Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 9, the water tank 42 is located below the guide groove b 221; a projection 421 is provided at the bottom of the water tank 42, and a rack 422 is provided at the side of the projection 421 along the length direction thereof, so that when the cleaning assembly 41 slides into the guide groove b221, the rack 422 and the gear 41442 have the same height in the vertical direction; a baffle 423 is arranged at the top of the lug 421 and at one side of the rack 422, the length of the baffle 423 extending outwards is matched with the radius of the gear 41442, and when the cleaning assembly 41 is in the guide groove a211, the height of the bottom of the cleaning assembly 41 in the vertical direction is higher than that of the top of the water tank 42 in the vertical direction; the length of the rack 422 is smaller than the length of the washing guide 22 in the horizontal direction; the gear 41442 is engaged with the rack 422 at the side of the knob 421 when the cleaning assembly 41 enters the guide groove b221, and the upper side of the gear 41442 is restricted by the blocking plate 423 so that the gear 41442 is kept stationary in the vertical direction and always engaged with the rack 422 to drive the rotation of the agitating bar 4143 by the up-and-down movement of the elastic member 41444 and the connecting bar 41441 in the mounting groove 41431 when the cleaning assembly 41 moves up and down along the undulating path of the guide groove b 221.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, a circle of closed-loop guide grooves c311 is formed in the outer side of the mounting frame 32 on the table 31, and a circle of closed-loop guide grooves d321 is formed in the top of the mounting frame 32 along the track direction of the outer shape.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the conveying mechanism 34 includes a moving block 341 slidably disposed on the table 31, the moving block 341 is configured to move along the guide grooves a211 and b221 with the cleaning assembly 41, a fixed block 342 disposed on the side of the chain 332, and a connecting plate 343 connecting the moving block 341 and the fixed block 342, a round block 3411 is disposed on the bottom surface of the moving block 341 and is slidably fitted in the guide groove c311, the round block 3411 is configured to guide the moving block 341 when moving, and makes the force applied to the connecting plate 343 much smaller, one end of the connecting plate 343 is disposed on the top of the fixed block 342, and the other end thereof is disposed on the top of the moving block 341, a guide rod 3431 is further disposed on the bottom of the connecting plate 343, and the guide rod 3431 is slidably fitted in the guide groove d321, the guide bar 3431 serves to guide the connecting plate 343 and the moving block 341 and serves to reduce the force of the connecting plate 343 so that the lateral force generated in the connecting plate 343 and the moving block 341 is reduced when the fixed block 342 is driven.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 11, a limiting groove 3412 is formed in an outer side surface of the moving block 341 along a height direction thereof, the moving block 341 is connected to the cleaning barrel 413 through a limiting frame 344, one end of the limiting frame 344 is vertically and slidably mounted in the limiting groove 3412, and the other end of the limiting frame 344 is fixedly mounted on an outer side of a barrel wall of the cleaning barrel 413, where the limiting groove 3412 functions to enable the cleaning assembly 41 to move horizontally and vertically through movement of the limiting frame 344 in the limiting groove 3412 when the cleaning assembly 41 moves from the guide groove a211 to the guide groove b221 or from the guide groove b221 to the guide groove a 211.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, 12 and 13, a storage box 5 for blanking is further disposed on one side of the frame 1, cleaned garlic is blanked into the storage box 5 through a bottom hopper of the cleaning barrel 413 to be placed and waited for further processing, and a reducer is disposed at an output end of the driving motor 333, so that the movement of the cleaning assembly 41 is not too fast when driving; one side of the machine frame 1 is also provided with a feeding assembly 6, and the feeding assembly 6 comprises a feeding frame 61 arranged at one end of the machine frame 1, a ladder 62 arranged at one side of the feeding frame 61, and a feeding groove 63 arranged on the feeding frame 61.
The working process is as follows: firstly, the device is started, garlic is conveyed into the cleaning barrel 413 through the feeding assembly 6, then the rotary assembly 33 is driven to rotate through the power provided by the driving motor 333, each conveying mechanism 34 is driven to rotate synchronously through the rotary assembly 33, the cleaning barrel 413 and the guide mechanism 411 arranged at the top of the cleaning barrel 413 are driven to move horizontally along the guide groove a211 on the guide frame 2 through the power provided by the conveying mechanism 34, the cleaning barrel 413 moves into the water tank 42 along the track of the guide groove b221 when the guide mechanism 411 moves from the guide groove a211 to the guide groove b221, the up-and-down motion is realized through the wavy track of the guide groove b221, a part of impurities are taken out when the cleaning barrel moves upwards, the garlic can be washed through the downward pressure and the acting force of water when the cleaning barrel moves downwards, the gear 41442 at the bottom of the stirring rod 4143 in the cleaning barrel 413 is at the same height and matched with the rack 422 on the lug 421, and the gear 41442 keeps still in the vertical direction and is always matched with the rack 422 to drive the rotation of the stirring rod 4143 by the up-and-down movement of the elastic member 41444 and the connecting rod 41441 in the mounting groove 41431 when the cleaning assembly 41 moves up and down along the wavy track of the guide groove b221 is limited by the baffle 423, the garlic in the cleaning barrel 413 is cleaned by the cleaning rod 41434 driven by the rotation of the stirring rod 4143, the cleaning is finished when the guide mechanism 411 leaves the guide groove b221 and enters the guide groove a211 again, and the garlic continues to move along the track of the guide groove a211 by the power supplied by the conveying mechanism 34, when the guide mechanism 411 and the cleaning barrel 413 move above the storage box 5, the stirring rod 4143 and the stopper 41433 are driven to move downwards by the driving end of the cylinder 4141, so that the stopper 41433 does not block the feed opening 4133 but the garlic in the cleaning barrel 413 is automatically fed, the garlic is transferred into the storage bin 5 along the inclined surface of the hopper 4132 formed at the bottom of the washing tub 413 and then returned by the air cylinder 4141 to perform the above-mentioned operation by the transfer mechanism 34.

