本发明公开一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、在基层墙体的外表面使用找平装置设置找平层,S2、制作保温胶泥,S3、将保温胶泥均匀设置于步骤S1所设置的找平层的表面,以此设置保温胶泥层。该保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶,同时在现有的建筑反射隔热涂料基础上进行改进,制备出一种具有耐老化、耐沾污和抗裂防水等优点的新型建筑反射隔热涂料,从而增强了建筑外表面对太阳光的反射性能,减少外墙对太阳光热辐射的吸收,使得反射太阳光与隔热功能显著提高。

本发明涉及墙体构造技术领域,具体为一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法。
背景技术
随着建筑节能的不断推进,对建筑节能工作提出了更高的要求。目前,外墙外保温技术向高效、薄层、隔热、防水、外护一体化方向发展,关于外墙外保温系统的研究也在不断深入。保温胶泥-反射隔热保温涂料外墙外保温系统由界面层、防水砂浆找平层、保温胶泥保温层、抗裂防护层、底涂层和饰面层组成。保温胶泥-建筑反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统是保温胶泥、抗裂砂浆、耐碱网格布、弹性封闭底漆、建筑反射隔热涂料或热镀锌钢丝网与面砖等所组成的外墙保温系统。该系统分两部分,即保温胶泥和反射隔热涂料。该系统为新兴保温工艺,具有耐火极限高、易于施工等特点。
随着外墙外保温技术的大力推广,相继出现一些新型保温隔热材料和应用技术。SiO2气凝胶被称为“蓝烟”,其组成中96%以上是气体,是目前世界上最轻的固体,密度最低达0.003g/cm3、常温下导热系数最低为0.013W/(m·K)。SiO2气凝胶是一种三维空间网络结构固体材料,具有低密度、低热导率、高光透过率、高孔隙率以及高比表面积等特性,时还兼有防火、防水等优良性能,是一种不可得的轻质、环保、功能材料,在建筑保温隔热领域广阔的应用景。
目前,现有的建筑外表面所用的涂料,大都是不环保,且具有大量辐射导热的物质存在,使用后,这类不能将光热反射出去的涂料会吸收大量的热通过热传导的方式传导给墙体,墙体变热之后,室内的温度就会升高,会很大的程度上提高空调的使用时长,众所周知,空调在使用的过程中会加入氟利昂,氟利昂是破坏大气层物质的一种,不利于环境的保护,其次,吸热过后,通过在昼夜温差较大的情况下,形成热胀冷缩,建筑外表面的涂层可能会开裂起皮的现象,影响美观的同时耐玷污的能力还会变差,涂层裂开的地方会积累雨水从而磁生细菌,不但建筑表面变黑,而且涂层的隔温效果有限,涂层的稳定性较差。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,解决了目前,现有的建筑外表面所用的涂料,大都是不环保,且具有大量辐射导热的物质存在,使用后,这类不能将光热反射出去的涂料会吸收大量的热通过热传导的方式传导给墙体,墙体变热之后,室内的温度就会升高,会很大的程度上提高空调的使用时长,众所周知,空调在使用的过程中会加入氟利昂,氟利昂是破坏大气层物质的一种,不利于环境的保护,其次,吸热过后,通过在昼夜温差较大的情况下,形成热胀冷缩,建筑外表面的涂层可能会开裂起皮的现象,影响美观的同时耐玷污的能力还会变差,涂层裂开的地方会积累雨水从而磁生细菌,不但建筑表面变黑,而且涂层的隔温效果有限,涂层的稳定性较差的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、在基层墙体的外表面使用找平装置设置找平层;
S2、制作保温胶泥,其中保温胶泥的成分为:水泥:15~30份;粉煤灰:3~15份;乳液:15~25份;二氧化硅气凝胶:6~12份;聚苯颗粒:2.2~3.8份:玻化微珠:3.0~8.5份;纤维材料:0.5~1.6份;滑石粉:5~12份;硅酸钙:2~10份;可再分散乳胶粉:2~6份;羟丙基甲基纤维素:0.2~0.5份;海藻酸钠:0.5~2.0份;醇酯十二:0.2~1.0份;引气剂:0.002~0.01份;憎水剂:0.1~0.3份;偶联剂0.05~0.15份;防霉剂:0.1~0.5份;水:25~45份;
S3、将保温胶泥均匀设置于步骤S1所设置的找平层的表面,以此设置保温胶泥层;
S4、在保温胶泥层的表面涂抹一层水泥层作为抗裂防护层;
S5、制作建筑反射隔热涂料,其中建筑反射隔热涂料的成分为:金红石型二氧化钛:15~30份;红外线反射剂:5~15份;改性陶瓷微球:1~3份;醇溶性丙烯酸树脂A:15~20份;醇溶性丙烯酸树脂B:30~35份;隔热反射材料:4~10份;云母粉:5~30份;硫酸钡:10~20份;滑石粉:10~15份;防霉剂:0.5~3份;消泡剂:2~5份;氟硅水性助剂:3~5份;超细隔热颜填料:35~50份;红外辐射填料:10~15份;重质碳酸钙:3~13份;增稠剂:4~10份;成膜助剂:6~10份;聚丙烯腈基碳纤维:8~10份;氯化铬:2~3份;二甲基硅油:2~3份;三乙烯四胺:0.7~1.2份;反射隔热彩砂:100~300份;水50~70份;PH调节剂:30~50份;玻璃微珠:100~200份;
S6、在抗裂防护层表面涂抹建筑反射隔热涂料,以此作为建筑反射隔热涂料层;
S7、待建筑反射隔热涂料层风干后,在建筑反射隔热涂料层的表面涂抹干墙粉作为底涂层;
S8、待底涂层风干后,在底涂层表面设置饰面层。
优选的,在步骤S4中,抗裂防护层的厚度:保温胶泥层的厚度=1:5。
优选的,在步骤S6中,抗裂防护层的厚度:建筑反射隔热涂料层的厚度=1:1。

该保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶,同时在现有的建筑反射隔热涂料基础上进行改进,制备出一种具有耐老化、耐沾污和抗裂防水等优点的新型建筑反射隔热涂料,从而增强了建筑外表面对太阳光的反射性能,减少外墙对太阳光热辐射的吸收,使得反射太阳光与隔热功能显著提高。

所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、在基层墙体的外表面使用找平装置设置找平层;
S2、制作保温胶泥,其中保温胶泥的成分为:强度等级不低于32.5MPa的普通硅酸盐水泥16%,Ⅰ级粉煤灰5%,硅丙乳液18%,硅气凝胶粉体8%,聚苯颗粒2.4%,玻化微珠4%,纤维材料1%,滑石粉6%,硅酸钙8%,可再分散乳胶粉3%,羟丙基甲基纤维素0.3%,海藻酸钠1%,醇酯十二0.5%,引气剂0.004%,憎水剂0.1%,偶联剂0.1%,防霉剂0.2%,水26.396%;
S3、将保温胶泥均匀设置于步骤S1所设置的找平层的表面,以此设置保温胶泥层;
S4、在保温胶泥层的表面涂抹一层水泥层作为抗裂防护层,抗裂防护层的厚度:保温胶泥层的厚度=1:5;
S5、制作建筑反射隔热涂料,其中建筑反射隔热涂料的成分为:金红石型二氧化钛3.5%,红外线反射剂1.2%,改性陶瓷微球0.2%,醇溶性丙烯酸树脂A3.5%,醇溶性丙烯酸树脂B1.2%,隔热反射材料0.9%,云母粉1.2%,硫酸钡2.3%,滑石粉2.3%,防霉剂0.1%,消泡剂0.5%,氟硅水性助剂0.7%,超细隔热颜填料8.2%,红外辐射填料2.3%,重质碳酸钙0.7%,增稠剂0.9%,成膜助剂1.4%,聚丙烯腈基碳纤维2.0%,氯化铬0.5%,二甲基硅油0.5%,三乙烯四胺0.2%,反射隔热彩砂23.5%,水11.7%,PH调节剂7.0%,玻璃微珠23.5%;
S6、在抗裂防护层表面涂抹建筑反射隔热涂料,以此作为建筑反射隔热涂料层,抗裂防护层的厚度:建筑反射隔热涂料层的厚度=1:1;
S7、待建筑反射隔热涂料层风干后,在建筑反射隔热涂料层的表面涂抹干墙粉作为底涂层;
S8、待底涂层风干后,在底涂层表面设置饰面层。
综上所述,该保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,在保温胶泥的保温隔热骨料(膨胀聚苯颗粒和膨胀玻化微珠)中引入兼顾高效保温和防火的轻质保温隔热材料二氧化硅气凝胶,同时在现有的建筑反射隔热涂料基础上进行改进,制备出一种具有耐老化、耐沾污和抗裂防水等优点的新型建筑反射隔热涂料,从而增强了建筑外表面对太阳光的反射性能,减少外墙对太阳光热辐射的吸收,使得反射太阳光与隔热功能显著提高。

Claims (3)
1.一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、在基层墙体的外表面使用找平装置设置找平层;
S2、制作保温胶泥,其中保温胶泥的成分为:水泥:15~30份;粉煤灰:3~15份;乳液:15~25份;二氧化硅气凝胶:6~12份;聚苯颗粒:2.2~3.8份:玻化微珠:3.0~8.5份;纤维材料:0.5~1.6份;滑石粉:5~12份;硅酸钙:2~10份;可再分散乳胶粉:2~6份;羟丙基甲基纤维素:0.2~0.5份;海藻酸钠:0.5~2.0份;醇酯十二:0.2~1.0份;引气剂:0.002~0.01份;憎水剂:0.1~0.3份;偶联剂0.05~0.15份;防霉剂:0.1~0.5份;水:25~45份;
S3、将保温胶泥均匀设置于步骤S1所设置的找平层的表面,以此设置保温胶泥层;
S4、在保温胶泥层的表面涂抹一层水泥层作为抗裂防护层;
S5、制作建筑反射隔热涂料,其中建筑反射隔热涂料的成分为:金红石型二氧化钛:15~30份;红外线反射剂:5~15份;改性陶瓷微球:1~3份;醇溶性丙烯酸树脂A:15~20份;醇溶性丙烯酸树脂B:30~35份;隔热反射材料:4~10份;云母粉:5~30份;硫酸钡:10~20份;滑石粉:10~15份;防霉剂:0.5~3份;消泡剂:2~5份;氟硅水性助剂:3~5份;超细隔热颜填料:35~50份;红外辐射填料:10~15份;重质碳酸钙:3~13份;增稠剂:4~10份;成膜助剂:6~10份;聚丙烯腈基碳纤维:8~10份;氯化铬:2~3份;二甲基硅油:2~3份;三乙烯四胺:0.7~1.2份;反射隔热彩砂:100~300份;水50~70份;PH调节剂:30~50份;玻璃微珠:100~200份;
S6、在抗裂防护层表面涂抹建筑反射隔热涂料,以此作为建筑反射隔热涂料层;
S7、待建筑反射隔热涂料层风干后,在建筑反射隔热涂料层的表面涂抹干墙粉作为底涂层;
S8、待底涂层风干后,在底涂层表面设置饰面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S4中,抗裂防护层的厚度:保温胶泥层的厚度=1:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温胶泥反射隔热涂料外墙保温系统的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤S6中,抗裂防护层的厚度:建筑反射隔热涂料层的厚度=1:1。
