Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal label manufacturing, in particular to a device and a method for shearing a label at the arc end part of a small hole.
Background
Metal labels have a large number of applications in the industrial field, with characters (the general term for numbers, letters, various symbols and various patterns) thereon. The metal label for printing the vulcanized tire number on the surface of the tire requires that the end part of the label is in a square head chamfer structure (shown in figures 2 and 3) for aesthetic reasons, and requires that a small hole is arranged and positioned on the tire mold (realized by the small holes at the two ends of the label shown in figures 2 and 3).
In the existing public literature, a Chinese patent with the patent number ZL201010232108.5 provides a fan-shaped label forming and cutting device, a Chinese patent with the patent number CN2628195 provides a special device for cutting a metal strip, the device provides a cutting system structure, and an implementation method and a technology of an end part shape and a structure are not provided.
The inventors believe that a difficulty in the manufacturing process of a metal label with a small circular end portion is that the processing accuracy still needs to be maintained while the continuous processing is maintained.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior metal label device and method which lack a processed small-hole arc end part structure and the technical contradiction which is difficult to overcome in the prior method for continuously processing the small-hole arc end part metal label, the invention aims to provide a small-hole arc end part label shearing device and a method.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) in the invention, the metal label is blanked and cut by using the male die and the small-hole drill point, and the processes of punching, cutting and chamfering can be completed at one time in the production process of the metal label, so that the process is saved.
2) According to the invention, the automatic reciprocating mechanism is adopted, so that the automatic forming machine has the advantages of high automation degree, forming precision and production efficiency, simple structure and convenience in use, and the continuous forming of the labels is ensured by cutting one end structure of each of the two labels at a time.
3) In the invention, the shapes of the two sides of the male die are kept consistent so as to ensure the consistent specification of the final sliced finished product, and meanwhile, because the working mode of the invention is reciprocating movement in the vertical direction, the invention can also avoid the phenomenon of beveling and can ensure the final processing effect.

The embodiment discloses a small-hole arc end label shearing device which comprises a female die 1, a material guide groove, a reference plate 3, a small-hole punching needle, a male die 4, a guide post 5, a spring 6 and a material pressing and discharging plate 7, wherein the male die 4 and the small-hole punching needle are connected to the reference plate 3, and the reference plate 3 is connected to the guide post 5; the female die 1 is arranged on the base, the male die 4 and the guide post 5 both penetrate through the material pressing and discharging plate 7, the male die 4, the guide post 5 and the material pressing and discharging plate 7 are in clearance fit to ensure relative movement, and the spring 6 is sleeved with the guide post 5;
the end surface of the male die 4 is flush with the end surface of the small-hole punching needle;
the end face of the male die 4 forms a blade for cutting the arc end of the small hole, the blades on the two sides are symmetrically arranged, and the blades on the two sides are arc blades.
The number of the small hole punching needles is two, and the two small hole punching needles are symmetrical about a first symmetry axis; the arc knife edges on two sides are symmetrical about a first symmetry axis.

The first arc blade 42 and the second arc blade 44 are both arc-shaped, the first arc blade 42 is symmetrical about a second axis of symmetry, and the second arc blade 44 is symmetrical about the second axis of symmetry.
The first circular arc blade 42 and the second circular arc blade 44 have equal radius and radian.
The embodiment is directed to manufacturing the small hole arc end of the strip-shaped metal tag, and it should be noted that the arc end of the metal tag is arc-shaped, the arc has a radian θ, a radius r and a circle center O, the radians and the radii of the two arc ends are equal, the circle centers are located on the same straight line parallel to the long edge of the metal tag,

The guide chute is used for guiding the label to be cut and comprises a passage for the label to be cut to pass through; the male die 4 and the female die 1 are respectively positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the channel.
The spring 6 is sleeved on the guide post, the upper end of the spring 6 can be in contact with the reference plate 3, and the lower end of the spring 6 can be in contact with the material pressing and discharging plate 7.
It is understood that the reference plate 3 is connected to a reciprocating power source, which may be a motor.
It should be noted that the first rectangular part 41 and the second rectangular part 43 may be end faces, and the end faces and the blade edges are flush; or a plurality of blunt blades which are only arranged in a rectangular shape. The first rectangular portion 41 and the second rectangular portion 43 do not participate in the cutting.
