Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a wireless communication method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
In this embodiment, the wireless communication method includes the steps of:
step S110, when a transfer instruction is detected, the wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the transfer host;
the transfer host is a monitoring device, the monitoring device comprises a monitor and a fetal monitoring device, the transfer host is provided with a wireless module, the transfer host can create a wireless access point AP through the wireless module, corresponding wireless accessories can be accessed into the wireless access point to communicate with the transfer host so as to upload monitoring data of the wireless accessories to the transfer host, the transfer host is connected with a central monitoring server through a network, and the transfer host can upload the data uploaded by the wireless accessories to the central monitoring server in real time. In other embodiments, the wireless accessory may also communicate with the roll-out host using short-range communication such as bluetooth communication, NFC communication, and the like.
In this embodiment, when the monitoring device needs to be replaced, the transfer instruction may be triggered by a transfer button in the control panel of the transfer host, where the transfer instruction may carry accessory information of the wireless accessory, or when the patient moves from a to B with the wireless accessory (target wireless accessory), the signal of the wireless access point searched by the target wireless accessory may be worse and worse, and when the signal is lower than a set signal threshold and the duration time reaches a set time threshold, the target wireless accessory sends a transfer request to the transfer host, and the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the wireless access point of the transfer host.
When receiving a transfer request sent by the target wireless accessory, the transfer host sends a transfer instruction to other wireless accessories connected with the transfer host through the network, and when the other wireless accessories detect the transfer instruction, the other wireless accessories simultaneously disconnect the network connection with the transfer host, so that all the wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the transfer host. At the moment, all the wireless accessories store the relevant information of the patients corresponding to the wireless accessories and synchronously transmit the monitoring time of the host, and meanwhile, the wireless accessories can also store the monitoring data of the patients in the moving process.
Step S120, a target wireless accessory in the wireless accessories creates a local area network so as to enable other wireless accessories in the wireless accessories to access the local area network;
in this embodiment, when a target wireless accessory disconnects its network connection with a roll-out host (wireless access point), the target wireless accessory creates a local area network, and other wireless accessories disconnected from the roll-out host access the local area network when detecting the local area network. Specifically, the target wireless accessory is provided with a WI-FI module, and when the network connection between the target wireless accessory and the host is disconnected and transferred out, the WI-FI module starts an AP (Access Point) mode to create a wireless Access Point; when searching the wireless access point, other wireless accessories can directly access the wireless access point according to configuration information stored in the wireless access point, wherein the transfer instruction comprises the configuration information of the wireless access point, or the configuration information of the wireless access point is stored in advance by other wireless accessories, the other wireless accessories determine whether the detected wireless access point is matched with the configuration information in real time, and if so, the other wireless accessories access the wireless access point.
The target wireless accessory can be predetermined, the target wireless accessory can create the wireless access point according to configuration information such as SSID value agreed by the transfer bed, the configuration information is stored in the target wireless accessory in advance, and when the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the transfer host, the target wireless accessory creates the wireless access point based on the configuration information. In order to ensure that other wireless accessories except the target wireless accessory are smoothly accessed into the wireless access point, the password of the wireless access point can be set to be a password-free password, or the transfer instruction further comprises the SSID value and the password, and the password in the transfer instruction is set to be the password of the target wireless access point.
Step S130, when a transfer-in request is monitored, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, and the wireless accessory establishes network connection with a transfer-in host corresponding to the transfer-in request.
In this embodiment, the transfer-in request may include setting information corresponding to a network connection (wireless access point) of the transfer-in host, and when the transfer-in request is monitored, the target wireless accessory disconnects the local area network, and all the wireless accessories establish a network connection with the transfer-in host corresponding to the transfer-in request. Specifically, if the local area network is the local area network created by the WI-FI module of the target wireless accessory, the target wireless accessory controls the WI-FI module to exit the AP mode and switch to the STA mode, so that the target wireless accessory is used as an STA site in the wireless network, and then is switched into a wireless access point provided by the host through the WI-FI module. All wireless accessories can communicate with the transfer-in host, so that when a patient transfers to a bed or monitoring equipment is replaced, the wireless accessories carried by the patient can be automatically connected to new monitoring equipment (the transfer-in host), the manual operation process in the monitoring equipment replacement is avoided, and the transfer efficiency is improved. When the transfer-in request is monitored, other wireless accessories establish network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information, namely access to the wireless access point of the transfer-in host, and further enable all the wireless accessories to communicate with the transfer-in host.
