As shown in fig. 7, R1 and R3 are current limiting resistors that provide base currents for transistors Q1 and Q2, respectively. R2 and R4 are base pull-down resistors for preventing the relay from being started by mistake. D1 and D3 are free wheel diodes to prevent the reverse electromotive force from breaking through the triode when the relay is closed.

In this embodiment, the principle that JD2 controls half power output of the hot air fan is as follows: when the FAN needs to be started at HALF power, the P _ FAN _ HALF port can be gated through the main control chip, the P _ FAN port is closed, the relay JD2 is used for attracting, and due to the unidirectional conduction effect of the D2, the load only has HALF-wave output power, so that HALF-power output of the hot air FAN is achieved.
Wherein CN1 in fig. 7 denotes a connector, such as a socket.
In the embodiment, the control circuit formed by the relay can realize half-power or full-power output steam discharge of the hot air fan, so that the steam discharge of the food processor is diversified.
The second implementation mode comprises the following steps: the mode of intermittently starting the hot air fan is adopted to realize that the fan exhausts steam at full power or preset power, and the preset power is less than the full power.
In this embodiment, when the power of the hot air fan is not adjustable and only full power is output, the hot air fan can be intermittently turned on by the main control chip in order to achieve the purpose of turning on the hot air fan at low power in the working process.
In the embodiment, the mode of intermittently starting the hot air fan is adopted to realize that the fan exhausts steam at full power or preset power, a circuit of a half-power relay or a silicon-controlled circuit is not needed, and the cost is low.

Computer storage media includes, but is not limited to, RAM, ROM, EEPROM, flash memory or other memory technology, CD-ROM, Digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can accessed by a computer. In addition, communication media typically embodies computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data in a modulated data signal such as a carrier wave or other transport mechanism and includes any information delivery media as known to those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A steam control method for a food processor, the food processor comprising a boiler, a steam outlet channel provided with a steam outlet, a cavity, a heating pipe and a fan, steam generated by the boiler flowing through the steam outlet channel to the cavity, the method comprising:
detecting a processing mode of the food processor;
and when the processing mode is the steaming functional mode, stopping steam output and starting the fan to exhaust steam in the final steam exhaust stage of the steaming functional mode so as to reduce the steam amount in the cavity.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein when the processing mode is a steaming function mode, the method further comprises:
before the final steam discharging stage of the steaming functional mode, judging the specific mode of the steaming functional mode;
and controlling the fan to exhaust steam at full power or preset power according to the judgment result, wherein the preset power is less than the full power.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the fan to exhaust steam at full power or preset power according to the determination result comprises:
and when the judgment result shows that the steaming functional mode is the pure steaming functional mode, controlling the fan to exhaust steam at the preset power, and controlling the output of the steam according to the temperature change in the cavity.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the fan to exhaust steam at full power or preset power according to the determination result comprises:
and when the judgment result shows that the mode with the steaming function is the steaming and baking function mode, controlling the fan to exhaust steam at full power, and controlling the output quantity of the steam to be smaller than a preset threshold value.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the fan to exhaust steam at full power or preset power according to the determination result comprises:
and when the judgment result shows that the mode with the steam function is a pure steam mode at 110 ℃, controlling the fan to exhaust steam at the preset power, controlling the output quantity of the steam to be greater than a preset threshold value, and controlling the heating pipe to heat according to a preset frequency.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein when the heating tube is controlled to heat at a predetermined frequency, the method further comprises:
and controlling the fan to exhaust steam at full power within a second preset time before the heating pipe is started.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the second preset time is 5-10S.
8. The method according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the time of the steam discharging stage is in the range of 1-2 min, and the preset power is half power.

A food processor, comprising: the steam-heating boiler comprises a boiler, a steam outlet channel provided with a steam outlet, a cavity, a heating pipe, a hot air fan for exhausting steam and a heat-radiating fan for radiating heat, wherein steam generated by the boiler flows to the cavity through the steam outlet channel;
the food processor further comprising a master control chip for performing the steam control method of the food processor of any of claims 1-8;
the food processor further comprises: and the control circuit is used for controlling the hot air fan to exhaust steam at half power or full power.

The food processor of claim 9, wherein the control circuit includes two drive circuits, wherein one of the drive circuits has an output connected in series with a first diode to the drive of the fan for driving the hot air fan to discharge steam at half power; the output end of the other driving circuit is directly connected to the driving end of the fan and used for driving the hot air fan to exhaust steam at full power, wherein:
each of the drive circuits includes: the collector C pole of the triode is communicated with the anode of the diode, the cathode of the diode is communicated with the input end of the relay, and the output end of the relay is communicated with the driving end of the fan.
