5. The disposable pharyngeal swab applicator of claim 1, wherein the fixed mouth gag includes a mouth gag body having a frustroconical configuration with an aperture of an opening at one end of the mouth gag body being larger than an aperture of an opening at the other end of the mouth gag body.

6. A disposable pharyngeal swab pick-up device as recited in claim 1, further including a traction portion, said traction portion being of a ball-like configuration, said traction portion being located at the other end of said collection tube.

7. A disposable pharyngeal swab pick up device as recited in claim 6, wherein said traction portion has a diameter greater than the bore diameter of said cannula.

8. A method of using a disposable pharyngeal swab applicator, including a disposable pharyngeal swab applicator as recited in any one of claims 1-7, the method of use comprising:

taking out the cotton swab stick, inserting the cotton swab stick at one end of the collecting pipe, placing the sleeve and the opening fixer in the oral cavity of the patient, and fixing the mask on the face of the patient;

the power module controls the patch lamp beads to be started, then the position of the magnifying lens is properly adjusted to observe the pharyngeal condition of the patient, and then the collecting pipe is rotated to control the cotton swab rod to sample liquid of the pharyngeal portion of the patient.