Wherein, the transfer-in host is a monitoring device, and the monitoring device comprises but is not limited to a monitor and a fetal monitoring device.
Further, in an embodiment, before step S110, the wireless communication method further includes: and when receiving a transfer request triggered by a transfer key of the transfer-out host, the transfer-out host sends a transfer instruction to the wireless accessory which is currently in network connection with the transfer-out host.
In this embodiment, when the monitoring device (the roll-out host) needs to be replaced, the medical staff may trigger a roll-out request through a roll-out key of the roll-out host, and when receiving the roll-out request triggered based on the roll-out key of the roll-out host, the roll-out host sends a roll-out instruction to all the wireless accessories currently in network connection with the roll-out host, where the roll-out instruction may include accessory information of a target wireless accessory and an SSID value of a wireless access point, and the roll-out host first generates the roll-out instruction according to the accessory information of the target wireless accessory and the SSID value of the wireless access point, and certainly, the roll-out instruction may further include a password of the wireless access point.
In the wireless communication method provided by this embodiment, when a transfer instruction is detected, a wireless accessory disconnects a network connection with a transfer-out host, and then a target wireless accessory in the wireless accessory creates a local area network, so that other wireless accessories in the wireless accessory access the local area network; when a transfer request is monitored, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, the wireless accessory establishes network connection with a transfer host corresponding to the transfer request, the wireless accessory can communicate with the transfer host, and further the wireless accessory carried by a patient can be automatically connected to new monitoring equipment (the transfer host) when the patient transfers or the monitoring equipment is replaced, so that the manual operation process in the monitoring equipment replacement is avoided, and the transfer efficiency is improved.
A second embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the step S130 includes:
step S131, when the fact that the first signal intensity of the transfer-in host is greater than a first preset signal intensity is monitored, the target wireless accessory judges whether the duration that the first signal intensity is greater than the first preset signal intensity reaches a first preset duration or not; (ii) a
Step S132, if yes, the target wireless accessory determines to monitor the transfer-in request and acquires the setting information of the transfer-in host;
step S133, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, and the wireless accessory establishes a network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information.
In this embodiment, when a user (patient) wearing a target wireless accessory is in a signal coverage area of the transfer-in host (for example, a signal of a wireless access point), if the target wireless accessory monitors that a first signal strength of the transfer-in host is greater than a second preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory accumulates a duration that the first signal strength of the transfer-in host is greater than the first preset signal strength, and if the duration is greater than the first preset duration, it is determined that the transfer-in request is monitored and setting information of the transfer-in host is obtained, where the setting information includes information corresponding to a network signal of the transfer-in host, for example, the network signal is a signal of a wireless access point of the transfer-in host, and the setting information includes an SSID and/or a password of the wireless access point of the transfer-in host. Then the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, all wireless accessories establish network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information,
further, in an embodiment, step S133 includes:
step a, the target wireless accessory sends broadcast information including the setting information through the local area network;
and b, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, establishes network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information, and establishes network connection with the transfer-in host based on the broadcast information when receiving the broadcast information.
The target wireless accessory sends broadcast information of setting information through a local area network, then the target wireless accessory closes the local area network and establishes network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information; and when other wireless accessories accessed to the local area network receive the broadcast information, the other wireless accessories acquire the setting information in the broadcast information, and establish network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information. It should be noted that, if the network connection with the local area network still exists when other wireless accessories receive the broadcast information, the other wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the local area network and then acquire the setting information in the broadcast information.
The first predetermined signal strength can be set reasonably, for example, the signal strength can be divided into three levels, i.e., signal difference, signal average and signal optimum, and considering that the signal closer to the host is usually the optimum during monitoring, the first predetermined signal strength can be set as signal average or signal difference. The first preset time period can be set reasonably according to requirements, for example, the first preset time period can be between 10 and 30 seconds.
In the wireless communication method provided by this embodiment, when it is monitored that the first signal strength of the transfer-in host is greater than a first preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory determines whether the duration of the first signal strength greater than the first preset signal strength reaches a first preset duration; and if so, the target wireless accessory determines to monitor the transfer-in request and acquires the setting information of the transfer-in host, then the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, the wireless accessory establishes network connection with the transfer-in host based on the setting information, and the wireless accessory can be quickly accessed to the transfer-in host according to the setting information, so that the transfer efficiency is further improved.
