Example one
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a winding device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 10, a winding head 20, and a power mechanism 40. The winding head 20 has a first station 202, a second station 204, and a third station 206, and includes a turntable 21, a first motor 24, and a winding needle 22 rotatably connected to the turntable 21. The rotary table 21 is rotatably connected with the base 10, the positions of the rotary table 21 corresponding to the first station 202, the second station 204 and the third station 206 are respectively provided with a winding needle 22, the first motor 24 is used for driving the winding needle 22 to rotate, and the first motor 24 is in one-to-one correspondence with the winding needles 22 of the three stations. Of course, in other embodiments, the winding device may include only one first motor 24, and the power is transmitted to the winding needle 22 at different stations through different mechanisms.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, the actuating mechanism 40 includes a driving member 42, a transmission member 44 and a braking member 46, which are all rotatably connected to the base 10, and the actuating mechanism 40 corresponds to the winding needles 22 of the three stations one by one. The driving member 42 includes a driving swing arm 424 and a braking swing arm 426 disposed around the rotation axis thereof. The transmission member 44 includes a first transmission arm 442 and a second transmission arm 444 disposed around the rotation axis thereof, and the second transmission arm 444 is connected to the first motor 24 in a transmission manner, and the first motor 24 drives the winding needle 22 to rotate through the second transmission arm 444. The brake 46 includes a first brake arm 462 and a second brake arm 464 disposed about the rotational axis thereof.
In the initial state, the second driving arm 444 is separated from the corresponding winding pin 22, the power of the first motor 24 cannot be transmitted to the winding pin 22, and the second braking arm 464 is connected to the corresponding winding pin 22 to restrict the rotation of the winding pin 22. When the driving member 42 rotates until the driving swing arm 424 contacts the first driving arm 442, the driving swing arm 424 drives the second driving arm 444 to be connected to the corresponding winding pin 22 through the first driving arm 442, and the braking swing arm 426 contacts the first braking arm 462, and the braking swing arm 426 drives the second braking arm 464 to be separated from the winding pin 22 through the first braking arm 462, so as to transmit the power of the first motor 24 to the winding pin 22, and rotate the winding pin 22. On the contrary, when the second driving arm 444 is separated from the corresponding winding pin 22, the second braking arm 464 is connected to the winding pin 22 to reduce the angle of rotation of the winding pin 22 by inertia, to reduce the deviation of the actual winding length of the raw material from the preset length, thereby improving the product quality. Moreover, the transmission member 44 and the braking member 46 are driven by the driving member 42, so that the response time difference of the transmission member 44 and the braking member 46 caused by problems such as electrical time delay can be avoided, and the time difference of the separation of the winding needle 22 from the second transmission arm 444 and the connection of the winding needle 22 with the second braking arm 464 can be reduced, so as to further reduce the rotation angle of the winding needle 22 under the inertia effect.
Referring mainly to fig. 2, 4 and 6, the winding device further includes a transmission assembly corresponding to the transmission member 44 one by one, the transmission assembly includes a driving wheel 81, a first transmission wheel 82, a second transmission wheel (not shown), a third transmission wheel 84 and a driven wheel 85, the driving wheel 81 is connected to the first motor 24 and is in transmission connection with the driven wheel 85 through the first transmission wheel 82, the second transmission wheel and the transmission member 44 in sequence, the first transmission wheel 82, the second transmission wheel and the transmission member 44 are coaxial, the third transmission wheel 84 is coaxial with the driven wheel 85, the third transmission wheel 84 and the driven wheel 85 are both connected to a second transmission arm 444, and the second transmission arm 444 is connected to or separated from the winding needle 22 through the driven wheel 85.
Because the first driving wheel 82 and the second driving wheel are coaxial with the driving member 44, and the third driving wheel 84 is connected with the second driving arm 444, when the driving member 44 rotates, the third driven wheel 85 is always meshed with the second driving wheel to transmit power to the driven wheel 85, and the driven wheel 85 can transmit power to the winding needle 22 when contacting with the winding needle 22, the structure is simple, and the transmission ratio can be designed through the driving wheel 81, the first driving wheel 82, the second driving wheel, the third driving wheel 84 and the driven wheel 85.
