Description

Prompt method and device for quick delivery order
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of logistics, in particular to a prompt method and device for a quick delivery order, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium.
Background
Logistics is a process in which functions such as transportation, storage, handling, transportation, packaging, distribution, information processing, and the like are organically combined to meet a user's request as needed during the process of moving an article from a supply location to a receiving location. The development of the internet makes online shopping become a part of people's life, and for example, take-out, leg running, home arrival and the like distribute and go to home services, so that people can enjoy various conveniences without going out of home.
In the field of express delivery, a system is generally adopted to automatically dispatch an order or a receiving businessman is adopted to preempt the order. Both order receiving rules have certain consideration to the geographic position of the salesman and the position of the order sending, which can save much time and efficiency of picking up the order and sending the order. The system will tend to select the collecting businessmen 100 meters away from the merchant and will not select the collecting businessmen 1 kilometer away from the merchant when dispatching the order. Experienced acquisition attendants may arrive at a fixed location at a fixed time period based on experience to make acquisition easier or to take a minimum of time to complete the acquisition.
However, in a time period with less package service, package service members are usually gathered together for chatting to wait for an order, which not only wastes the resources of the package service members, but also reduces the income of the package service members. The reason is that a plurality of platforms which need express delivery service currently, such as Mei Tuo, hungry, Jingdong arrive at home, Ding Dong buy vegetables and the like, each platform has a home delivery application, the types of orders for express delivery are various, the different types of services include express delivery, fast food, leg running and the like, the different platforms and the different types of delivery services are distributed on a plurality of applications, if a salesman only registers and downloads one application, the services can be received less, for example, fast food receiving and express receiving cannot be processed on the same application at the same time, Mei Tuo and fast food receiving cannot be processed on the same application at the same time, and if a plurality of applications are registered, the orders which conflict in time can be received, the delivery task cannot be completed on time, and the service evaluation of the business collecting personnel is influenced. On the other hand, the existing platform cannot effectively provide position reminding of order sending business for collecting business members, and the collecting business members cannot go to areas possibly generating distribution business in a targeted manner in advance and actively participate in the order sending process.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a prompt method and a prompt device for express delivery orders, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium, so that an operator can acquire express delivery services of different platforms and different types on the same platform, position prompt of the order sending service can be provided for the operator, and the operator can pertinently go to an area where the delivery service is possibly generated in advance and actively participate in the order sending process.
The purpose of the application is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the present application provides a method for reminding a quick delivery order, including:
responding to the action of starting an application of a user terminal, acquiring the position information of the user terminal, and dynamically updating the predicted order number of the area where the user terminal is located;
generating a predicted order heat map containing a plurality of areas according to the predicted order quantity of each area;
and pushing the predicted order heat map to an operator terminal.
Therefore, when monitoring that the user terminal starts the application of express delivery, judging that the user terminal is likely to generate delivery service, dynamically updating the predicted order quantity of the area in real time according to the position information of the user terminal, for example, adding one to the predicted order quantity of the area, and generating a predicted order heat map with the area as a whole by using the predicted order quantity of each area to reflect the hot degree of each area including a plurality of areas likely to generate delivery service, wherein the higher the hot degree is, the more likely the area is to generate a large amount of delivery service. The salesman can go to the area which is close to the salesman and has higher popularity according to the popularity degree of each area, and the advantage of the position can be obtained in the system order dispatching process. On the other hand, the application of the plurality of delivery platforms can be monitored simultaneously, the potential delivery demands of the users can be counted no matter which delivery platform and which delivery service are selected by the users, the potential delivery demands are used for predicting the order popularity in a future period of time, so that a salesman can acquire the express delivery services of various platforms and various types on one platform, and the receiving of orders with time conflicts can be avoided.
Optionally, the generating a predicted order heat map including a plurality of areas according to the predicted order quantity of each area includes:
determining display parameters of each area according to the predicted order number of the area;
and generating a predicted order heat map containing a plurality of areas by using the display parameters of each area.
In this way, when the order heat map is displayed on the salesman terminal, the layout blocks corresponding to each area can display different colors according to different order quantities, for example, each area can be displayed as dark red, bright red, light red, white and the like from high to low according to the heat, so that the salesman can select the judgment information for going to a certain area.
