then start second telescopic cylinder 33, second telescopic cylinder 33 drives inside protection expansion plate 16 slides to flexible groove 34, open sampling head 13 promptly, then start first telescopic cylinder 17, first telescopic cylinder 17 drives spinning blade 19 and stretches out sampling head 13, spinning blade 19 contact epidermis, micro motor 18 drives spinning blade 19 and rotates, cut the epidermis, obtain the epidermis sample, then first telescopic cylinder 17 drives inside spinning blade 19 withdrawal sampling head 13, second telescopic cylinder 33 drives protection expansion plate 16 and closes simultaneously, accomplish the sample, just so accomplish the use of whole upper respiratory tract cancer patient epidermis sampling device.

Claims (9)

1. An epidermal sampling device for a patient with upper airway cancer, comprising:
the display device comprises a display (1), wherein a display screen (2) is embedded in the front side face of the display (1), a switch key (3) is installed below the display screen (2), a controller (4) is installed inside the display (1), and a fixing frame (5) is fixed on the right side face of the display (1);
the fixing rod (6) is connected to the inside of the fixing frame (5) in a clamping mode, the lower end of the fixing rod (6) is provided with an adjusting rod (7), and the lower end of the adjusting rod (7) is fixedly provided with an anti-skidding handle (10);
the adjusting tooth socket (8) is sleeved on the outer side of the adjusting rod (7), and a horn-shaped expander (9) is installed at the lower end of the adjusting tooth socket (8);
the angle adjusting mechanism (11) is arranged at the upper end of the fixed rod (6), and a disinfection tube (12) is fixed at the upper end of the angle adjusting mechanism (11);
the sampling head (13) is in threaded connection with the upper end of the disinfection tube (12), the outer side of the sampling head (13) is wrapped by a balloon (14), the outer edge of the upper surface of the sampling head (13) is uniformly embedded with a disinfection spray nozzle (15), and the inner sides of the opening at the upper end of the sampling head (13) are symmetrically provided with protective expansion plates (16) in the left and right directions;
the sampling device comprises a first telescopic cylinder (17) installed inside a sampling head (13), wherein the output end of the first telescopic cylinder (17) is connected with a micro motor (18), and a rotary blade (19) is installed at the output end of the micro motor (18).
2. The epidermal sampling device of claim 1, wherein said adjusting rod (7) further comprises:
and the sliding chutes (20) are symmetrically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the adjusting rod (7).
3. The upper airway cancer patient skin sampling device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adjustment mouthpiece (8) further comprises:
the sliding blocks (21) are symmetrically fixed on the inner walls of the front side and the rear side of the adjusting tooth socket (8) and are matched with the sliding grooves (20) in size;
the tooth cushion cover (22) is sleeved outside the adjusting tooth cover (8) and is made of elastic silica gel.
4. The device of claim 1, further comprising:
a sealing ring (23) sleeved between the connection part of the disinfection tube (12) and the sampling head (13);
and the threaded connecting pipe (24) is fixed at the middle position of one end of the sampling head (13), which is close to the disinfection pipe (12), and is in threaded connection with the disinfection pipe (12).
5. The epidermal sampling device of claim 4, wherein said threaded connection tube (24) further comprises:
a micro water pump (25) installed inside the screw connection pipe (24);
a liquid guide pipe (26) connected to the lower end of the micro water pump (25);
a gravity ball (27) which is arranged at the lower end of the liquid guide pipe (26) and is communicated with the interior of the micro water pump (25) through the liquid guide pipe (26).
6. The epidermal sampling device of claim 1, wherein said angle-adjusting mechanism (11) further comprises:
a titanium alloy wire (111) fixed between the fixing rod (6) and the sterilizing tube (12);
and the corrugated sleeve (112) is sleeved on the outer side of the titanium alloy metal wire (111).
7. The epidermal sampling device of claim 1, wherein said sampling head (13) further comprises:
a trachea (30) mounted at the connection of the sampling head (13) and the balloon (14);
and the micro air pump (31) is connected to one end of the air pipe (30) far away from the balloon (14), and a communication structure is formed between the air pipe (30) and the balloon (14).
8. The upper airway cancer patient skin sampling device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the disinfection nozzle (15) further comprises:
a loop pipe (28) connected in series between a plurality of the sterilizing spray heads (15);
a disinfectant channel (29) connected between the loop pipe (28) and the micro water pump (25), wherein the loop pipe (28) forms a communication structure with the micro water pump (25) through the disinfectant channel (29).
9. The upper airway cancer patient skin sampling device as in claim 1, wherein the protective expansion plate (16) further comprises:
a camera (32) embedded on the outer surface of the protective expansion plate (16);
a second telescopic cylinder (33) which is arranged on the inner surface of the protective telescopic plate (16) and is fixed with the inner wall of the sampling head (13),
the telescopic groove (34) is formed in the inner wall of the sampling head (13), and the protective telescopic plate (16) is in a sliding structure through the telescopic groove (34) and the sampling head (13).
