The present invention also provides a wireless communication method, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication method includes the steps of:
step S110, when a transition instruction is detected, the wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the transition host;
The transfer-out host is monitoring equipment, the monitoring equipment comprises but is limited to a monitor and fetal monitoring type monitoring equipment, the transfer-out host is provided with a wireless module, the transfer-out host can establish a wireless Access Point (AP) through the wireless module, a corresponding wireless accessory can communicate with the transfer-out host through accessing the wireless access point so as to upload monitoring data of the wireless accessory to the transfer-out host, the transfer-out host is connected with a central monitoring server through a network, and the transfer-out host can upload the data uploaded by the wireless accessory to the central monitoring server in real time. In other embodiments, the wireless accessory may also communicate with the roll-out host using short range communication such as bluetooth communication, NFC communication, and the like.
In this embodiment, when the monitoring device needs to be replaced, the transfer instruction may be triggered by a transfer button in the control panel of the transfer host, where the transfer instruction may carry accessory information of the wireless accessory, or when the patient moves from a location a to a location B with the wireless accessory (target wireless accessory), the signal of the wireless access point searched by the target wireless accessory will be worse and worse, and when the signal threshold is lower than the set signal threshold and the duration reaches the set time threshold, the target wireless accessory sends a transfer request to the transfer host, and the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the wireless access point of the transfer host.
When receiving the transfer request sent by the target wireless accessory, the transfer host sends a transfer instruction to other wireless accessories connected with the transfer host through the network, and when detecting the transfer instruction, the other wireless accessories disconnect the network with the transfer host at the same time, so that all the wireless accessories disconnect the network with the transfer host. At this time, all wireless accessories store relevant information of the patient corresponding to the wireless accessories, and synchronously transfer out the monitoring time of the host, and meanwhile, the wireless accessories can store the monitoring data of the patient in the moving process.
Step S120, creating a local area network by a target wireless accessory in the wireless accessories, so that other wireless accessories in the wireless accessories access the local area network;
In this embodiment, when a target wireless accessory disconnects its network connection with a roll-out host (wireless access point), the target wireless accessory creates a local area network, and when other wireless accessories disconnected from the roll-out host detect the local area network, the target wireless accessory accesses the local area network. Specifically, the target wireless accessory is provided with a WI-FI module, and when the network connection between the target wireless accessory and the transfer-out host is disconnected, the WI-FI module starts an Access Point (AP) mode and creates a wireless Access Point; when other wireless accessories search the wireless access point, the wireless access point can be directly accessed according to the configuration information stored by the wireless accessories, wherein the transition instruction comprises the configuration information of the wireless access point or the configuration information of the wireless access point is stored in advance by the other wireless accessories, the other wireless accessories determine whether the detected wireless access point is matched with the configuration information in real time, and if so, the other wireless accessories are accessed to the wireless access point.
The target wireless accessory can be predetermined, the target wireless accessory can establish the wireless access point according to configuration information such as SSID value agreed by the transfer, the configuration information is stored in the target wireless accessory in advance, and when the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the transfer host, the target wireless accessory establishes the wireless access point based on the configuration information. In order to ensure that other wireless accessories except the target wireless accessory can be smoothly accessed to the wireless access point, the password of the wireless access point can be set to be no password, or the transition instruction also comprises the SSID value and the password, and the password in the transition instruction is set to be the password of the target wireless access point.
In step S130, when the transfer request is monitored, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, and the wireless accessory establishes network connection with the transfer host corresponding to the transfer request.
In this embodiment, the transfer request may include setting information corresponding to a network connection (wireless access point) of the transfer host, and when the transfer request is monitored, the target wireless accessory disconnects the lan, and all the wireless accessories establish network connection with the transfer host corresponding to the transfer request. Specifically, if the lan is a lan created through the WI-FI module of the target wireless accessory, the target wireless accessory controls the WI-FI module to exit the AP mode and switch to the STA mode, so that the target wireless accessory serves as an STA station in the wireless network, and then accesses a wireless access point provided by the transfer-in host through the WI-FI module. All wireless accessories can communicate with the transfer-in host, so that when a patient is transferred to a bed or the monitoring equipment is replaced, the wireless accessories carried by the patient can be automatically connected to the new monitoring equipment (transfer-in host), the manual operation process in the replacement monitoring equipment is avoided, and the efficiency of transferring the bed is improved. When the transfer-in request is monitored, other wireless accessories establish network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information, namely, the wireless access point of the transfer-in host is accessed, so that all the wireless accessories can communicate with the transfer-in host.
