Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板及其制备方法,所述复合板包括轻质环氧板、高强度层压复合板和两张轻质半固化片;所述轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设有锣孔,所述高强度层压复合板填充在锣孔内并与锣孔的尺寸大小一致,两层轻质半固化片覆盖在轻质环氧板的上下两面,叠合后经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。本发明复合板不仅保留了轻质环氧板的基本特性,具有轻质、绝缘、支撑等功能,还具有耐摔、防开裂的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板及其制备方法。
背景技术
2010年,苹果公司发布第一代iPad,从此,平板电脑进入商业销售阶段,并在全世界掀起了平板电脑热潮。平板电脑的最大特点是,触摸屏和手写识别输入功能,以及强大的笔输入识别、语音识别、手势识别能力,且具有便携性,满足了消费者学习、娱乐等需求。此后,因为平板电脑产业发展方向、市场规模、行业格局以及消费者需求趋于细化,市场机会众多,产业链的每一个环节都有新品牌出现。其中,硬件终端设备、服务内容提供和周边配套设备三个环节更为集中、明显。
为了保护平板电脑本体,防止平板电脑在跌落时摔坏,属于周边配套设备的保护套应运而生。按保护套的材质分有硅胶、TPU、PC、皮革、木头、竹子、金属等。目前主流的做法是采用仿皮、真皮做外层保护,中间采用轻质环氧板做支撑,并在轻质环氧板中填充磁铁,起到唤醒或者休眠pad的功能。如图1所示,Pad的保护套分成三部分:A件、B件、D件,三者组合在一起,完成保护套对平板电脑的支撑、绝缘、防护功能。
如图2所示,在常情况下,保护套的B件、D件,因为是一个整体,没有脆弱点,因此开裂的可能性最小。为了露出平板电脑的摄像头,A件在摄像头S位置需要开孔,通常摄像头孔在平板电脑边的边沿位置,如左上角或右上角,这些部位是薄弱点,在跌落时受到的冲击力最大造成开裂,导致不能起到良好的保护作用。因此,A件比较容易在跌落后开裂。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板及其制备方法,旨在解决采用现有方法制备的保护套A件容易在跌落过程中容易开裂的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其中,包括轻质环氧板、高强度层压复合板和两张轻质半固化片;所述轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设有锣孔,所述高强度层压复合板填充在锣孔内并与锣孔的尺寸大小一致,两层轻质半固化片覆盖在轻质环氧板的上下两面,叠合后经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。
所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其中,所述轻质环氧板密度为0.5~1.5g/cm3,厚度为0.3~3.0mm。
所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其中,所述高强度层压复合板包括高强度UD碳纤板、高强度UD玻纤板。
所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其中,所述轻质半固化片密度为0.5~1.5g/cm3,厚度为0.1~0.3mm。
所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其中,所述轻质半固化片的补强材料为2116、2113、1080、106玻璃布中的一种。
所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其中,所述轻质环氧板上的锣孔相比平板电脑摄像头的长、宽分别大1cm,且锣孔两侧有防止移位的卡槽。
本发明还提供了一种如以上任一项所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其中,包括步骤:
将一张轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设锣孔,在锣孔内填充与锣孔尺寸大小一致的高强度层压复合板,再在轻质环氧板的上下两面分别覆盖一张轻质半固化片,叠合后上下两面覆盖离型膜;
经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。
所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热压的温度160~210℃,压力为10~30kg/cm2,时间为110~130min。
所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷压的压力为4~6Kgf/cm2,时间为50~70min。
本发明的有益效果是:通过利用高强度复合板、轻质复合板、轻质半固化片,经过一定规则的叠合,然后通过一定的压力、温度热压再冷压,再锣板成型,开出一个露出pad摄像头部件大小的孔,得到了一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,不仅保留了轻质环氧板的基本特性,具有轻质、绝缘、支撑等功能,还具有耐摔、防开裂的特点。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板及其制备方法,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明较佳实施例提供的一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,包括轻质环氧板、高强度层压复合板和两张轻质半固化片;所述轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设有锣孔,所述高强度层压复合板填充在锣孔内并与锣孔的尺寸大小一致,所述高强度层压复合板厚度与轻质环氧板厚度相同,两层轻质半固化片覆盖在轻质环氧板的上下两面,叠合后经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。本发明复合板不仅保留了轻质环氧板的基本特性,具有轻质、绝缘、支撑等功能,还具有耐摔、防开裂的特点。
