step C, filtering the mixed solution obtained in the step B to obtain filtrate;
step D, preheating the filtrate obtained in the step C to 95 ℃, controlling the temperature to be 97 ℃ for evaporation, fishing salt once every 5 hours in the evaporation process, and continuously adding the filtrate obtained in the step C to keep the liquid level of an evaporation pot constant;
e, controlling and leaching the crystal salt obtained by fishing out the salt for 19 hours, and drying the crystal salt by using a dryer to obtain intermediate salt;
and step F, adding 20kg of potassium chloride, 0.5kg of longan pulp extract, 0.2kg of auricularia auricula-judae extract, 5g of iodine solution, 5g of anticaking agent and 6g of food-grade sour agent into 100kg of intermediate salt obtained in the step E, wherein the food-grade sour agent is anhydrous citric acid, ferulic acid, tartaric acid and zinc lactate, and stirring the mixture in a high-speed stirrer for 15 minutes to obtain the low-sodium blood-enriching iodine salt.
The preparation method of the folium ginkgo-angelica sinensis extracting solution comprises the following steps: drying folium Ginkgo and radix Angelicae sinensis respectively, and mixing at a weight ratio of 5: 2.5; extracting with 90% ethanol as solvent at 72 deg.C under reflux for 3 times, mixing extractive solutions, and rotary evaporating to remove ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo-radix Angelicae sinensis extractive solution.
The preparation method of the arillus longan extract comprises the following steps: mixing arillus longan with deionized water at a weight ratio of 10:35, and mashing with a high-speed mashing machine to obtain slurry; adding 18% of complex enzyme into the slurry, wherein the complex enzyme comprises protease, cellulase, pectinase and hemicellulase, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 90 minutes under the following conditions: obtaining enzymolysis liquid by ultrasonic power of 800W at the temperature of 53 ℃; heating to 90 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 20 min, filtering, collecting filtrate, and recovering solvent under reduced pressure to obtain arillus longan extract.
Example 2
Low-sodium blood-enriching iodized salt and preparation method thereof
The low-sodium blood-enriching iodized salt is prepared by the following steps:
step A, dissolving common salt in warm water at 60 ℃ to prepare feed liquid with the concentration of 280 g/L;
step B, adding the ginkgo leaf-angelica sinensis extracting solution into the feed liquid obtained in the step A, and stirring to uniformly mix the ginkgo leaf-angelica sinensis extracting solution and the feed liquid to obtain a mixed liquid;
step C, filtering the mixed solution obtained in the step B to obtain filtrate;
step D, preheating the filtrate obtained in the step C to 95 ℃, controlling the temperature to be 96-98 ℃ for evaporation, fishing salt once every 5 hours in the evaporation process, and continuously adding the filtrate obtained in the step C to keep the liquid level of an evaporation pot constant;
e, controlling and leaching the crystal salt obtained by fishing out the salt for 18 hours, and drying the crystal salt by using a dryer to obtain intermediate salt;
and step F, adding 18kg of potassium chloride, 0.4kg of longan pulp extract, 0.1kg of auricularia auricula-judae extract, 4g of iodine solution, 3g of anti-caking agent and 5g of food-grade sour agent into 100kg of the intermediate salt obtained in the step E, putting the mixture into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring for 15 minutes to obtain the low-sodium blood-enriching iodine salt.
The preparation method of the folium ginkgo-angelica sinensis extracting solution comprises the following steps: drying folium Ginkgo and radix Angelicae sinensis respectively, and mixing at a weight ratio of 5: 2; extracting under reflux for 2 times at 65 deg.C with 90% ethanol as solvent, mixing extractive solutions, and rotary evaporating to remove ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo-radix Angelicae sinensis extractive solution.
The preparation method of the arillus longan extract comprises the following steps: mixing arillus longan with deionized water at a weight ratio of 10:25, and mashing with a high-speed mashing machine to obtain slurry; adding 12% of complex enzyme into the slurry, wherein the complex enzyme comprises protease and cellulose, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 50 minutes under the following conditions: the temperature is 45 ℃, and the ultrasonic power is 600W, so as to obtain an enzymolysis liquid; heating to 85 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 20 min, filtering, collecting filtrate, and recovering solvent under reduced pressure to obtain arillus longan extract.