The transfer host is monitoring equipment, and the monitoring equipment comprises, but is not limited to, a monitor and fetal monitoring equipment.
Further, in an embodiment, before step S110, the wireless communication method further includes: and when receiving a transfer request triggered by a transfer-out key of the transfer-out host, the transfer-out host sends a transfer-out instruction to the wireless accessory which is connected with the transfer-out host in a network mode.
In this embodiment, when the monitoring device (the outbound host) needs to be replaced, the healthcare personnel can trigger the turn-bed request through the outbound key of the outbound host, and when the turn-bed request triggered by the outbound key of the outbound host is received, the outbound host sends a turn-bed instruction to all wireless accessories currently connected with the outbound host through the network, wherein the turn-bed instruction can include accessory information of the target wireless accessory and an SSID value of the wireless access point, and the outbound host generates the turn-bed instruction according to the accessory information of the target wireless accessory and the SSID value of the wireless access point first, and of course, the turn-bed instruction can also include a password of the wireless access point.
According to the wireless communication method provided by the embodiment, when the transition instruction is detected, the wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the transition host, and then a target wireless accessory in the wireless accessory creates a local area network so that other wireless accessories in the wireless accessory access the local area network; and when a transfer request is monitored, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, and the wireless accessory and a transfer host corresponding to the transfer request establish network connection, so that the wireless accessory can communicate with the transfer host, and further, when a patient transfers a bed or changes monitoring equipment, the wireless accessory carried by the patient can be automatically connected to the new monitoring equipment (the transfer host), thereby avoiding the manual operation process in the change monitoring equipment and improving the efficiency of the transfer bed.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed, in which, in the present embodiment, step S130 includes:
step S131, when it is monitored that the first signal strength of the transfer host is greater than a first preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory determines whether a duration of the first signal strength greater than the first preset signal strength reaches a first preset duration; ;
Step S132, if yes, the target wireless accessory determines that the transfer request is monitored, and obtains setting information of the transfer host;
In step S133, the target wireless accessory closes the lan, and the wireless accessory establishes a network connection with the in-host based on the setting information.
In this embodiment, when a user (patient) wearing a target wireless accessory is in a coverage area of a signal (for example, a signal of a wireless access point) of the transfer-in host, if the target wireless accessory monitors that the first signal strength of the transfer-in host is greater than the second preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory accumulates a duration of time that the first signal strength of the transfer-in host is greater than the first preset signal strength, if the duration of time is greater than the first preset duration, it is determined that the transfer-in request is monitored, and setting information of the transfer-in host is obtained, where the setting information includes information corresponding to a network signal of the transfer-in host, for example, the network signal is a signal of the wireless access point of the transfer-in host, and the setting information includes an SSID and/or a password of the wireless access point of the transfer-in host. The target wireless accessory then closes the local area network, all wireless accessories establish network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information,
Further, in an embodiment, step S133 includes:
Step a, the target wireless accessory transmits broadcast information comprising the setting information through the local area network;
And b, closing the local area network by the target wireless accessory, establishing network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information, and establishing network connection with the transfer-in host by the other wireless accessories in the wireless accessory based on the broadcasting information when the broadcasting information is received.
The target wireless accessory sends broadcasting information of setting information through a local area network, then the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, and establishes network connection with the transfer host based on the setting information; and when receiving the broadcast information, other wireless accessories accessing the local area network acquire setting information in the broadcast information, and the other wireless accessories establish network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information. It should be noted that, if the network connection between the other wireless accessory and the lan still exists when the other wireless accessory receives the broadcast information, the network connection between the other wireless accessory and the lan is disconnected, and then the setting information in the broadcast information is obtained.
The first preset signal strength may be reasonably set, for example, the signal strength may be divided into three steps of signal difference, signal general and signal best, and the signal closer to the host is usually best when monitoring is considered, so the first preset signal strength may be set as signal general or signal difference. The first preset duration may be set reasonably according to the requirement, for example, the first preset duration may be between 10 and 30 seconds.
