Abstract
本发明提供一种高精度温控加热辊,包括加热辊体、辊面、辊肩、热超导筒体、导热油腔、辐射加热器、热辐射涂层;辐射加热器位于辊体中心,热辐射涂层包裹着辐射加热器,热辐射涂层外层为热超导筒体,热超导筒体与加热辊体的间隔为导热油腔,加热辊体表面为辊面。本发明采用动态辐射加热器作为热源,通过热超导体快速均化温度,再通过低比热导热油的热传导将热量传递给加热辊体的辊面,以达到提升辊面温度均匀性的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及辊筒领域,更具体地,涉及一种高精度温控加热辊。
背景技术
在高分子材料的加工过程中很多设备经常会使用到辊,如双辊开炼机、多辊压延机、辊式拉伸机、流延机、复合机等等。传统辊的加热方式有电加热、油加热。电加热多采用加热管结构,在辊的内腔内均匀设置若干个加热管,借助加热管产生热量的扩散与传递来实现辊面温度的控制,这种工艺因加热管热源分布不连续,会导致辊面周向温差偏大。另一应用广泛的加热方式为油加热,油加热工艺是在辊的内腔内设置相对均匀的导热油流道,流道结构多为螺旋状或径向循环分布,这种工艺通过导热油优良的比热以及其与管壁面高精度接触实现快速热传导来保证辊面温度的均匀性。但是这种工艺也同样存在导热油流道分布的不连续,从而导致辊面温差存在。也有新的技术方案采用辐射加热方法改善传统电加热与油加热过程中热源分布不连续的问题,但是辐射加热工艺中辐射管两端的传热效果会明显减弱,导致辊轴向的两端出现明显温差。而辊表面温度的不均匀性直接影响到高分子材料制品加工的稳定性与各向性能的不均匀,影响制品的使用,因此有必要开发一种辊面温度非常均匀的高精度温控辊。
发明内容
本发明针高分子材料加工过程中加热辊末端效应严重,辊面温差大的问题,提供一种高精度温控加热辊。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高精度温控加热辊,包括加热辊体、辊面、辊肩、热超导筒体、导热油腔、辐射加热器、热辐射涂层;辐射加热器位于辊体中心,热辐射涂层包裹着辐射加热器,热辐射涂层外层为热超导筒体,热超导筒体与加热辊体的间隔为导热油腔,加热辊体表面为辊面。
进一步的,加热辊体与热超导筒体同轴心,两者相对位置固定。
进一步的,热超导筒体材料可以为金、银、铜以及掺杂型复合热超导材料。
进一步的,热超导筒体外侧涂覆热辐射涂层。
进一步的,导热油腔内由低比热导热油填充。
进一步的,辐射加热器为圆柱形,位于加热辊体轴中心,始终与热超导筒体保持相对旋转。
本发明的有益效果为本发明采用动态辐射加热器作为热源,通过热超导体快速均化温度,再通过低比热导热油的热传导将热量传递给加热辊体的辊面,以达到提升辊面温度均匀性的目的。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种高精度温控加热辊,包括加热辊体、辊面、辊肩、热超导筒体、导热油腔、辐射加热器、热辐射涂层;辐射加热器位于辊体中心,热辐射涂层包裹着辐射加热器,热辐射涂层外层为热超导筒体,热超导筒体与加热辊体的间隔为导热油腔,加热辊体表面为辊面。
加热辊体与热超导筒体同轴心,两者相对位置固定;热超导筒体材料可以为金、银、铜以及掺杂型复合热超导材料;热超导筒体外侧涂覆热辐射涂层;导热油腔内由低比热导热油填充;根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控加热辊,其特征在于:辐射加热器为圆柱形,位于加热辊体轴中心,始终与热超导筒体保持相对旋转。
位于中心位置的辐射加热器通电并向周转发射辐射波,热辐射涂层接收由辐射加热器发生的辐射波并快速生热;因为辐射加热器表面相对热辐射涂层不断发生相对运动,可以消除辐射加热表面及热辐射涂层表面结构误差引起的吸热不均现象,所以辐射涂层将吸收的热量快速传递给热超导筒体,热超导筒体迅速均化其表面温度,并通过导热油将热量均匀传递给加热辊体的辊面,使加热体辊面的温度保持均匀性。
本发明采用动态辐射加热器作为热源,通过热超导体快速均化温度,再通过低比热导热油的热传导将热量传递给加热辊体的辊面,以达到提升辊面温度均匀性的目的。

Claims (6)
1.一种高精度温控加热辊,包括加热辊体、辊面、辊肩、热超导筒体、导热油腔、辐射加热器、热辐射涂层;其特征在于:辐射加热器位于辊体中心,热辐射涂层包裹着辐射加热器,热辐射涂层外层为热超导筒体,热超导筒体与加热辊体的间隔为导热油腔,加热辊体表面为辊面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控加热辊,其特征在于:加热辊体与热超导筒体同轴心,两者相对位置固定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控加热辊,其特征在于:热超导筒体材料可以为金、银、铜以及掺杂型复合热超导材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控加热辊,金银铜其特征在于:热超导筒体外侧涂覆热辐射涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控加热辊,其特征在于:导热油腔内由低比热导热油填充。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高精度温控加热辊,其特征在于:加热辊体轴中心位置设置一根圆柱形辐射加热器,其始终与热超导筒体保持设定相对旋转速度。
