When the tree bark cutting device is used, the fixing ring of the fixing module 3 is provided with the single-side opening, so that the fixing ring is broken and sleeved on a tree trunk to be collected, then the connecting part 32 of the fixing ring is connected to the fixing shell 303, the fixing ring is provided with the single-side opening and is made of rubber, tree trunks with different sizes can be used, then the collecting funnel 101 of the collecting module 1 is fixed between the connecting parts 32 at two ends of the fixing ring through a connecting part, the fixed installation of the collecting module 1 and the tree bark cutting module 2 is completed, then the clamping motor 208 is started to drive the cutting arm 201 to rotate downwards, and the rotating plane of the cutting arm 201 inclines inwards, so that the cutting arm 201 is close to the tree trunk from far to near until the tree trunk is; then, a cutting motor 206 is started, the arc-shaped sliding block 203 is driven by the cutting motor 206 to slide back and forth in the arc-shaped track groove 202, so that a cutting knife 207 is driven to move to cut barks, then, the position and the direction of a collecting funnel 101 are adjusted, a chute 104 is aligned with a cut opening of the barks, collection of tree oil is started, the tree oil enters an oil inlet pipe 102 through the collecting funnel 101, then, a collecting groove 105 or an oil pocket in the collecting groove 105 is carried out along an oil distributing port 109, when a certain collecting groove 105 or the oil pocket in the collecting groove is fully collected, an oil collecting support 103 is rotated, the collecting groove 105 or the oil pocket in the collecting groove is replaced by another oil collecting support to continue collection until the tree oil at the cut opening is completely collected, then, the same method is installed to re-cut the opening for collection or replace a tree for collection, it is pointed out that the oil collecting support 103 can be rotated manually, a motor can also be set to, therefore, the aim of unattended operation is achieved, and the labor cost can be greatly reduced.

The fixed shell 303 of the invention is also provided with a solar cell panel and a storage battery, the solar cell panel is arranged outside the shell, and the electric energy is stored through an internal circuit to be used by a motor and a microprocessor board.
