The reminding priority comprises corresponding relations between a plurality of interval intervals and reminding levels, for example, the reminding level corresponding to the interval (0-5 minutes) is level A; the corresponding reminding grade is grade B in the interval (5-10 minutes); the corresponding reminding grade is grade C when the interval is 10-20 minutes; the corresponding reminding grade is grade D when the interval is more than 20 minutes. Thus, the specific implementation process is as follows: firstly, the last reminding time is determined, and the reminding interval between the last reminding time and the reminding time for carrying out reminding at this time is calculated. And then, determining a target reminding level corresponding to the target interval where the reminding interval is located in the reminding priority. And finally, marking the current bearing object by adopting the target reminding level, and displaying the marked current bearing object so that kitchen staff can determine whether the bearing object needs to be stored according to the target reminding level marked on the bearing object.
The embodiment shown in the above steps 201 to 206 can be briefly summarized as the following process:
referring to fig. 2B, the production management system sets a production reminding standard of the bearer object, and sets a corresponding relationship between the bearer facility and the bearer object. Then, for each carrying facility, the production management system detects the current carrying capacity of the carrying facility at every detection period. And determining whether the current bearing capacity meets the production reminding standard or not according to the production reminding standard of the bearing object. If the current bearing capacity meets the production reminding standard, displaying the current bearing capacity; and if the current bearing capacity does not meet the production reminding standard, generating and displaying a production reminding.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current bearing capacity of the bearing facility is detected, the production reminding threshold value of the bearing facility is determined based on the current bearing object of the bearing facility, if the current bearing capacity is not greater than the production reminding threshold value, the current bearing capacity is displayed, and the production reminding is displayed, so that a kitchen worker can timely know and supply dishes when the dishes are insufficient without polling, the workload of the worker is reduced, a large amount of manpower is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the whole process is improved.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a production reminding device, and as shown in fig. 3A, the device includes: a detection module 301, a first determination module 302 and a reminder module 303.
The detecting module 301 is configured to detect a current carrying capacity of a carrying facility;
the first determining module 302 is configured to determine a production reminding threshold of the bearer facility based on a current bearer object of the bearer facility, where the production reminding threshold specifies a lowest weight value of the current bearer object on the bearer facility;
the reminding module 303 is configured to display the current carrying capacity and display a production reminder if the current carrying capacity is not greater than the production reminding threshold.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3B, the apparatus includes: a first receiving module 304 and a second receiving module 305.
The first receiving module 304 is configured to receive object codes and production reminding standards of a plurality of bearer objects, and correspondingly store the object codes and the production reminding standards of the plurality of bearer objects, where the production reminding standards specify a standard carrying capacity and a standard remaining proportion of the bearer objects;
the second receiving module 305 is configured to receive a code correspondence relationship between facility codes of a plurality of carrier facilities and object codes of the plurality of carrier objects, and store the code correspondence relationship.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3C, the apparatus includes: a first calculation module 306.
The first calculating module 306 is configured to determine a last detection time, and calculate a time interval between a current time and the last detection time;
the detecting module 301 is configured to execute the above process of detecting the current carrying capacity of the carrying facility when the time interval reaches a detection period.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3D, the first determining module 302 includes: a query unit 3021 and a calculation unit 3022.
The query unit 3021 is configured to query a target object code corresponding to the facility code of the bearer facility, and obtain a target production reminding standard corresponding to the target object code;
the calculating unit 3022 is configured to calculate a product of the standard carrying capacity carried by the target production reminding standard and the standard remaining proportion, and use the product as the production reminding threshold.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3E, the apparatus further includes: and a display module 307.
The display module 307 is configured to display the current carrying capacity if the current carrying capacity is greater than the production reminding threshold;
the display module 307 is further configured to calculate a difference between the standard carrying capacity and the current carrying capacity, and display the difference.
In a specific application scenario, the detection module 301 is further configured to continuously detect the current carrying capacity of the carrying facility;
the detection module 301 is further configured to maintain a current working state if the current carrying capacity increases to be greater than the production reminding threshold within a specified production duration;
the reminding module 303 is further configured to repeatedly display the production reminder if the current carrying capacity does not increase to be greater than the production reminder threshold within the specified production duration.
In a specific application scenario, as shown in fig. 3F, the apparatus further includes: a second calculation module 308, a second determination module 309 and an annotation module 310.