According to the wireless communication method provided by the embodiment, when the fact that the first signal intensity of the transfer-in host is larger than the first preset signal intensity is monitored, the target wireless accessory judges whether the duration time of the first signal intensity larger than the first preset signal intensity reaches the first preset duration time or not; and if so, the target wireless accessory determines that the transfer-in request is monitored, acquires the setting information of the transfer-in host, and then closes the local area network, and establishes network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information, so that the wireless accessory can be quickly connected into the transfer-in host according to the setting information, and the transfer-in efficiency is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a third embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed, in which step S110 includes:
Step S111, when it is monitored that the second signal strength of the roll-out host is less than a second preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory determines whether a duration of the second signal strength less than the second preset signal strength reaches a second preset duration;
Step S112, if yes, the target wireless accessory determines that the transfer instruction is detected, and sends a transfer request to the transfer host, so that the transfer host sends the transfer instruction to the other wireless accessories, and the other wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the transfer host based on the transfer instruction;
in step S113, the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the roll-out host.
In this embodiment, when the patient moves from the outbound host to the inbound host with the target wireless accessory away from the outbound host, for example, the signal (the signal of the wireless access point) of the outbound host that the target wireless accessory searches for is worse, if the target wireless accessory monitors that the second signal strength of the outbound host is smaller than the second preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory accumulates the second signal strength of the outbound host to be smaller than the duration of the second preset signal strength, if the duration is longer than the second preset duration, the target wireless accessory determines that the turn-on command is detected, and sends a turn-on request to the outbound host, so that the outbound host sends the turn-on command to other wireless accessories based on the turn-on request, the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the outbound host after sending the turn-on request, and when receiving the turn-on command, the other wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the outbound host based on the turn-on command.
The second preset signal strength may be reasonably set, for example, the signal strength may be classified into three steps of signal difference, signal general and signal best, and the signal closer to the host is usually best in consideration of monitoring, so the second preset signal strength may be set as signal general or signal difference, and preferably, the second preset signal strength is the same as the first preset signal strength. The second preset duration may be set reasonably according to the requirement, for example, the second preset duration may be between 10 and 30 seconds.
According to the wireless communication method provided by the embodiment, when the fact that the second signal intensity of the roll-out host is smaller than the second preset signal intensity is monitored, the target wireless accessory judges whether the duration time of the second signal intensity smaller than the second preset signal intensity reaches the second preset duration time or not; if yes, the target wireless accessory determines that the transfer instruction is detected, and sends a transfer request to the transfer-out host, so that the transfer-out host sends the transfer instruction to the other wireless accessories, and the other wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the transfer-out host based on the transfer instruction; and then the target wireless accessory is disconnected from the network connection between the transfer host, so that the transfer request is triggered according to the intensity of the received signal of the wireless accessory, and further, when the transfer is carried out, medical staff is not required to carry out manual operation, the transfer host can be automatically accessed by the wireless accessory, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed, in the present embodiment, the wireless communication method further includes:
step S140, when the network connection between the wireless accessory and the roll-out host is disconnected, the wireless accessory stores current monitoring data;
in step S150, when a network connection is established with the in-coming host, the wireless accessory sends the currently stored monitoring data to the in-coming host.
In this embodiment, during the transition process of the wireless accessory, when the wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the wireless access point, the current monitoring data is stored, and when the access to the transition host is performed, that is, the network connection is established with the transition host, the wireless accessory transmits the currently stored monitoring data to the transition host, so as to avoid the loss of the monitoring data of the user during the process of replacing the host.
When the transfer host computer is connected with the central monitoring server in a network manner, the monitoring data of each wireless accessory can comprise the moment of disconnecting the network connection with the transfer host computer, and when the transfer host computer uploads the monitoring data to the central monitoring server, the central monitoring server can accurately store the monitoring data according to the moment so as to ensure the integrity of the monitoring data of a corresponding user (patient).
