Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile brake systems.
Background
The hydraulic brake system comprises a brake system with a vacuum booster and a main cylinder assembly and an electronic hydraulic brake system, wherein the brake system with the vacuum booster and the main cylinder assembly adopts the working principle that when a driver steps on a pedal, the force of a push rod is amplified under the action of vacuum boosting, and the push rod acts on the main cylinder to push a piston of the main cylinder to build pressure. When a driver steps on a pedal, the electronic hydraulic brake system acquires signals from a pedal opening sensor or a pedal displacement sensor, and calculates the assistance torque required to be output by a brake motor through an internal algorithm of an electronic control unit. The transmission mechanism converts the rotary motion output by the motor into linear motion and pushes the main cylinder piston to build pressure.
The existing hydraulic brake system can only realize the function of service braking, and when a vehicle stops and needs to be parked, an additional brake system is required to realize the parking function. The existing parking braking system has the disadvantages of high cost, more parts and large volume. To improve these problems, the present invention proposes an apparatus for implementing a parking function using a hydraulic brake system.

The pressure retaining valve closes the loop to enable the wheel cylinder connected with the oil pipe to maintain braking force when the braking pipeline has pressure, and the parking function is achieved. The one-way valve can realize the braking function through the one-way valve under the condition that the pressure retaining valve fails, the parking control unit is an electronic control unit which controls the electromagnetic valve to be opened or closed, and the hydraulic pressure sensor is used for collecting the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinder. And a switching valve, a pressure retaining valve and a one-way valve can be arranged on the two oil pipes simultaneously to control the pressure retaining valves and the switching valves on the two brake circuits, so that the four-wheel parking function is realized, and a better parking effect is achieved.

When the vehicle is in a stop state and the parking function is started, the hydraulic braking system generates brake fluid pressure, the pressure retaining valve 3 is closed at the moment to enable the wheel cylinder to maintain the hydraulic pressure, then the hydraulic braking system releases the brake fluid pressure, the switching valve 2 is opened to enable the oil pots 1-3 to be communicated with the master cylinder to form a loop, and the oil pots 1-3 supplement the brake fluid for the master cylinder returning. Because the pressure-retaining valve 3 is in a closed state, hydraulic pressure in the wheel cylinders 7 and 9 can be continuously maintained, and the parking function is realized. The parking control unit 5 continuously works, hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinders 7 and 9 is monitored in real time by reading signals of the hydraulic pressure sensor 6 in real time, when the hydraulic pressure is low, the hydraulic braking system 1 is actively requested to boost pressure, at the moment, the hydraulic braking system 1 can boost pressure to the wheel cylinders 7 and 9 through the check valve 4, and parking reliability and safety are guaranteed. When the vehicle is changed from the parking state to the driving state, the switching valve 2 is closed, the master cylinder 1-2 generates certain hydraulic pressure, then the pressure retaining valve 3 is opened, the pressure of the wheel cylinders 7, 9, 8 and 10 is completely controlled by the hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder 1-2, and after the master cylinder 1-2 returns, the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinders 7, 9, 8 and 10 is released, and the parking brake is released.
2. Second embodiment of the device for parking using a hydraulic braking system
As shown in fig. 2, during service braking, a hydraulic braking system 1 provides brake hydraulic pressure, which flows out through oil outlets b and c of a master cylinder 1-2, at this time, switching valves 2 and 3 are in a closed state, pressure- retaining valves 4 and 6 are in an open state, and the brake hydraulic pressure flows to wheel cylinders 10, 12, 11 and 13 through oil pipes to push piston of the wheel cylinders and clamp brake calipers, thereby realizing service braking. When the vehicle is in a stop state and the parking function is started, the hydraulic braking system generates brake fluid pressure, the pressure retaining valves 4 and 6 are closed at the moment to enable the wheel cylinders to maintain the hydraulic pressure, then the hydraulic braking system releases the brake fluid pressure, the switching valves 2 and 3 are opened to enable the oil pots 1-3 to be communicated with the master cylinder to form a loop, and the oil pots 1-3 supplement the brake fluid for the master cylinder return. Because the pressure-maintaining valves 4 and 6 are in a closed state, the hydraulic pressure in the wheel cylinders 10, 12, 11 and 13 can be continuously maintained, and the parking function is realized. The parking control unit 8 continuously works, hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinders 10 and 12 is monitored in real time by reading signals of the hydraulic pressure sensor 9 in real time, when the hydraulic pressure is low, the hydraulic braking system 1 is actively requested to be pressurized, at the moment, the hydraulic braking system 1 can pressurize the wheel cylinders 10, 12, 11 and 13 through the check valves 5 and 7, and parking reliability and safety are guaranteed. When the vehicle is changed from the parking state to the driving state, the switching valves 2 and 3 are closed, the master cylinder 1-2 generates certain hydraulic pressure, then the pressure retaining valves 4 and 6 are opened, the pressure of the wheel cylinders 10, 12, 11 and 13 is completely controlled by the hydraulic pressure of the master cylinder 1-2, and after the master cylinder 1-2 returns, the hydraulic pressure of the wheel cylinders 10, 12, 11 and 13 is released, and the parking brake is released.