Optionally, the generating a predicted order heat map including a plurality of areas according to the predicted order quantity of each area includes:
predicting the order type of the user terminal, and dynamically updating the predicted order quantity of the area where the user terminal is located in the order type;
generating a predicted order heat map of each order type of the plurality of areas according to the predicted order quantity of each order type of each area;
and generating a predicted order heat map containing all the order types according to the predicted order heat map of each order type of the plurality of areas.
Therefore, various types of order heat maps can be counted according to the types of the orders by using the monitored data, wherein the types of the orders are express bills, fast food bills, leg running bills and the like, the heat map data of all the orders are integrated into a heat map containing all the orders, and a piece collecting salesman can see the total distribution demand heat of each area on one heat map, so that the method is suitable for salesmen who take over various types of distribution services; the operator can also select to view any type of order heat map on the operator terminal, and can decide which area to go to receive the order according to the order type preferred by the operator.
Optionally, the pushing the predicted order heat map to an attendant terminal includes:
acquiring the order type preferred by each operator;
and pushing the predicted order heat map of each order type of the plurality of areas to an operator terminal of an operator who prefers orders of the order type.
Therefore, the heat degree diagram of the order type preferred by the operator can be pushed for the operator in a targeted manner, the operator can conveniently go to the area with higher order heat degree of the type, and the operator can be helped to take orders.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
according to historical orders of the salesmen, taking the areas where the salesmen frequently seizes the articles and/or the areas with high rating as the recommended areas of the salesmen;
acquiring the position information of the operator terminal, and taking the operator as a recommended operator in the recommended area when the operator is in the recommended area of the operator;
recommending a recommended salesman in the area and/or a salesman nearby to the user terminal as an alternative reservation salesman in response to the action of starting the application by the user terminal;
and responding to the action of selecting the reserved service operator by the user terminal, generating a first reserved order and transmitting the first reserved order to the service operator terminal of the selected reserved service operator.
Therefore, when the user opens the terminal, the user is provided with an option of reserving the salesclerks, the user can select the salesclerks recommended by the system or nearby to provide delivery service for the user, and a reservation order for the business member is formed after the user selects the salesclerks. The method and the system can provide a recommendation function of a specific area for an operator, wherein the specific area is an area which the operator frequently requests, is relatively familiar to the operator and can improve the receiving efficiency, and the specific area can also be an area which a client has more comments on the operator. After the salesman arrives at the designated area or goes to the designated area, a package pulling salesman can be recommended to the user terminal, or the user is reminded that a familiar salesman is going to the current area, and the user selects whether to reserve a package pulling for the salesman or not. The long service forms a trust relationship, which is beneficial to end management and improves the user experience of both the merchant and the salesman.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
responding to the action of starting the application of the user terminal, and pushing an option whether a reservation order is generated or not to the user terminal;
responding to the action of selecting and generating the reservation order by the user terminal, generating a second reservation order and sending the second reservation order to the operator terminals of a plurality of operators;
and responding to the action of the order grabbing of the operator terminal, and sending prompt information containing the order grabbing operator to the user terminal.
Thus, when a user has a commodity distribution demand, the application is started, an appointment order is generated, the appointment order is simultaneously sent to a salesman terminal in a certain area or a certain preset distance, a plurality of salesmen simultaneously receive the distribution demand and perform order grabbing, a prompt is sent to the user terminal after the order grabbing, and the prompt information is, for example: the order of this time will be provided with a collecting service for you by job number 10086 riders.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and if the user terminal does not generate the service within the first preset time, canceling the monitoring of the action of the user terminal or monitoring the action of the user terminal once every second preset time.
In the process of predicting the order number of a certain area and generating an order heat map by using statistical data, if all user terminals start monitoring when starting, the data volume of the terminals needing to be monitored and counted is too much, which causes pressure on a system server, so that the statistics of the terminals without services in a certain time needs to be cancelled and reduced, or the user terminals are not monitored frequently, but the monitoring time length is selected to be prolonged, and the user terminals are added into the statistics after the user has operation behaviors. Specifically, the monitoring of the user terminal may be performed by a mobile phone to remind the monitoring user terminal of whether an operation occurs, and then the monitoring user terminal sends the operation to the system server.
