Abstract
The invention discloses a shearing device and a shearing method for a square-head rounded semi-circular hole end label, which comprise a female die, a material guide chute, a reference plate, a male die, a guide post, a spring and a material pressing and discharging plate, wherein the male die is connected with the reference plate, and the reference plate is connected with the guide post; the female die is arranged on the base, the male die and the guide post penetrate through the material pressing unloading plate, the male die, the guide post and the material pressing unloading plate are in clearance fit, relative movement is guaranteed, and the guide post is sleeved with the spring; the end face of the male die forms a cutting edge used for cutting the end part of the square head fillet semicircular hole, the cutting edges on two sides are symmetrically arranged, and the cutting edge on one side comprises a fillet cutting edge, a linear cutting edge, a transition circular arc cutting edge and a semicircular hole cutting edge which are sequentially connected. The invention can ensure that the square head round corner semicircular hole of the metal label can still be accurately processed under the condition of high-efficiency processing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal label manufacturing, in particular to a label shearing device and method for an end part of a square head round corner semicircular hole.
Background
Metal labels have a large number of applications in the industrial field, with characters (the general term for numbers, letters, various symbols and various patterns) thereon. The metal label for printing the vulcanized tire number on the surface of the tire requires that the end part of the label is in a square head chamfer structure (as shown in figures 2 and 3) for aesthetic reasons, and requires that a small hole is arranged and positioned on the tire mold (realized by the small holes at the two ends of the labels in figures 2 and 3).
In the existing public literature, a Chinese patent with the patent number ZL201010232108.5 provides a fan-shaped label forming and cutting device, a Chinese patent with the patent number CN2628195 provides a special device for cutting a metal strip, the device provides a cutting system structure, and an implementation method and a technology of an end part shape and a structure are not provided.
The inventor believes that a difficulty in the manufacturing process of a metal label with a square-headed, rounded and semicircular hole end is that the processing precision still needs to be maintained under the condition of maintaining continuous processing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a device and a method for shearing a label at the end part of a square head round corner semicircular hole, aiming at the defects of a metal label device and a method which lack a machined square head chamfer structure at present and the defects of technical contradictions which are difficult to overcome in the method for continuously machining the square head chamfer metal label at present.
The invention aims to provide a label shearing device with square head, round angle and semicircular hole end parts.
The invention provides a method for cutting a label at the end part of a square head round corner semicircular hole.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) in the invention, the metal label is blanked and cut by using the male die, and the processes of cutting and chamfering can be finished at one time in the production process of the metal label, so that the process is saved.
2) According to the invention, the automatic reciprocating mechanism is adopted, so that the automatic forming machine has the advantages of high automation degree, forming precision and production efficiency, simple structure and convenience in use, and the continuous forming of the labels is ensured by cutting one end structure of each of the two labels at a time.
3) According to the invention, aiming at the special shape of the square head round corner semicircular hole, the execution parts for cutting the round corner and the section are integrated, so that the complexity of the device is simplified.

Example 1
The embodiment discloses a label shearing device for a square-head fillet semicircular hole end part, which comprises a female die 1, a material guide groove, a reference plate 3, a male die 4, a guide post 5, a spring 6 and a material pressing and discharging plate 7, wherein the male die 4 is connected to the reference plate 3, and the reference plate 3 is connected with the guide post 5; the die 1 is installed at the base, and terrace die 4 and guide post 5 all pass and press the material stripper 7, and clearance fit between terrace die 4, guide post 5 and the material stripper 7 guarantees can relative motion, and spring 6 cover is on guide post 5.

The end face of the convex die 4 is provided with a first rectangular part 4-5, a first round angle blade 4-1, a first straight line blade 4-2, a first transition circular arc blade, a first semicircular hole blade 4-4, a second transition circular arc blade, a second straight line blade 4-2, a second round angle blade 4-1, a second rectangular part 4-6, a third round angle blade 4-1, a third straight line blade 4-2, a third transition circular arc blade, a second semicircular hole blade 4-4, a fourth transition circular arc blade, a fourth straight line blade 4-2 and a fourth round angle blade 4-1 which are sequentially connected in a closed loop mode.
The first semicircular hole cutting edge 4-4 is symmetrical along a first symmetry line (i.e., an X-axis in the drawing), the second semicircular hole cutting edge 4-4 is also symmetrical along the first symmetry line, and the first rectangular part 4-5 and the second rectangular part 4-6 are also symmetrical along the first symmetry line.
The radii of the first transition arc blade and the second transition arc blade are the same; the first rounded blade 4-1, the second rounded blade 4-1, the third rounded blade 4-1 and the fourth rounded blade 4-1 have the same radius, the first linear blade 4-2, the second linear blade 4-2, the third linear blade 4-2 and the fourth linear blade 4-2 have the same length, and the first transition circular blade 4-3, the second transition circular blade, the third transition circular blade 4-3 and the fourth transition circular blade 4-3 have the same radius.
The structure of the female die 1 is adapted to the male die 4.
The guide chute is used for guiding the label to be cut and comprises a passage for the label to be cut to pass through; the male die 4 and the female die 1 are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the channel.
The spring 6 is sleeved on the guide post, the upper end of the spring 6 can be in contact with the reference plate 3, and the lower end of the spring 6 can be in contact with the material pressing and discharging plate 7.
It is understood that the reference plate 3 is connected to a reciprocating power source, which may be a motor.
It should be noted that the first rectangular portion and the second rectangular portion may be end surfaces, and the end surfaces are flush with the blade; or a plurality of blunt blades which are only arranged in a rectangular shape.
Example 2