Claims (10)

1. A continuous high-efficiency garlic skin treatment device is characterized by comprising:
the cleaning device comprises a rack (1), wherein a guide frame (2) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the rack (1), the guide frame (2) comprises a horizontal guide part (21) and a cleaning guide part (22), and the cleaning guide part (22) is of a wavy structure;
the conveying part (3) is positioned below the guide frame (2) and comprises a workbench (31), a mounting frame (32) arranged on the workbench (31), a rotary component (33) positioned in the mounting frame (32) and arranged on the workbench (31), and a plurality of conveying mechanisms (34) arranged on the workbench (31); the rotating assembly (33) comprises chain wheels (331) which are bilaterally symmetrical and are positioned at two ends of the mounting frame (32) and are rotatably installed on the workbench (31) in a matched mode, chains (332) which are arranged on the chain wheels (331) in a matched mode, and a driving motor (333) which is positioned at the bottom of the workbench (31) and is arranged on the chain wheels (331);
the cleaning part (4) comprises a plurality of cleaning components (41) arranged on the guide frame (2) and a water pool (42) which is positioned below the guide frame (2) and arranged on one side of the workbench (31); the cleaning assembly (41) comprises a guide mechanism (411) arranged on the guide frame (2) in a sliding fit mode, a cleaning barrel (413) arranged at the bottom of the guide mechanism (411) through a connecting frame (412), and a stirring assembly (414) arranged in the cleaning barrel (413), wherein the stirring assembly (414) comprises an air cylinder (4141) positioned at the bottom of the connecting frame (412) and provided with an output end downwards at the top of the cleaning barrel (413), a connecting block (4142) arranged at the output end of the air cylinder (4141), a stirring rod (4143) rotatably arranged at the bottom of the connecting block (4142), and a driving assembly (4144) arranged at the lower end of the stirring rod (4143).

The garlic continuous high-efficiency skin treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the axis of the guide frame (2) in the vertical direction is on the same axis as the axis of the mounting frame (32) and the revolving assembly (33) in the vertical direction; the inner side and the outer side of the horizontal guide part (21) are symmetrically provided with guide grooves a (211), the inner side and the outer side of the cleaning guide part (22) are symmetrically provided with guide grooves b (221) along the wave-shaped track direction, and the guide grooves a (211) and the guide grooves b (221) are communicated with each other to form closed-loop guide.