Optionally, before canceling monitoring the action of the user terminal or monitoring the action of the user terminal once every second predetermined time period if the user terminal does not generate a service within the first predetermined time period, the method further includes:
predicting the order type of the user terminal;
determining the first predetermined length of time based on the predicted order type and/or the current time.
Since the express mail collecting time is regular, for example, the collecting service in the morning on duty is very little, and a lot of service to be collected is generated in the noon or afternoon, the first predetermined time period can be set to be short in the morning period, and the first predetermined time period can be set to be long in the noon or afternoon period. In addition, a predetermined time period may be set in conjunction with the type of order, such as a catering type fast food delivery, with a normal order time of 10 to 2 pm, and if the current 9 am is less likely to have an order, the 10 minutes may be shortened to 5 minutes.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
responding to the action of selecting the leg running service by the user terminal, and sending options containing an addressee and an addressee to the user terminal;
responding to the action of selecting the receiving by the user terminal, acquiring a pickup position and then monitoring the action of the user terminal;
and responding to the action of selecting the mail by the user terminal, taking the current position of the user terminal as the mail position and monitoring the action of the user terminal.
For some special tickets of leg running services, since the ticket placing position may not be consistent with the ticket collecting position, the operation of the user terminal needs to be further judged to monitor or send the message. For example, when the user terminal selects to help me, i.e. to receive a service, the package may be in other locations, and it is necessary to wait for the user to determine the package location before monitoring statistics are performed, so as to notify nearby package retrievers after determination. If the user terminal selects to help the user to send the mail, namely the mail sending service, the geographical position of the user terminal can be automatically filled, and after the parcel position is determined, direct monitoring and statistics are carried out.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a prompt device for a quick delivery order, including:

Detailed Description
The present application is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description, and it should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments or technical features described below may be arbitrarily combined to form a new embodiment without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1, a first embodiment provides a method for reminding a quick delivery order, which includes steps S110 to S130.
The order refers to an express order, a take-away order, a leg-race order, a home-arrival order, or an order delivered across cities.
Step S110: and responding to the action of starting the application of the user terminal, acquiring the position information of the user terminal, and dynamically updating the predicted order number of the area where the user terminal is located.
The user terminal refers to terminal equipment used by users with express delivery requirements, such as merchants, senders and the like, and examples of the terminal equipment include intelligent terminal equipment such as mobile phones, tablet computers, computers and intelligent wearable equipment. The type of merchant may be a fast food store, a corporate enterprise, a personal service, a pick-up and delivery service, etc. The service platform of butt joint is not unique, such as a dish and bird platform, a platform starved and a beautiful party take-out. The information of the user terminal initiated by the merchant is called by the server to calculate the interface information of each platform. Examples of the applications include an app (application) of a American group merchant, an app of a Baidu takeaway merchant edition, an app of a Yunjian express delivery, an app of a vegetable and bird parcel, and a small program of a smooth and high-speed transportation. The location information of the user terminal may be expressed by longitude and latitude. The dynamic updating refers to monitoring the operation of the user terminal at a certain frequency, updating the counted data in real time, counting the merchant information, the merchant type, the position information and the like of the user terminal when the user terminal is monitored to be started, and uploading the data of the user terminal to the server in a message form or other forms. The system in the text refers to a prompt system for the quick delivery order, which comprises a prompt device for the quick delivery order, and can perform data processing, historical data storage and the like on data uploaded to a server by a user terminal.
In this embodiment, the level of the area may be a street, a building, and the like. When the user terminal is monitored to be started, a representative merchant is about to send orders or has a tendency of using within a certain time, at the moment, the use data of the user terminal can be counted, for example, the predicted order quantity of a building where the user terminal is located can be added by one, an order popularity map of a certain area is formulated according to the order quantity, and the order popularity map is pushed to a gathering salesman.
Step S120: and generating a predicted order heat map containing a plurality of areas according to the predicted order quantity of each area.
The display interface of the predicted order heat map on the waiter terminal is shown in fig. 2, for example.
Referring to fig. 3, the step S120 may include steps S121 to S122.
Step S121: and determining the display parameters of each area according to the predicted order number of the area.