In this embodiment, the driven wheel 85 is a rubber wheel, and can drive the winding needle 22 to rotate by friction when abutting against the winding needle 22. It can be understood that the driven wheel 85 is a rubber wheel, which can play a role of buffering when the driven wheel 85 contacts the winding needle 22, and can prevent the driven wheel 85 from damaging the winding needle 22. When the driven wheel 85 is seriously worn, the driven wheel 85 can be replaced, and the operation is more convenient compared with the replacement of the winding needle 22.
Further, the surface of the winding needle 22 for abutting against the driven wheel 85 is provided with a non-slip projection to increase the friction force between the winding needle 22 and the driven wheel 85.
Referring mainly to fig. 4, the braking member 46 includes a braking wheel 466 connected to the second braking arm 464, and the braking wheel 466 is a rubber wheel, and the braking wheel 466 can limit the rotation of the winding needle 22 when abutting against the winding needle 22.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the braking member 46 is connected to the base 10 through the rotary plate 21 and is rotationally connected to the rotary plate 21, when the rotary plate 21 rotates, the braking member 46 rotates along with the rotary plate 21, the relative position of the braking member 46 and the corresponding winding needle 22 remains unchanged, and the braking wheel 466 is always in contact with the winding needle 22 when the winding needle 22 does not rotate. Thus, the stopper 46 can overcome the inertia of the winding needle 22 when the winding needle 22 stops rotating, and can limit the rotation of the winding needle 22 when the winding needle 22 is replaced, so as to improve the problem that the raw material is loosened in the process of the winding needle 22.
Referring mainly to fig. 1 and 4, the winding device further includes a second motor 61 and a linkage member 62, the linkage member 62 is connected to the driving swing arms 422 of the three stations, and the second motor 61 is connected to the linkage member 62 or one of the driving members 42, so as to drive the driving members 42 corresponding to the three stations to rotate synchronously.
Through setting up link 62, the synchronous motion is realized through link 62 to the driving piece 42 of three stations, and all power transmission of rolling up needle 22 and first motor 24 all passes through second motor 61 control, can not be because of electric delay scheduling problem for the time inconsistent that the time of rolling up needle 22 of first station 202 and second station 204 cuts off power transmission.
Referring mainly to fig. 4, the linkage member 62 is a circular ring structure coaxial with the turntable 21, and the linkage member 62 is slidably connected to the driving swing arm 422, so that when the linkage member 62 drives all the driving members 42 to rotate, the linkage member 62 rotates around the turntable 21, and the occupied space is small. In other embodiments, linkage 62 may also be a linkage structure.
Further, the winding device further comprises a guide assembly 65 corresponding to the driving member 42, the guide assembly 65 comprises an arc-shaped slide rail 651 coaxially arranged with the driving member 42 and a slide block 652 in sliding fit with the arc-shaped slide rail 651, and the linkage member 62 is fixedly connected with the slide block 652 and is connected with the driving swing arm 422 in a sliding manner through the slide block 652. The arc-shaped slide rails 651 are matched with the sliding blocks 652, so that the driving piece 42 moves more stably.
In order to drive the driving member 42 to rotate, the winding device further comprises a linkage cam 63 and a linkage swing arm 64, wherein the linkage cam 63 is connected with the second motor 61 and is connected with the linkage member 62 through the linkage swing arm 64. The linkage cam 63 and the linkage swing arm 64 are adopted to drive the linkage piece 62, the continuous rotation motion of the linkage cam 63 can be converted into the reciprocating motion of the linkage piece 62, the structure is simpler, and the control program of the second motor 61 can be simplified.
Further, the winding device further comprises a feeding mechanism (not shown in the figure), the feeding mechanism comprises a feeding cam, a feeding swing arm and a feeding assembly, the feeding cam and the linkage cam 63 are coaxially arranged and are driven by the second motor 61, the feeding cam drives the feeding assembly to feed the raw materials into the first station 202 through the feeding swing arm, the feeding cam and the linkage cam 63 are driven by the second motor 61, and compared with a mode that the feeding cam and the linkage cam 63 are respectively driven by different motors, the problem of electric delay and the like is avoided that the time for feeding the raw materials into the winding device is not coordinated with the time for starting winding, so that the quality of products is improved.