The continuous and efficient garlic skinning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the guiding mechanism (411) comprises a fixed frame (4111) and a guiding wheel (4112) which is rotationally mounted on the inner wall of the fixed frame (4111) in bilateral symmetry, the guiding wheel (4112) is installed in the guiding groove a (211) and the guiding groove b (221) in a sliding fit manner, and the length dimension of the guiding wheel (4112) is adapted to the width dimension of the guiding groove a (211) and the guiding groove b (221).

The continuous and efficient garlic skin treatment equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wall of the cleaning barrel (413) is provided with a plurality of through holes (4131) along the circumferential direction thereof, the bottom of the cleaning barrel (413) is provided with a downward funnel (4132), the center of the bottom of the cleaning barrel (413) is provided with a circular feed opening (4133), the bottom of the stirring rod (4143) passes through the feed opening (4133), the lower end of the stirring rod (4143) is provided with an installation groove (41431), and the inner wall of the installation groove (41431) is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves (41432) at equal intervals along the circumferential direction thereof.

The continuous high-efficiency skin treatment apparatus for garlic as claimed in claim 4, wherein the driving assembly (4144) comprises a connecting rod (41441) slidably mounted in the mounting groove (41431), and a gear (41442) disposed at the bottom of the connecting rod (41441), the connecting rod (41441) has an upper end opened with a circular groove (41443) at its center, an elastic member (41444) is disposed in the circular groove (41443), the side of the connecting rod (41441) is provided with positioning blocks (41445) corresponding to the positioning grooves (41432) one by one along its circumferential direction, the elastic member (41444) has an upper end disposed at the top of the mounting groove (41431) and a lower end disposed at the bottom of the circular groove (41443).

The continuous efficient skinning apparatus for garlic according to claim 5, wherein a stopper (41433) adapted to the size of the discharging opening (4133) is provided at a lower end portion of the stirring rod (4143) above the gear (41442), a side surface of the stopper (41433) is provided with an inclined surface inclined to the horizontal, and the stirring rod (4143) is further provided with a plurality of cleaning rods (41434) of flexible material along a circumferential direction thereof.

The continuous efficient skin treatment apparatus for garlic as claimed in claim 3, wherein the water tank (42) is located under the guide groove b (221); a lug (421) is arranged at the bottom of the water tank (42), a rack (422) is arranged on the side surface of the lug (421) along the length direction of the lug, and when the cleaning assembly (41) slides to the guide groove b (221), the height of the rack (422) and the height of the gear (41442) in the vertical direction are consistent; a baffle plate (423) is arranged at the top of the lug (421) and on one side of the rack (422), the length dimension of the outward extension of the baffle plate (423) is matched with the radius dimension of the gear (41442), and when the cleaning assembly (41) is in the guide groove a (211), the height of the bottom of the cleaning assembly (41) in the vertical direction is higher than that of the top of the water tank (42); the length of the rack (422) is smaller than the length of the washing guide (22) in the horizontal direction.

The continuous and efficient garlic skinning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the worktable (31) is provided with a loop of guide groove c (311) on the outer side of the mounting frame (32), and the top of the mounting frame (32) is provided with a loop of guide groove d (321) along the path direction of the outer shape.

The continuous efficient skin treatment device for garlic as claimed in claim 8, wherein the conveying mechanism (34) comprises a moving block (341) slidably disposed on the worktable (31), a fixed block (342) disposed at a side of the chain (332), and a connecting plate (343) connecting the moving block (341) and the fixed block (342), wherein a round block (3411) is disposed at a bottom surface of the moving block (341) and the round block (3411) is slidably fitted in the guiding groove c (311), one end of the connecting plate (343) is disposed at a top of the fixed block (342) and the other end thereof is disposed at a top of the moving block (341), a guiding rod (3431) is further disposed at a bottom of the connecting plate (343) and the guiding rod (3431) is slidably fitted in the guiding groove d (321).
10. The continuous efficient skin treatment equipment for garlic as claimed in claim 9, wherein the moving block (341) has a limiting groove (3412) formed on its outer side surface along the height direction, the moving block (341) is connected with the cleaning barrel (413) through a limiting frame (344), one end of the limiting frame (344) is installed in the limiting groove (3412) in a vertically sliding fit manner, and the other end is fixedly installed on the outer side of the barrel wall of the cleaning barrel (413).