step A, dissolving common salt in warm water at 68 ℃ to prepare feed liquid with the concentration of 295 g/L;
step B, adding the ginkgo leaf-angelica sinensis extracting solution into the feed liquid obtained in the step A, and stirring to uniformly mix the ginkgo leaf-angelica sinensis extracting solution and the feed liquid to obtain a mixed liquid;
step C, filtering the mixed solution obtained in the step B to obtain filtrate;
step D, preheating the filtrate obtained in the step C to 95 ℃, controlling the temperature to be 96-98 ℃ for evaporation, fishing salt once every 5 hours in the evaporation process, and continuously adding the filtrate obtained in the step C to keep the liquid level of an evaporation pot constant; the generation of snowflake crystal forms is ensured by controlling the preheating temperature in the evaporation crystallization process, and certain moisture is carried in the crystallization precipitation to form the characteristic of low sodium;
e, controlling and leaching the crystal salt obtained by fishing out the salt for 20 hours, and drying the crystal salt by using a dryer to obtain intermediate salt;
and step F, adding 23kg of potassium chloride, 0.7kg of longan pulp extract, 0.25kg of auricularia auricula-judae extract, 3g of iodine solution, 4g of anticaking agent and 3g of food-grade sour agent into 100kg of the intermediate salt obtained in the step E, putting the mixture into a high-speed stirrer, and stirring for 15 minutes to obtain the low-sodium blood-enriching iodized salt.
The preparation method of the folium ginkgo-angelica sinensis extracting solution comprises the following steps: drying folium Ginkgo and radix Angelicae sinensis respectively, and mixing at a weight ratio of 5: 3; extracting under reflux for 4 times at 80 deg.C with 90% ethanol as solvent, mixing extractive solutions, and rotary evaporating to remove ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo-radix Angelicae sinensis extractive solution.

The preparation method of the folium ginkgo-angelica sinensis extracting solution comprises the following steps: drying folium Ginkgo and radix Angelicae sinensis respectively, and mixing at a weight ratio of 5: 2.7; extracting under reflux for 4 times at 70 deg.C with 90% ethanol as solvent, mixing extractive solutions, and rotary evaporating to remove ethanol to obtain folium Ginkgo-radix Angelicae sinensis extractive solution.
The preparation method of the arillus longan extract comprises the following steps: mixing arillus longan with deionized water at a weight ratio of 10:40, and mashing with a high-speed mashing machine to obtain slurry; adding 20% of complex enzyme into the slurry, wherein the complex enzyme comprises protease, cellulase and hemicellulase, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 60 minutes under the following conditions: the temperature is 50 ℃, and the ultrasonic power is 1200W, so as to obtain an enzymolysis liquid; heating to 90 deg.C, maintaining the temperature for 20 min, filtering, collecting filtrate, and recovering solvent under reduced pressure to obtain arillus longan extract.

step C, filtering the mixed solution obtained in the step B to obtain filtrate;
step D, preheating the filtrate obtained in the step C to 95 ℃, controlling the temperature to be 96-98 ℃ for evaporation, fishing salt once every 5 hours in the evaporation process, and continuously adding the filtrate obtained in the step C to keep the liquid level of an evaporation pot constant;
e, controlling and spraying the crystal salt obtained by fishing out the salt for 18-20 hours, and drying the crystal salt by using a dryer to obtain intermediate salt;
and F, adding potassium chloride, the arillus longan extract, the auricularia auricula essence, the iodine solution, the anti-caking agent and the food-grade sour agent into the intermediate salt obtained in the step E, and stirring the mixture in a high-speed stirrer for 15 minutes to obtain the low-sodium blood-enriching iodine salt.
2. The low-sodium iodized salt for enriching blood according to claim 1, wherein the temperature of the warm water in step A is 60-68 ℃.

The low-sodium iodized salt for tonifying blood according to claim 1, wherein in step B, the preparation method of the ginkgo biloba leaf-angelica sinensis extract comprises: drying the ginkgo leaves and the angelica respectively, and mixing in a weight ratio of 5: 2-3; taking 90% ethanol as a solvent, controlling the temperature to be 65-80 ℃, performing reflux extraction for 2-4 times, combining reflux extracting solutions, and performing rotary evaporation to remove ethanol to obtain a ginkgo leaf-angelica sinensis extracting solution.

The low-sodium iodized salt for enriching blood as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step F, the preparation method of the arillus longan extract comprises: mixing arillus longan with deionized water in a weight ratio of 10: 25-45, and mashing with a high-speed mashing machine to obtain slurry; adding 12-25% of complex enzyme into the slurry, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 50-130 minutes to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate; and heating to 85-95 ℃, preserving the heat for 20 minutes, filtering, collecting filtrate, and recovering the solvent under reduced pressure to obtain the arillus longan extract.
5. The low-sodium blood-enriching iodized salt as claimed in claim 4, wherein the complex enzyme comprises at least two of protease, cellulase, pectinase and hemicellulase.
6. The low-sodium iodonium hematinic salt of claim 4 wherein said sonication conditions are: the temperature is 45-60 ℃, and the ultrasonic power is 600-1000W.
7. The low-sodium blood-enriching iodized salt as claimed in claim 1, wherein in step F, the food grade acidulant is selected from one or at least two of anhydrous citric acid, ferulic acid, tartaric acid and zinc lactate.
8. A low-sodium iodized blood-enriching salt prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