It should be noted that, referring mainly to fig. 1, the winding head 20 of the present embodiment further includes a motor base 26 rotatably connected to the base 10, and the first motor 24 for driving the winding needle 22 of the first station 202 is disposed on the motor base 26. The winding head 20 further comprises a pre-winding assembly, the pre-winding assembly comprises a pre-winding cam 282 and a pre-winding swing arm 284, the pre-winding cam 282 is coaxially arranged with the linkage cam 63 and the feeding cam and is driven by the second motor 61, the pre-winding cam 282 drives the motor base 26 to rotate through the pre-winding swing arm 284, and the rotation time of the motor base 26 is earlier than the rotation time of the winding needle 22 driven by the first motor 24. That is, when the raw material is fed into the winding needle 22 of the first station 202, the pre-winding cam 282 drives the motor base 26 of the first motor 24 corresponding to the first station 202 to rotate mechanically through the pre-winding swing arm 284, and since the first motor 24 is fixed on the motor base 26, the first motor 24 is also driven by the pre-winding swing arm 284 to rotate mechanically to drive the winding needle 22 of the first station 202 to pre-wind the raw material. After winding a certain length, the first motor 24 is started to drive the winding needle 22 to rotate at a high speed so as to rapidly wind the raw material.
As can be appreciated, since the pre-rolling cam 282 and the feeding cam are both driven by the second motor 61, and the pre-rolling cam 282 and the feeding cam rotate synchronously, there is no electrical delay, and the coordination between the pre-rolling action and the feeding action can be improved, so that the deviation between the position where the first station 202 takes the raw material to be rolled and the ideal position is reduced, and the capacitance eccentricity is improved. If the winding needle 22 of the first station 202 is completely driven by the first motor 24 to wind the raw material, an electrical delay exists between the first motor 24 and the second motor 61, which may cause an uncontrollable deviation between a position where the winding needle 22 picks up the raw material to wind and an ideal position, thereby affecting the production quality of the product.
Of course, in order to enhance the coordination of the actions of the first station 202, the second station 204 and the third station 206, the gluing mechanism 91 for gluing and the blanking mechanism for blanking can also adopt a cam-swing arm driving mode, and the cam is driven by the second motor 61.
The winding device of the present embodiment further includes a push pin assembly (not shown in the drawings) for pushing the winding pin 22 to move in the axial direction thereof to push out the winding pin 22 of the first station 202 to pick up the raw material and to retract the winding pin 22 of the third station 206 for blanking, and the push pin assembly also can position the winding pin 22 when the winding pin 22 does not need to rotate. In addition, the winding device also comprises a dust collection assembly arranged near the winding head 20 so as to absorb sundries during winding, and is also provided with a detection assembly for detecting the quality of raw materials and products, and a waste material treatment assembly for treating unqualified products, so that the production efficiency and the production quality of the winding device are improved.
Example two
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the winding device of the second embodiment only includes the first station 202, and the base 10 is provided with the rubberizing mechanism 91 and the blanking mechanism at the position corresponding to the first station 202, and the winding, rubberizing and blanking are all performed at the first station 202, and the winding device only performs processing of one product at the same time. Of course, in other embodiments, the winding device may also include only the first station 202 and the second station 204, and the winding device winds at the first station 202 and tapes and blanks at the second station 204. Accordingly, the number of power mechanisms 40 is also reduced accordingly.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the winding device of the third embodiment does not include the linkage 62, and the driving members 42 of the three stations are respectively driven by different motors. It will be appreciated that, in this case, the driving member 42 may not include the driving swing arm 422, and the driving member 42 may be directly connected to the rotating shaft of the motor to directly drive the driving member 42 to rotate.
Example four
The fourth embodiment further provides a nailing and winding all-in-one machine, which comprises a nailing device, a winding device and a nailing device, wherein the nailing device is located on a conveying path of the foil strip and used for nailing and connecting a guide pin to the foil strip, the nailing device is located at the upstream of the winding device, the foil strip nailed and connected with the guide pin is directly conveyed to the winding device to be wound, and the transmission between raw materials and the winding device can be simplified.