According to the wireless communication method provided by the embodiment, when the network connection between the wireless accessory and the roll-out host is disconnected, the wireless accessory stores current monitoring data; and then when the network connection is established with the transfer-in host, the wireless accessory transmits the currently stored monitoring data to the transfer-in host, so that the monitoring data loss of a user (patient) can be avoided, the integrity of the monitoring data is ensured, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a fifth embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed, in which the wireless communication method further includes:
In step S160, when the creation of the lan fails or the number of accessories connected to the lan is smaller than the number of other wireless accessories, the target wireless accessory closes the lan, where when it is monitored that the lan is disconnected, the wireless accessory with the highest priority among the other wireless accessories creates the lan.
In this embodiment, when the target wireless accessory fails to create the lan or within a preset period after the creation of the lan, the target wireless accessory monitors that the number of accessories connected to the lan is smaller than the number of other wireless accessories, and the target wireless accessory closes the lan, if the lan is a wireless access point created by the wireless accessory through its WI-FI module, the target wireless accessory exits the AP mode to close the wireless access point, and when the local area is monitored to be disconnected, the wireless accessory with the largest priority among the other wireless accessories creates the lan, and all the wireless accessories disconnected from the host access the lan created by the wireless accessory with the largest priority.
When a transfer instruction sent by a transfer host is received, other wireless accessories are disconnected with the network of the transfer host, the wireless accessory with the largest priority among the other wireless accessories starts to search whether a local area network created by the wireless accessory exists in the current environment, if so, the wireless access point is accessed according to the locally stored configuration information, the number of accessories accessing the local area network within a preset time period is detected (the number of accessories comprises the wireless accessory with the largest priority but does not comprise the wireless accessory creating the local area network), and if the number of the accessories accessing is smaller than the number of the other wireless accessories, the wireless accessory with the largest priority disconnects the local area network and creates the local area network. All wireless accessories which are disconnected with the roll-out host are connected with the network, signals of the local area network in the current environment are searched in real time, and the local area network is accessed when the signals are searched.
It should be noted that, before the roll-out host sends the transition instruction to the wireless accessories, the roll-out host may sort each wireless accessory in each wireless accessory according to the order of the priority of each wireless accessory from large to small, so as to obtain the sorting information, and send the sorting information to each wireless accessory.
Or the roll-out host directly sends a transition instruction to each wireless accessory based on the sequencing information of the priority of each wireless accessory, and each wireless accessory can determine the wireless accessory with the largest priority in other wireless accessories according to the sequencing information, and the like.
According to the wireless communication method, when the local area network is failed to be established or the number of accessories connected to the local area network is smaller than that of other wireless accessories, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, wherein when the local area network is monitored to be disconnected, the wireless accessory with the largest priority among the other wireless accessories establishes the local area network, and when the local area network is failed to be established or the wireless accessory cannot be connected to the local area network, the other wireless accessories reestablish the local area network, so that errors in a transition process are avoided, and user experience is further improved.
Based on the fifth embodiment, a sixth embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed, in which, before step S110, the wireless communication method further includes:
Step S170, the roll-out host acquires a priority, wherein the priority is the priority of each wireless accessory connected with the roll-out host through a network;
step S180, the roll-out host orders the priorities to obtain ordering information;
in step S190, the roll-out host sends the ordering information to the wireless accessory.
In this embodiment, each wireless accessory in the wireless accessory to be transferred is provided with a priority for creating a local area network, the transferring host obtains the priority of each wireless accessory, and the transferring host sorts the priorities of each wireless accessory to obtain sorting information, and sends the sorting information to each wireless accessory, so that other wireless accessories can re-determine the wireless accessory with the largest priority according to the sorting information.
According to the wireless communication method provided by the embodiment, the priority is obtained through the roll-out host, and the priority is the priority of each wireless accessory connected with the roll-out host through a network; then the roll-out host orders the priorities to obtain ordering information; and then the roll-out host sends the ordering information to the wireless accessory, so that the local area network can be re-established according to the priority of other wireless accessories when the local area network is failed to establish or the wireless accessory cannot access the local area network, further the automatic transfer efficiency is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the above embodiments, a seventh embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is presented, in the present embodiment, between step S120 and step 130, the wireless communication method further includes:
step S210, when a transfer request triggered by a transfer key of the transfer host is monitored, the transfer host determines whether the local area network is currently detected;
