Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a weeding boat for a water area, and aims to solve the problems that: how to reduce the cost of the waterweed boat and simultaneously pull out the roots of the waterweeds.
The invention provides a water area weeding boat which comprises a boat body, wherein the front part of the boat body is provided with a mounting frame extending forwards, the mounting frame is rotatably connected to the boat body through a bearing, the boat body is also provided with a lifting arm, and the lifting arm is connected with the mounting frame. The mounting frame comprises two extension rods, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected between the two extension rods, a grass shoveling wheel is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft, the grass shoveling wheel is connected with a grass shoveling motor for driving the grass shoveling wheel to rotate, a plurality of grass-pulling shovels are arranged on the grass shoveling wheel, and the plurality of grass-pulling shovels are distributed on the grass shoveling wheel in a comb-tooth shape; the weeding shovel comprises a mounting plate vertically mounted on a grass shoveling wheel, and a shoveling plate arranged along the tangential direction of the grass shoveling wheel is arranged on the mounting plate.
Preferably, the rear upper portion of the grass-shoveling wheel is further provided with a grass-pulling assembly, the grass-pulling assembly comprises an upper roller and a lower roller, the upper roller and the lower roller are rotatably mounted on the mounting frame, the upper roller and the lower roller are further connected with a motor, and the upper roller and the lower roller are driven by the motor to rotate. The upper roller and the lower roller are opposite in rotation direction, and the front parts of the upper roller and the lower roller rotate towards the centers of the two rollers.
Preferably, the upper roller and the lower roller are further provided with an upper pulling rod and a lower pulling rod respectively, the upper pulling rod and the lower pulling rod rotate along with the rotation of the upper roller and the lower roller, and the water plants in the front of the grass pulling assembly are brought to the middle positions of the upper roller and the lower roller when the upper pulling rod and the lower pulling rod rotate. A gap is reserved between the upper roller and the lower roller, and the height of the upper pull rod and the height of the lower pull rod are consistent with the height of the gap. In the rotation of the upper roller and the lower roller, the upper poking pull rod is connected with the lower roller in an abutting mode, and the lower poking pull rod is connected with the upper roller in an abutting mode.
Preferably, the rotating surfaces of the upper roller and the lower roller are provided with mounting grooves, and the upper pull rod and the lower pull rod are mounted in the mounting grooves through springs.
Preferably, the outer ends of the upper pulling rod and the lower pulling rod are sleeved with rubber sleeves.
Preferably, the rotating shaft is further provided with at least two rollers, and the outer diameters of the rollers are larger than that of the grass shoveling wheel.
Preferably, the front part of the ship body is also provided with a floating body, and the front part of the mounting frame is connected with the floating body; the grass shoveling wheel is also provided with a balancing weight, and the balancing weight is arranged in the grass shoveling wheel.
Preferably, the rear part of the ship body is also towed with a fence, the fence comprises a main fence and an auxiliary fence, the main fence and the auxiliary fence respectively comprise a plurality of floating bodies and weight members, and the floating bodies are connected through floating body connecting members; and a skirt body is arranged between the floating body connecting piece and the counterweight piece. Two ends of the main fence are connected with first pulling ropes, and the first pulling ropes are used for pulling the main fence to move on the water surface. A plurality of second openings are formed in the skirt body of the auxiliary fence, mesh bags are connected to the second openings and used for filtering water and collecting water surface garbage.
Still preferably, the skirt of the main fence is configured to: a void is provided for filtering and draining water. The skirt body comprises a plurality of folded sheets, and is a plurality of the folded sheets are the shutter form, the space is the clearance between the folded sheets, the clearance between the folded sheets faces the middle and back portion of main rail.
Compared with the prior art, the water area weeding boat provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the water area weeding boat carries the mounting frame through the boat body, the mounting frame is rotatably connected to the boat body through the bearing, and the mounting frame can move obliquely upwards or obliquely downwards by taking the bearing as an axis; the above-mentioned motion is accomplished through the lift arm to the position of the grass-shoveling wheel on the control mounting bracket makes the grass-shoveling wheel be close to submarine pasture and water root. In the specific work, the grass shoveling wheel drives the grass pulling shovel to shovel soil on the water bottom in the rotation process, so that aquatic weeds on the water bottom are shoveled from the root, and the aquatic weeds are cleared; simultaneously, above-mentioned process can also make submarine earth soft, is convenient for follow-up pulling out of pasture and water.
According to the water area weeding boat, the grass shoveling wheel is driven by the grass shoveling motor and is arranged on the mounting frame, so that the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost and the maintenance cost are low; meanwhile, the components for weeding such as the weeding wheels and the mounting rack can be mounted on a conventional ship, and the requirement on the ship body is low, so that the popularization and application difficulty of the weeding ship in the water area is low.

