The flaw of the product is detected by an automatic machine vision detection device, and the core technology is to clearly image the flaw by designing a light path according to the characteristics of the flaw.
The current common way on the market is to fix the product and then change the light path by changing the mounting angle of the LED particles in the light source, for example: 0 degree light, 45 degree light, parallel light, etc., and has the disadvantage that the fixing manner of the LED particles is soldering, and once the LED particles are soldered, the angle is fixed and cannot be changed. If the product has 10 defects, 10 light paths with different angles are respectively needed to be clearly imaged, 10 light sources are installed on the machine vision appearance detection device, and the defects are as follows: the structure is complicated, the light path adjusting angle is limited by the type of the light source, the adjusting precision is low, and the universality is poor.