进一步的,本实施例中,所述轻质环氧板密度为0.5~1.5g/cm3,例如可以为0.5g/cm3、1.0g/cm3、1.3g/cm3、1.5g/cm3等;厚度为0.3~3.0mm,例如可以为0.3mm、1.0mm、1.7mm、3.0mm等。所述轻质半固化片密度为0.5~1.5g/cm3,例如可以为0.5g/cm3、0.6g/cm3、1.1g/cm3、1.5g/cm3等;厚度为0.1~0.3mm,例如可以为0.1mm、0.2mm、0.3mm等。
进一步的,本实施例中,所述轻质半固化片的补强材料为2116、2113、1080、106玻璃布中的一种。所述高强度层压复合板包括但不限于高强度UD碳纤板、高强度UD玻纤板等。所述轻质环氧板上的锣孔相比pad摄像头的长、宽分别大1cm,且锣孔两侧有防止移位的卡槽。即在pad摄像头对应的位置锣有比摄像头长宽各大1cm的孔,且孔两侧有防止移位的卡槽。
进一步的,本发明实施例还提供了一种如以上所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其中,包括:
步骤S100、将一张轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设锣孔,在锣孔内填充与锣孔尺寸大小一致的高强度层压复合板,再在轻质环氧板的上下两面分别覆盖一张轻质半固化片,叠合后上下两面覆盖离型膜;
步骤S200、经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。其中,所述热压的温度160~210℃,压力为10~30kg/cm2,时间为110~130min。所述冷压的温度为常温,压力为4~6Kgf/cm2,时间为50~70min。
具体实施时,由一张轻质环氧板,预先在平板电脑摄像头对应位置锣孔,然后再孔中填充尺寸大小一致的高强度层压复合板,在该轻质环氧板的上下两面组合轻质半固化片,叠合后,经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部件后得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。
下面以具体实施例对本发明做详细说明:
实施例
如图3所示,取一张厚度为1.0mm,密度为0.75g/cm3的轻质复合板12,在pad摄像头对应的位置锣出一个比摄像头部件长宽各大1cm的孔,孔中填充厚度为1.0mm高强度玻纤UD复合板13,复合板带有防止移动的卡槽14,取两张补强材料为2116,RC为50%的轻质半固化片11,分别放置于预先叠好的轻质复合板12和高强度玻纤UD复合板13的两侧。堆叠好之后,上下加离型膜,在温度160~220℃,压力10~30kg/cm2的条件下,经热压120min,然后在5Kgf/cm2的压力冷压60min成型,再锣板成型,开出一个露出摄像头部件大小的孔,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。
对照例
取厚度为1.2mm,密度为0.75g/cm3的纯轻质环氧板,同样锣板,开出一个露出摄像头部件大小的孔。
将锣好的实施例和对照例板各50片,每片在摄像头孔位置悬挂一个负荷为425g的重物(模拟保护套成品重量),摄像头孔位置呈45°对准试验台底座,从1米高的水平试验台自由落体跌落。记录对比结果见表1。

*对照例1的成本设定为1。
对比结果表明:本发明用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,相对于纯轻质环氧板,其成本和密度虽稍有提升,但跌落试验开裂的样品个数为0,能起到充分保护好平板电脑的作用。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其特征在于,包括轻质环氧板、高强度层压复合板和两张轻质半固化片;所述轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设有锣孔,所述轻质环氧板上的锣孔相比平板电脑摄像头的长、宽分别大1cm,且锣孔两侧有防止移位的卡槽,所述高强度层压复合板填充在锣孔内并与锣孔的尺寸大小一致,两层轻质半固化片覆盖在轻质环氧板的上下两面,叠合后经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板成型,开出一个露出摄像头部件大小的孔,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板;所述高强度层压复合板包括高强度碳纤UD板或高强度玻纤UD板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其特征在于,所述轻质环氧板密度为0.5~1.5g/cm3,厚度为0.3~3.0mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其特征在于,所述轻质半固化片密度为0.5~1.5g/cm3,厚度为0.1~0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于平板电脑保护套的复合板,其特征在于,所述轻质半固化片的补强材料为2116、2113、1080、106玻璃布中的一种。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
将一张轻质环氧板上对应平板电脑摄像头的位置开设锣孔,在锣孔内填充与锣孔尺寸大小一致的高强度层压复合板,再在轻质环氧板的上下两面分别覆盖一张轻质半固化片,叠合后上下两面覆盖离型膜;
经过热压后再经过冷压成型,然后锣板,露出摄像头部位后,得到用于平板电脑保护套的复合板。
6.根据权利要求5所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述热压的温度160~210℃,压力为10~30kg/cm2,时间为110~130min。
7.根据权利要求6所述用于平板电脑保护套的复合板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述冷压的压力为4~6Kgf/cm2,时间为50~70min。
