1. A high-precision convenient pipe orifice wall punching die is characterized by comprising an upper template and a lower template, wherein the upper template is arranged above the lower template, and a clamp structure and a cutting structure are adjacently arranged on the lower template;
the clamp structure is provided with a clamp table, a plurality of positioning blocks are arranged in the middle of the clamp table, and a placing channel for placing a pipe to be cut is formed among the positioning blocks;
the cutting structure comprises a sliding base and a punch inclined block, a first pipe orifice of the pipe extends to the sliding base, the outer side of the sliding base is fixedly connected with the punch inclined block, and a first inclined surface inclining outwards is arranged on the punch inclined block; the sliding base is movably arranged on the lower template along the length direction of the pipe;
the sliding base is provided with a sliding block groove perpendicular to the pipe, the sliding block groove is symmetrically provided with two punch sliding blocks along the length direction of the sliding block groove, and an elastic part is arranged between the outer side end of each punch sliding block and the inner side wall of the tail end of each sliding block groove; the two close ends of the two punch slide blocks are respectively provided with a convex cutting tool bit on the side surface facing the pipe;
two knife edge blocks which are perpendicular to the pipe and are symmetrically arranged are arranged on one side of the sliding block groove on the sliding base, a knife edge groove with a cross-sectional profile matched with the cutting head is arranged on each knife edge block, the cutting edge ends of the two knife edge blocks are respectively attached to the outer side wall of the first pipe orifice, and the initial position of the cutting head corresponds to the position in the range of the first pipe orifice;
two end faces, close to each other, of the two punch slide blocks are respectively provided with an inclined slide block inclined plane; the upper die plate is provided with a first punch and a second punch, a second inclined plane at the bottom of the first punch corresponds to the first inclined plane of the inclined block of the punch, and double inclined planes at the bottom of the second punch correspond to two inclined planes of the sliding block.