The second calculating module 308 is configured to determine a last reminding time, and calculate a reminding interval between the last reminding time and the reminding time for reminding this time;
the second determining module 309 is configured to determine a target reminding level corresponding to a target interval where the reminding interval is located in a reminding priority, where the reminding priority includes a correspondence between a plurality of interval intervals and the reminding level;
the labeling module 310 is configured to label the current bearer object by using the target reminding level, and display the labeled current bearer object.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current bearing capacity of the bearing facility is detected, the production reminding threshold value of the bearing facility is determined based on the current bearing object of the bearing facility, if the current bearing capacity is not greater than the production reminding threshold value, the current bearing capacity is displayed, and the production reminding is displayed, so that a kitchen worker can timely know and supply dishes when the dishes are insufficient without polling, the workload of the worker is reduced, a large amount of manpower is reduced, and the operation efficiency of the whole process is improved.
It should be noted that other corresponding descriptions of the functional units related to the production reminding device provided in the embodiment of the present invention may refer to the corresponding descriptions in fig. 1 and fig. 2A to fig. 2B, and are not described herein again.
In an exemplary embodiment, referring to fig. 4, there is further provided a device, where the device 400 includes a communication bus, a processor, a memory, and a communication interface, and may further include an input/output interface and a display device, where the functional units may communicate with each other through the bus. The memory stores computer programs, and the processor is used for executing the programs stored in the memory and executing the production reminding method in the embodiment.
A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the production reminder method.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the present application can be implemented by hardware, and also by software plus a necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a non-volatile storage medium (which may be a CD-ROM, a usb disk, a removable hard disk, etc.), and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the implementation scenarios of the present application.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the figures are merely schematic representations of one preferred implementation scenario and that the blocks or flow diagrams in the figures are not necessarily required to practice the present application.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the modules in the devices in the implementation scenario may be distributed in the devices in the implementation scenario according to the description of the implementation scenario, or may be located in one or more devices different from the present implementation scenario with corresponding changes. The modules of the implementation scenario may be combined into one module, or may be further split into a plurality of sub-modules.

Claims (10)

1. A production reminding method, comprising:
detecting the current bearing capacity of the bearing facility;
determining a production reminding threshold of the bearer facility based on a current bearer object of the bearer facility, the production reminding threshold specifying a lowest weight value of the current bearer object on the bearer facility;
and if the current bearing capacity is not larger than the production reminding threshold value, displaying the current bearing capacity and displaying the production reminding.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to detecting the current capacity of the bearer facility, the method comprises:
receiving object codes and production reminding standards of a plurality of bearing objects, and correspondingly storing the object codes and the production reminding standards of the plurality of bearing objects, wherein the production reminding standards specify the standard bearing capacity and the standard residual proportion of the bearing objects;
receiving the coding corresponding relation between the facility codes of a plurality of carrying facilities and the object codes of a plurality of carrying objects, and storing the coding corresponding relation.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to detecting the current capacity of the bearer facility, the method comprises:
determining the last detection time, and calculating the time interval between the current time and the last detection time;
and when the time interval reaches a detection period, executing the process of detecting the current bearing capacity of the bearing facility.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the production reminder threshold for the bearer facility based on the current bearer object for the bearer facility comprises:
inquiring a target object code corresponding to the facility code of the bearing facility, and acquiring a target production reminding standard corresponding to the target object code;
and calculating the product of the standard bearing capacity carried by the target production reminding standard and the standard residual proportion, and taking the product as the production reminding threshold.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the production reminder threshold for the bearer facility based on the current bearer object of the bearer facility, the method further comprises:
if the current bearing capacity is larger than the production reminding threshold, displaying the current bearing capacity;
and calculating the difference value between the standard bearing capacity and the current bearing capacity, and displaying the difference value.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein if the current capacity is not greater than the production reminder threshold, then displaying the current capacity, and after displaying a production reminder, the method further comprises:
continuously detecting the current bearing capacity of the bearing facility;
if the current bearing capacity is increased to be larger than the production reminding threshold value within the specified production time, keeping the current working state;
and if the current bearing capacity does not increase to be larger than the production reminding threshold value within the specified production time, repeatedly displaying the production reminding.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the last reminding time, and calculating the reminding interval between the last reminding time and the reminding time for carrying out reminding at this time;
determining a target reminding level corresponding to a target interval where the reminding interval is located in a reminding priority, wherein the reminding priority comprises a corresponding relation between a plurality of interval intervals and the reminding level;
and marking the current bearing object by adopting the target reminding level, and displaying the marked current bearing object.
8. A production reminder device, comprising:
the detection module is used for detecting the current bearing capacity of the bearing facility;
a first determination module, configured to determine, based on a current bearer object of the bearer facility, a production reminding threshold of the bearer facility, where the production reminding threshold specifies a lowest weight value of the current bearer object on the bearer facility;
and the reminding module is used for displaying the current bearing capacity and displaying the production reminding if the current bearing capacity is not larger than the production reminding threshold.
9. An apparatus comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
