Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of bedroom furniture, in particular to the technical field of intelligent furniture and artificial intelligence. A novel intelligent bed is shown in the figure and comprises a headboard (1), a camera (2), a headboard coating (3), a headrest (4), a folding coating (5), a mattress coating (6), a mattress (7), a footboard (8), a jacking box (9), a bed board (10), longitudinal beams (11), a bottom board (12), a strip box (13), a headmattress (14) and a headbox (15). As shown, the head box (15), head mattress (14) supports the forehead. Statistics show that 60% of people are accustomed to sleeping on their back, 35% are accustomed to sleeping on their side, and 5% are accustomed to sleeping on their back, and that a person typically switches sleeping positions about twenty times a night.
Therefore, the quality of the bed determines the quality of life of people. The latest high-tech bed integrates automatic control and multimedia technology, and can meet the requirements of comfortable sleep and the requirements of rehabilitation, life entertainment, study and office due to the elaborately-made mattress and bedding.
With the rapid development and progress of bedroom furniture, a new subject emerges from the water: the novel intelligent bed is developed to be capable of intelligently adapting to different sleeping postures of a human body, so that the skeleton of the human body in sleeping is in the best position, muscles of the whole body are completely relaxed, and comfortable and body energy regeneration healthy sleeping is realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to develop a novel intelligent bed, which is used for identifying the sleeping posture of a human body by applying an image technology and automatically adjusting the bed surface height corresponding to the head, neck, trunk and lower limb parts of the human body according to a pre-input human body digital model so as to ensure that the skeleton of the human body is in the optimal position during sleeping and the muscles of the whole body are fully relaxed.
As shown in fig. 1, the novel intelligent bed of the invention comprises a headboard 1, a camera 2, a headboard cover 3, a headrest 4, a folding cover 5, a mattress cover 6, a mattress 7, a footboard 8, a jacking box 9, a bed board 10, a longitudinal beam 11, a bottom board 12, a strip box 13, a headboard mattress 14 and a headboard box 15. The headboard 1 is provided with a camera 2, and the human body image acquired by the camera 2 is used for identifying and judging the sleeping posture and the sleeping state of the human body after data processing.
As shown in figure 1, the bed surface of the novel intelligent bed is divided into three sections which respectively correspond to a human body headrest, an oral nose, a chin neck, and a section from below a shoulder to a bed tail.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, a bed board 10 and 2 jacking boxes 9 arranged at intervals form a body section of the novel intelligent bed surface, the bed board 10 is lapped on longitudinal beams 11, a mattress 7 is paved on the bed board 10, and a mattress cover 6 covers the mattress 7.
Furthermore, the position of the jacking box 9 corresponds to the positions of knee joints and feet of a human body, and the position of the jacking box and the position of the bed plate 10 can be changed to adapt to individual differences of the human body.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, a servo motor 20 is mounted on the case 16, three nuts 21 are mounted on the case 16 through bearings, and three screws 22 are mounted on the base 17. When the human body pillow is in work, the servo motor 20 drives the three nuts 21 to rotate through the toothed belt 19, and further drives the bed surface of the head pillow area to move up and down so as to adapt to the height change between the head pillow part and the body of the human body.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, a nut 25, a guide bush 28 are mounted on a tape cassette 30, and a servo motor 27 is mounted on the spring bed frame 24 together with a screw 26 and a guide bar 29. When the multifunctional bed is in work, the servo motor 20 drives the three nuts 21 to rotate through the toothed belt 19, so as to drive the rack 31 to move up and down, the rollers 33 on the rack 31 contact and jack up the mattress 7, the state of human body limb bones is further improved, and the sleeping comfort is improved.
As shown in figure 5, when a human body lies on the back, the head box 15 of the novel intelligent bed does not rise and is positioned at a low original point, 4 strips 23 on the strip box 13 rise according to the contours of a pillow area and a back neck area of the human body, and the folding coating 5 is attached to the human body to support the back brain and the back neck area of the human body.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the folding cover 5 connects the bedside cover 3 and the mattress cover 6, and has functions of both a pillow towel and a bed sheet.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, 2 jacking boxes 9 located on the lower limbs of the human body jack up the mattress 7 according to a preset elevation, so that the knee joints and the lower legs are slightly lifted, the pressure on the lumbar joints is further reduced, and the comfort level is improved. Of course, the user may set the jack-up box 9 to be inoperative.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, 2 jacking boxes 9 positioned on the lower limbs of the human body jack up the mattress 7 according to a preset elevation, so that the lower legs are slightly lifted, the spine of the human body is leveled, and the aim of completely relaxing is fulfilled. Of course, the user may set the jack-up box 9 to be inoperative.
As shown in figure 7, when a human body lies on the stomach, the novel intelligent bed head box 15 is lifted to the height of supporting the forehead, the first strip 23 on the strip box 13 is lowered to the lowest position to open the mouth and nose of the human body, the second strip 23 is lifted to the height of supporting the chin, and the third strip 23 and the fourth strip 23 are lifted to the height of supporting the clavicle area to support the parts of the human body except the mouth and nose.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the above-mentioned positional relationship of the 4 bands 23 on the band box 13 provides support for the forehead, chin and anterior clavicle region of the head of the human body, reduces the compression on the heart, and makes the spine of the human body straight. Furthermore, a floor scale, a wireless body measurement bracelet or a foot ring and data collected by a monitoring camera are configured, the novel intelligent bed can continuously monitor and record physiological sign data of a user in the sleeping process, such as weight, pulse, blood pressure, respiration, snore, sleep, sleeping posture conversion, limb movement and the like, the artificial intelligence and deep learning technology is applied, the sleeping state and the sleeping quality of a client can be statistically analyzed, abnormal changes of human body vital health signs can be early warned, and whether machine intervention is implemented or not can be determined according to the willingness of the client, such as bed shaking and the like when snoring is suffocated.
The novel intelligent bed has the following characteristics:
