A mobile low-noise generator set comprises a mobile noise reduction structure (1), an oil tank (2), a diesel engine (3), an exhaust pipe (4), a generator (5) and a control box (6), wherein the diesel engine (3) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the mobile noise reduction structure (1), the oil tank (2) is embedded into the inner side of the diesel engine (3), the exhaust pipe (4) is vertically arranged at the upper end of the diesel engine (3), the generator (5) is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the mobile noise reduction structure (1), and the control box (6) is embedded into the inner side of the generator (5); the method is characterized in that: the movable noise reduction structure (1) comprises supports (11), a movable structure (12) and a connecting frame (13), the movable structure (12) is vertically arranged at the lower end of the supports (11), the connecting frame (13) is horizontally fixed between the supports (11), the movable structure (12) comprises movable plates (121), a buffering noise reduction structure (122) and a movable limiting structure (123), the buffering noise reduction structure (122) is vertically arranged on the inner side of the movable plates (121), the movable limiting structure (123) is horizontally arranged between the buffering noise reduction structures (122), the buffering noise reduction structure (122) comprises a fixed frame (22a), a buffering structure (22b), a movable block (22c) and a shaft hole (22d), the buffering structure (22b) is embedded in the inner side of the fixed frame (22a), and the movable block (22c) is embedded in the inner side of the fixed frame (22a), the movable block (22c) is abutted to the upper end of the buffer structure (22b), the shaft hole (22d) penetrates through the lower end of the fixed frame (22a), the buffer structure (22b) comprises a hydraulic cavity (b1), a spring (b2), a piston (b3) and a piston rod (b4), the inner side of the hydraulic cavity (b1) is provided with a spring (b2), the piston (b3) is embedded and installed on the inner side of the hydraulic cavity (b1), the piston rod (b4) is vertically installed at the upper end of the piston (b3), the piston rod (b4) is vertically installed at the lower end of the movable block (22c), the movable limit structure (123) comprises a roller (23a), a wheel frame (23b) and a limit structure (23c), the roller (23a) is located between the wheel frames (23b), the limit structure (23c) is embedded and installed on the inner side of the wheel frame (23b), and the roller (23a) is embedded and installed on the inner side of the limit structure (23c), the limiting structure (23c) comprises a limiting rod (c1), an adjusting gear (c2), a thread block (c3) and a rotating shaft (c4), the limiting rod (c1) is vertically arranged on the inner side of the wheel carrier (23b), the thread block (c3) is sleeved on the outer side of the limiting rod (c1), the adjusting gear (c2) is meshed with the thread block (c3), the rotating shaft (c4) penetrates through the inner side of the wheel carrier (23b), the rotating shaft (c4) comprises a shaft body (c41), a clamping groove (c42) and an embedded groove (c43), the clamping groove (c42) is arranged on the inner side of the shaft body (c41), the embedded groove (c43) is arranged on the inner side of the shaft body (c41), the inner diameter of the clamping groove (c42) is slightly larger than the diameter of the limiting rod (c1), the embedded groove (c43) is of a sunken arc-shaped structure, and the clamping groove (c42) is of a circular structure and penetrates through the embedded groove (c 43).

A method of using a mobile low noise generator set according to claim 1: the whole equipment is pushed to enable the moving noise reduction structure (1) at the lower end to start to work, the moving structure (12) connected with the moving structure is moved on the ground, the moving limiting structure (123) at the lower end of the buffering noise reduction structure (122) starts to roll, the moving is stopped when the moving structure moves to a proper position, the diesel engine (3) is started and mechanical energy is transmitted to the generator (5) to generate electricity, then the generated electric energy is connected out from the control box (6) through a lead for use, in the transmission process of the mechanical energy, shaking is generated to act on the moving noise reduction structure (1) at the lower end, at the moment, the moving plate (121) is fixedly connected with the upper end part, the buffering noise reduction structure (122) at the lower end is enabled to work, at the moment, the moving block (22c) moves up and down to act on the buffering structure (22b), and the piston rod (b4) pushes or pulls the piston (b3) to work in the hydraulic cavity (b1), compressing and stretching the spring (b2) and pressing the oil inside to buffer and reduce noise; when the device stops moving, the adjusting gear (c2) is rotated to engage the thread block (c3) to rotate, the limiting rod (c1) on the inner side and the thread block (c3) are rotated in a thread mode, the limiting rod (c1) is slowly moved downwards to enter the shaft body (c41), the limiting rod (c1) enters the clamping groove (c42) along the radian of the embedding groove (c43) to achieve limiting and fixing, the limiting rod (c1) is fixed in the clamping groove (c42) of the shaft body (c41), the roller (23a) connected with the shaft body (c41) does not rotate any more, the device is stabilized to prevent the device from moving, and when the device needs to be moved after power generation is completed, reverse operation is performed, the limitation of the limiting rod (c1) is removed, and the device can continue moving.