The display parameters may include one or more of element density, color, brightness, saturation, contrast, exposure. The shape of the element may be circular, polygonal, etc., and the size of the element may be the same or different. With continued reference to fig. 2, a densely distributed circle may be used to indicate a greater number of predicted orders and a greater popularity for a region, and a more loosely distributed prototype may be used to indicate a lesser number of predicted orders and a lesser popularity for a region.
Step S122: and generating a predicted order heat map containing a plurality of areas by using the display parameters of each area.
After the information such as the number, the position and the like of the user terminal is obtained, various types of order heat maps can be calculated by using a k-means clustering algorithm, and then the heat map data of all orders are integrated into a heat map containing all orders. The k-means is one of clustering algorithms, and has the characteristics of simplicity, good comprehension and high operation speed.
Referring to fig. 4, the step S120 may include steps S123 to S125.
Step S123: and predicting the order type of the user terminal, and dynamically updating the predicted order quantity of the area where the user terminal is located in the order type.
In this embodiment, the order type may include a courier order, a fast food order, a leg race order, and the like.
In this step, the manner of predicting the order type of the user terminal may be: and querying a historical order of the user terminal, and predicting the type of the order at this time by using the historical order. For example, if the historical orders of a certain user terminal are all takeout delivery orders, it can be predicted that the type of the current order is also likely to be takeout delivery orders.
Step S124: and generating a predicted order heat map of each order type of the plurality of areas according to the predicted order quantity of each order type of each area.
For example, a predicted order heat map of courier type, a predicted order heat map of legging type, a predicted order heat map of takeaway type, etc. for the plurality of areas may be generated.
Step S125: and generating a predicted order heat map containing all the order types according to the predicted order heat map of each order type of the plurality of areas.
The step integrates the heat map data of each order into a heat map containing all orders, and the business collecting staff can see the total distribution demand heat of each area on one heat map, so that the method is suitable for the staff taking over various kinds of distribution business. The operator can also select to view any type of order heat map on the operator terminal, and can decide which area to go to receive the order according to the order type preferred by the operator.
Step S130: and pushing the predicted order heat map to an operator terminal.
The salesman terminal is a terminal device used by a salesman, and can be an intelligent terminal device such as a gun, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer and an intelligent wearable device.
Because the types of the packages which are good at or love for each salesman are different, the salesman can define labels for the salesman, such as fast food, fast food and express. And when the article collecting peak is in the article collecting peak, the system can manage and recommend according to the label of the article collecting salesman. Such as giving priority to a clerk having a snack label placed thereon when there is a snack type order.
Referring to fig. 5, the step S130 may include steps S131 to S132.
Step S131: and acquiring the order type preferred by each waiter.
The mode of obtaining the order type preferred by the salesman may be: the method comprises the steps of setting a label of an order type for each salesman in advance, and inquiring the label of a certain salesman to obtain the order type preferred by the salesman. The label set for the service personnel can be edited, and the editing operation comprises modification, addition, deletion and the like.
Step S132: and pushing the predicted order heat map of each order type of the plurality of areas to an operator terminal of an operator who prefers orders of the order type.
For example, the predicted order heat map for an order of a courier type may be pushed to a terminal of a clerk who prefers a courier type order. Therefore, the heat degree diagram of the order type preferred by the operator can be pushed for the operator in a targeted manner, the operator can conveniently go to the area with higher order heat degree of the type, and the operator can be helped to take orders.
The predicted order popularity map reflects how popular each of the plurality of regions is likely to generate delivery traffic, with higher popularity indicating that the region is more likely to generate a larger amount of delivery traffic.
Referring to fig. 6, the second embodiment provides a method for reminding a quick delivery order, and after step S130, the method further includes steps S210 to S240.
Step S210: according to historical orders of the salesclerk, taking the area where the salesclerk frequently draws the articles and/or the area with higher rating as the recommended area of the salesclerk.
The embodiment can provide a recommendation function of a specific area for an operator, wherein the specific area is, for example, an area which the operator often seizes, is familiar to the operator, and can improve the seizing efficiency. The specific area may also be an area where the customer is more highly rated by the clerk, etc.
Step S220: and acquiring the position information of the operator terminal, and taking the operator as a recommended operator in the area when the operator is in the recommended area of the operator.