A third embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, step S110 includes:
step S111, when it is monitored that the second signal intensity of the roll-out host is smaller than a second preset signal intensity, the target wireless accessory judges whether the duration of the second signal intensity smaller than the second preset signal intensity reaches a second preset duration;
step S112, if yes, the target wireless accessory determines that the transfer instruction is detected, and sends a transfer request to the transfer host, so that the transfer host sends the transfer instruction to the other wireless accessories, and the other wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the transfer host based on the transfer instruction;
step S113, the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the roll-out host.
In this embodiment, when the patient carries the targeted wireless accessory away from the roll-out host, such as moving from the roll-out host to the roll-in host, the signals (signals of the wireless access point) of the target wireless accessory searching the transfer-out host are worse and worse, if the target wireless accessory monitors that the second signal intensity of the transfer-out host is smaller than the second preset signal intensity, the second signal strength of the target wireless accessory accumulated out of the host is less than the duration of the second preset signal strength, if the duration is greater than the second preset duration, the target wireless accessory determines that a transfer order is detected and sends a transfer request to the transfer-out host, so that the roll-out host sends a roll-out command to other wireless accessories based on the roll-out request, the target wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the roll-out host after sending the roll-out request, when the transfer instruction is received, the other wireless accessories disconnect the network connection with the transfer host machine based on the transfer instruction.
The second preset signal strength can be set to be the same as the first preset signal strength, preferably, the second preset signal strength is the same as the first preset signal strength. The second preset time period can be set reasonably according to requirements, for example, the second preset time period can be between 10 and 30 seconds.
In the wireless communication method provided in this embodiment, when it is monitored that the second signal strength of the roll-out host is smaller than a second preset signal strength, the target wireless accessory determines whether the duration of the second signal strength smaller than the second preset signal strength reaches a second preset duration; if so, the target wireless accessory determines that the transfer instruction is detected and sends a transfer request to the transfer-out host machine so that the transfer-out host machine can send the transfer instruction to other wireless accessories, and the other wireless accessories break the network connection with the transfer-out host machine based on the transfer instruction; then the target wireless accessory is disconnected from the network connection with the transfer-out host, the transfer request is triggered according to the strength of the received signal of the wireless accessory, and further, when the transfer is carried out, the medical personnel do not need to carry out manual operation, the wireless accessory can be automatically connected into the transfer-out host, and the user experience is further improved.
Based on the first embodiment, a fourth embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed, and in this embodiment, the wireless communication method further includes:
step S140, when the network connection between the wireless accessory and the host is disconnected, the wireless accessory stores the current monitoring data;
and S150, when the network connection with the transfer-in host is established, the wireless accessory sends the currently stored monitoring data to the transfer-in host.
In this embodiment, in the transferring process of the wireless accessory, when the wireless accessory disconnects the network connection with the wireless access point, the current monitoring data is stored, and when the transferring host is accessed, that is, the network connection is established with the transferring host, the wireless accessory sends the currently stored monitoring data to the transferring host, so as to avoid the loss of the monitoring data of the user in the process of replacing the host.
When the monitoring data is uploaded to the central monitoring server by the transfer host, the central monitoring server can accurately store the monitoring data according to the moment so as to ensure the integrity of the monitoring data of the corresponding user (patient).
In the wireless communication method provided by the embodiment, when the network connection between the host computer and the wireless accessory is disconnected, the wireless accessory stores the current monitoring data; and then when the network connection with the transfer-in host is established, the wireless accessory sends the currently stored monitoring data to the transfer-in host, so that the monitoring data of a user (patient) can be prevented from being lost, the integrity of the monitoring data is ensured, and the user experience is further improved.
A fifth embodiment of the wireless communication method of the present invention is proposed based on the first embodiment, and in this embodiment, the wireless communication method further includes:
step S160, when the creation of the local area network fails or the number of the accessories accessing the local area network is smaller than the number of the other wireless accessories, the target wireless accessory closes the local area network, wherein when it is monitored that the local area network is disconnected, the wireless accessory with the highest priority among the other wireless accessories creates the local area network.
In this embodiment, when the target wireless accessory fails to create the lan, or within a preset time after the target wireless accessory creates the lan, the target wireless accessory monitors that the number of accessories accessing the lan is smaller than the number of other wireless accessories, the target wireless accessory closes the lan, if the lan is a wireless access point created by the wireless accessory through its WI-FI module, the target wireless accessory exits the AP mode to close the wireless access point, when it is monitored that the lan is disconnected, the wireless accessory with the highest priority among the other wireless accessories creates the lan, and all the wireless accessories disconnected from the host access point created by the wireless accessory with the highest priority.
