of the light pallet provided by the invention utilizes nontoxic and harmless materials, and the prepared light pallet has the advantages of light weight, strong loading capacity, environmental protection and energy conservation.

Claims (8)

1. A lightweight pallet, characterized by comprising a panel (1) and legs (2), said legs (2) being arranged at the bottom of said panel (1);
the supporting legs (2) are provided with a plurality of groups, each group of supporting legs (2) is arranged along the length direction of the panel (1), and the distance between every two adjacent supporting legs (2) in each group of supporting legs (2) is equal;
the panel (1) and the support leg (2) are prepared from PMI foam materials, polyurea resin and PBO fibers.
2. The lightweight pallet according to claim 1,
the panel (1) is cuboid; the top of the panel (1) is provided with a groove (3);
the distance between two adjacent groups of the supporting feet (2) is equal.

The lightweight pallet according to claim 2, characterized in that the side of each leg (2) remote from the panel (1) is provided with a plurality of cavities (4) extending from the leg (2) towards the panel (1), wherein in each leg (2) two adjacent cavities (4) are equally spaced and the cavities (4) are triangular prism shaped.
4. The lightweight pallet according to claim 3,
the length of the panel (1) is 1000-1400mm, the width is 800-1200mm, and the thickness is 40-60 mm; the height of the supporting feet (2) is 80-100mm, and the distance between two adjacent supporting feet (2) in each group of supporting feet (2) is 280-400 mm.
5. A method for making a lightweight pallet according to claims 1-4 comprising the steps of:
s1, feeding the PMI foam material into a tray mold for shaping to obtain an integral tray;
s2, separating the whole tray from the tray mold, and drying to obtain a tray substrate;
s3, mixing the polyurea resin and the PBO fibers, and spraying the mixture on the surface of the tray substrate to form a uniform fiber coating, thereby obtaining the light tray.
6. The method for preparing a lightweight pallet according to claim 5, wherein the step S1 specifically comprises:
the PMI foam material is sent into a tray mold with the temperature of 180-300 ℃ for shaping by utilizing water vapor with the pressure of 6-12 MPa, and the integral tray is obtained.
7. The method for preparing a lightweight pallet according to claim 5, wherein the step S2 specifically comprises:
and (3) washing the tray die by using water with the pressure of 1-10 MPa to separate the whole tray from the tray die, and drying to obtain a tray matrix.
8. The method for manufacturing a lightweight pallet according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein in step S3, the mass ratio of the polyurea resin and the PBO fibers is 1: (1-2).