Step S230: and in response to the action of starting the application by the user terminal, recommending the recommended salesman in the area and/or the salesman nearby to the user terminal as an alternative reservation salesman.
When the user opens the terminal, the user is provided with an option of reserving the salesman, and the user can select the salesman recommended by the system or nearby to provide the delivery service for the user.
Step S240: and responding to the action of selecting the reserved service operator by the user terminal, generating a first reserved order and transmitting the first reserved order to the service operator terminal of the selected reserved service operator.
Thus, the reservation order of the package service staff is formed after the user finishes the selection. The method is suitable for a scene of delivering the cross-city express, and the method provided by the embodiment can be selected when the user needs to designate a salesman. After the user terminal and the salesman terminal determine the service relationship, the system plans the path, and the salesman obtains the package according to the path to complete the service.
Referring to fig. 7, the third embodiment provides a method for reminding a quick delivery order, and after step S130, the method further includes steps S310 to S330.
Step S310: and responding to the action of starting the application of the user terminal, and pushing an option whether to generate a reservation order to the user terminal.
Step S320: and responding to the action of selecting and generating the reservation order by the user terminal, generating a second reservation order and sending the second reservation order to the operator terminals of a plurality of operators.
Step S330: and responding to the action of the order grabbing of the operator terminal, and sending prompt information containing the order grabbing operator to the user terminal.
The order snatching operator refers to an operator who uses an operator terminal to snatch orders. The embodiment is suitable for express delivery in the same city, and rapid response can be made due to the fact that the destination is not far away from the place of ordering.
Referring to fig. 8, the fourth embodiment provides a method for reminding a quick delivery order, and after step S130, the method further includes step S410: and if the user terminal does not generate the service within the first preset time, canceling the monitoring of the action of the user terminal or monitoring the action of the user terminal once every second preset time.
The first predetermined period of time is a predetermined period of time, for example 10 minutes or 5 minutes. The second predetermined period of time is a predetermined period of time, such as 15 minutes, 5 minutes or 3 minutes.
For example, after an application of the user terminal is started in a certain beverage shop, no operation is performed on the user terminal within 10 minutes, and no order is generated, the statistical data of the user terminal can be cancelled after the ten minutes, and the number of merchants in the corresponding geographic location is reduced by 1. The embodiment acquires the statistical data by monitoring the action of the user terminal.
In some embodiments, before the step S410, the method may further include steps S401 to S402.
Step S401: and predicting the order type of the user terminal.
Step S402: determining the first predetermined length of time based on the predicted order type and/or the current time.
In addition, a predetermined time period may be set in connection with the type of order, for example, a catering type fast food delivery, with a normal order-making time of 10 to 2 pm, and if the possibility of an order-making is now low at 9 am, the first predetermined time period may be shortened from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.
Referring to fig. 9, the fifth embodiment provides a method for reminding a quick delivery order, and after step S130, the method further includes steps S510 to S530.
Step S510: and responding to the action of selecting the leg running service by the user terminal, and sending options containing addressees and mails to the user terminal.
The leg running service may include taking goods instead of the user going to a place or delivering goods instead of the user going to a place. For some special tickets of leg running services, since the ticket placing position may not be consistent with the ticket collecting position, the operation of the user terminal needs to be further judged to monitor or send the message. In the step, after the user terminal selects the leg running service, specific leg running service options are pushed to the user terminal, such as 'help me get' or 'help me send', wherein the former is to help the user go to other places to get parts and send goods to the user, and the latter is to get parts from the user and send the parts to other places.
Step S520: and responding to the action of selecting the receiving by the user terminal, acquiring the pickup position and monitoring the action of the user terminal.
When the user terminal selects to help me, namely to receive the business, the package may be in other positions, and monitoring statistics need to be carried out after the user determines the package position, so that a nearby package carrier is notified after determination.
Step S530: and responding to the action of selecting the mail by the user terminal, taking the current position of the user terminal as the mail position and monitoring the action of the user terminal.
If the user terminal selects to help the user to send the mail, namely the mail sending service, the geographical position of the user terminal can be automatically filled, and after the parcel position is determined, direct monitoring and statistics are carried out.