The water area weeding ship carries the mounting frame 2 through the ship body 1, the mounting frame 2 is rotatably connected to the ship body 1 through a bearing, and the mounting frame 2 can move obliquely upwards or obliquely downwards by taking the bearing as an axis; the above movement is accomplished by the lift arm to control the position of the grass-shoveling wheel 4 on the mounting frame 2, so that the grass-shoveling wheel 4 is close to the root of the underwater aquatic grass. In the embodiment, the weeding assembly 3 is carried by the ship body 1, the ship body 1 can be a conventional ship, the mounting frame 2 can be detachably mounted on the ship body 1, and when the weeding is not needed, the mounting frame 2 and the weeding assembly 3 can be detached, so that the cost of the weeding ship in the water area can be reduced; the weeding assembly 3 comprises an upper roller 31 and a lower roller 32, the aquatic weeds are brought to the position between the upper roller 31 and the lower roller 32 through the rotation of the upper roller 31 and the lower roller 32, the aquatic weeds are clamped and fixed through the upper roller 31 and the lower roller 32, and the clamped and fixed aquatic weeds are pulled out along with roots in the movement of the ship body 1; after the aquatic weeds are removed, the upper roller 31 and the lower roller 32 rotate to drive the aquatic weeds to the rear part of the weeding assembly 3.

Specifically, in this embodiment, in order to further reduce the intercepting pressure of the main fence 101, a plurality of third openings are provided on the skirt 109 of the main fence 101, the third openings are connected with mesh bags 104, and the mesh bags 104 are used for filtering water and collecting water surface garbage. The third opening can discharge water carried by the main fence 1011 in the moving process more quickly, and reduce the moving resistance of the main fence 101. Meanwhile, the third opening can be connected with the mesh bag 104, so that the water surface garbage is collected primarily through the mesh bag 104, and the pressure of the mesh bag 104 in the rear auxiliary fence 102 is reduced.
Specifically, in order to control the opening angle of the main fence 101, the third openings are symmetrically distributed on the skirt 109 of the main fence 101, and two symmetrical third openings are connected through a first rope 110. The first rope 110 can prevent the main fence 101 from being opened at an excessively large angle.
Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a baffle is further disposed at one side of the third opening close to the middle of the main fence 101, the first rope 110 is connected to the baffle, the middle of the first rope 110 is further connected to the second traction rope 52, and the first rope 110 is in an inverted V shape after being pulled by the second traction rope 52. As shown in the figure, when only one towing boat is used to tow the main fence 101, the diversion assembly formed by the diversion plates can solve the problem that the opening angle of the main fence 101 is too small or cannot be opened, so as to facilitate the collection of water surface garbage.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, in order to reduce the movement resistance of the main rail 101, the water flow carried by the movement of the main rail 101 flows to the rear of the main rail 101, and in the present embodiment, the skirt 109 of the main rail 101 is configured to: a void is provided for filtering and draining water.

Specifically, in order to separate the large-volume water surface garbage from the small-volume water surface garbage, in this embodiment, the first opening 103 is provided with a blocking net, and the net diameter of the blocking net is larger than that of the net bag 104. The intercepting net can initially intercept the water surface garbage with larger volume, so as to prevent the water surface garbage with larger volume from blocking the port of the mesh bag 104 and occupying a large amount of storage space of the mesh bag 104; meanwhile, the net diameter of the intercepting net is large, so that the size of the intercepted water surface garbage is large, and workers can conveniently collect and treat the large water surface garbage manually.
Specifically, the present embodiment also provides a specific form of the main and sub-fences 101 and 102, wherein the floating body 107 connecting member is a second rope 105, and the weight member is a chain 106. In this embodiment, in order to prevent the water current carrying the surface waste from flowing out from the lower portions of the main and sub fences 101 and 102 in a large amount, the second rope 105 is longer than the chain 106 in this embodiment, the lower portions of the main and sub fences 101 and 102 are inclined downward and inward, and the lower portions of the main and sub fences 101 and 102 are inclined inward by reducing the length of the chain 106, so that the water current carrying the surface waste is caught.
