Abstract
The invention discloses a visual totally-enclosed airway sampling system, which comprises a face mask, a sealed channel connected with an air vent on the face mask, and a biopsy device movably arranged in the sealed channel, wherein the head part of the biopsy device is provided with a sampling device, the biopsy device is also provided with a camera used for acquiring video information around the sampling device, and a connecting wire of the camera extends out of the sealed channel and is connected with a display device.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical treatment, in particular to a visual fully-closed airway sampling system.
Background
The existing novel coronavirus has been abused everywhere, and people infected with coronavirus have common physical signs of fever, cough, breathlessness, dyspnea and the like. The novel pneumonia has long incubation period, and once the pneumonia turns to severe, no effective medicine is determined. In more severe cases, pneumonia, severe acute respiratory syndrome, renal failure, and even death can result. Therefore, early confirmation of the disease is of great significance.
At present, the traditional pharyngeal sampling method is adopted, and the positive rate of the novel coronavirus detection kit for determining diagnosis is only about 30%, so that a lot of uncertainty and heavy medical burden are brought to clinical diagnosis of patients and subsequent treatment and isolation. The sampling of the disease has the problems of obvious difference of sampling results of different persons and low positive rate. Therefore, accurate sampling is of great significance in improving the positive rate of patient detection.
The current common detection method is to sample the suspected patient's airway, the common part is the pharynx, with test paper. In the process, the patient needs to open the mouth as large as possible, and medical staff can accurately sample only by seeing the pharynx in the straight face of the oral cavity of the patient. However, in some patients, such as obese patients, the tongue is thick and tends to block the view of the medical staff, which results in prolonged sampling time and failed sampling. In addition, the pharynx of most patients is sensitive to physical stimulation, and once the sampling tool contacts the pharyngeal cavity, reflective choking cough can occur, so that the spray with the novel coronavirus can be easily spread to medical personnel, and the infection risk and psychological burden of the medical personnel are greatly increased. Therefore, there is a clinical need for a safe airway sampling system that reduces exposure to medical personnel while increasing the positive rate of sampling.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to overcoming the above-mentioned deficiencies and drawbacks of the prior art by providing a visual full-closed airway sampling system.
The technical problem solved by the invention can be realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the side portion of the camera is further provided with a heating element.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing channel is a transparent tube, and the inner wall of the tail end of the sealing channel is provided with an elastic flap.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention can prevent the spray of the suspected patient from being transmitted to the medical care personnel and improve the safety of the medical care personnel. In addition, the system is visually operated, so that the sampling is convenient, the pain of suspected patients and the sampling time are reduced, and the success rate of the sampling is improved.

Referring to fig. 1, a visual, fully-enclosed airway sampling system is shown that includes a mask 100, a sealed passageway 200, a biopsy device 300, a sampling device 400, a camera 500, and a display device 600. The mask 100 is a general medical mask, the middle portion of the mask has a through hole 110, the front end of the sealing channel 200 is connected to the through hole 110, specifically, the front end can be connected by a snap connection or an interference fit, and the sealing channel 200 is a transparent medical plastic tube. To further prevent virus transmission, the inner wall of the trailing end of the sealing channel 200 is provided with resilient flaps 210, which resilient flaps 210 are openable and seal around the periphery of the biopsy device 300 as the biopsy device 300 passes.
The camera 500 is disposed at a forward position in the middle of the biopsy device 300 to obtain visual information around the sampling device 400, so that the throat can be seen conveniently during sampling. The connecting wire 510 of the camera 500 extends out of the sealing channel 200 and then is connected with a display device 600, and the display device 600 is a display.
In order to facilitate detachment, the biopsy device 300 is connected with the camera 500 through a detachable structure, specifically, the biopsy device 300 is provided with a clamping leg 310, and the camera 500 is clamped on the clamping leg 310. The sealing channel 200 is provided with a connecting wire 510 and a camera 500 which can extend out from the tail end of the sealing channel 200.
In order to increase the brightness of the visual field, the camera 500 is provided with a light emitting device 520, and the connecting wires of the light emitting device can also be led out together with the connecting wires 510.
In order to prevent the camera from fogging and affecting the visual field, the heating element 530 is further disposed at the side of the camera 500, and the connection line of the heating element 530 may also be led out together with the connection line 510. The connection line between the heating element 530 and the light emitting device 520 may be connected to an external power source.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
when a suspected patient needs to be sampled to test for a new type of coronavirus, the suspected patient is put on the mask 100 and then extends into the sealed passage 200 using the biopsy device 300, and the visual information obtained by the camera 500 can be displayed on the display device 600. When the front end of biopsy device 300 reaches the throat, sampling is performed by sampling device 400, the whole sampling process is in a sealed state, and the safety of medical personnel is guaranteed.

6. The visual fully-enclosed airway sampling system of claim 1, wherein the camera side is further provided with a heating element.
7. The visual fully-enclosed airway sampling system of claim 1 wherein the sealed channel is a transparent tube with an elastic flap on the inner wall of its tail end.
