Abstract
The invention provides a design scheme for carrying out impregnation treatment on wood on a ship in a transportation process, which provides a design scheme for carrying out impregnation treatment on the wood in the transportation process of the wood by utilizing the space on the ship. The method is characterized in that in the process of transporting the wood by ships, the wood is impregnated by utilizing the space on the ships and the time of the ship transportation, and the whole process is completed in the process of transporting the wood.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of wood transportation and wood processing, in particular to a design scheme for carrying out impregnation treatment on wood by utilizing space on a ship in the wood transportation process.
Background
The wood impregnating method is the most important and effective industrial production method for fire retarding, smoke inhibiting, corrosion preventing and modifying wood, and is characterized by that the wood is placed in impregnating tank, soaked in wood treating liquor, and if necessary, the wood treating liquor is pumped into the wood cell, pressurized and heated so as to make the wood treating liquor fully permeate into the wood cell to obtain the required treatment effect and technical index. The conventional wood impregnation treatment process requires a fixed site and special equipment, and some processes require wood to be soaked for a long time to achieve an ideal effect, so that the wood impregnation treatment process obviously increases the production cost and prolongs the production period.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a design scheme for carrying out impregnation treatment on wood by utilizing space on a ship in the wood transportation process, and aims to fully utilize time consumed in the wood transportation process and the space on the ship to finish the impregnation treatment process of the wood so as to achieve the purposes of saving the production cost and shortening the production period.
First, the cabin in which the wood is shipped is subjected to necessary rebuild reinforcement and a coating is added to the inner walls of the cabin to prevent the wood treating fluid from corroding the cabin and leaking out of the cabin. Next, wood impregnation treatment equipment such as a treatment liquid container, a pump, a heater, a vacuum pump, and the like is installed on the ship as needed. When the wood is transported by the ship, the wood is filled into the cabin according to requirements, and then the wood treatment liquid is injected into the cabin to perform impregnation treatment on the wood, and meanwhile, the ship sailing is not influenced to rush to the destination, and the impregnation treatment process of the wood and the sailing process of the ship are performed synchronously.
According to the technological requirements of wood impregnation, the treatment liquid can be driven by a pump to circularly flow in the cabin or between the cabin and the treatment liquid storage container, and the treatment liquid can be heated by a heater so as to achieve better treatment effect. After the wood impregnation process was completed, the treatment solution in the cabin was pumped to the treatment solution container to slowly dry the wood.
If the wood is to be vacuum-impregnated on the ship, in order to prevent the cabin from bearing huge air pressure due to vacuum pumping and further affect the safety of the ship, a sealable soft capsule with a cover plate is made of flexible materials (such as fiber reinforced rubber composite plates, silica gel composite cloth, PU composite cloth and the like) according to the size and the shape of the cabin and is placed in the cabin, and the capsule is not bonded with the cabin but the outer surface of the capsule is tightly attached to the four walls and the bottom surface of the cabin. The wall of the capsule or the cover plate is provided with a plurality of holes with connecting flanges for filling wood treatment liquid and vacuumizing. The wood to be impregnated is put into the capsule, and the capsule cover plate is covered and sealed, so that the wood is in a relatively independent closed space inside the capsule. And closing the treating fluid filling port, opening the vacuumizing interface to be connected with a vacuum pump to vacuumize the interior of the capsule and keeping the interior for a period of time, closing the vacuum pump and the vacuum interface, opening the treating fluid filling port to fill treating fluid into the interior of the capsule, and performing impregnation treatment on the wood. Similar to the process directly in the hold, the treatment fluid may be circulated inside the capsule by a pump or between the capsule and a storage container for the treatment fluid, and may be heated by a heater. After the wood impregnation process was completed, the treatment solution in the capsules was pumped to a treatment solution container to slowly dry the wood.
Because the soft capsule can completely isolate the wood and the treatment liquid from the cabin, the cabin does not need to be reinforced and reformed, and an additional coating does not need to be added on the inner wall of the cabin, and the scheme of adding the soft capsule in the cabin can be adopted even under the condition of not vacuumizing.

Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The following examples illustrate the invention in detail.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the wood to be transported and impregnated is orderly stacked in the cabin according to the requirement, the stop valve 7 is opened, the wood treating fluid is injected into the cabin, the wood pile is immersed, and the impregnation treatment is carried out on the wood.
If necessary, the stop valves 7 and 8 can be opened, the pump 5 is started, the wood treating fluid is circulated among the cabin, the container and the liquid heater, the temperature of the treating fluid is controlled by controlling the heating power of the heater, and the temperature of the liquid in the cabin is uniform so as to achieve the required dipping treatment effect.
After the dipping treatment is finished, the stop valve 7 is closed, the stop valve 8 is opened, and the pump 5 is started to pump all the liquid in the cabin into the treatment liquid container 9, so that the wood is naturally drained.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 2, a sealable soft capsule with a cover plate is placed in the hold, and is sized and shaped according to the hold. The soft capsule is made of flexible material (such as fiber reinforced rubber composite board, silica gel composite cloth, PU composite cloth, etc.), and the capsule is not bonded with the cabin but the outer surface is tightly adhered to the four walls and the bottom surface of the cabin. Firstly, opening a cover plate of the capsule, orderly stacking wood to be transported and dipped in the capsule according to requirements, covering the cover plate, and strictly sealing the peripheral joint by using a sealing rubber strip.
Closing stop valve 8, 9, opening stop valve 4, starting the vacuum pump with the inside evacuation of capsule and keep the time that technical requirement stipulates, closing stop valve 4, opening stop valve 9, pour into the capsule with timber treatment liquid inside, need control filling condition and process during the pouring, can not let inside external gas get into the capsule. The wood is impregnated by immersing the wood pile in the liquid.
If necessary, the stop valves 8 and 9 can be opened, the stop valve 4 can be closed, the pump 11 can be started, the wood treatment liquid can circularly flow in the capsule and between the container and the liquid heater, the temperature of the treatment liquid can be controlled by controlling the heating power of the heater, and the temperature of the liquid in the capsule can be uniform, so that the required impregnation treatment effect can be achieved.
After the impregnation treatment is finished, the stop valves 4 and 9 are closed, the stop valve 8 is opened, the capsule cover plate is opened, the pump 11 is started to pump all the liquid in the capsule into the treatment liquid container, and the wood is naturally drained.
In the embodiment, after the wood is stacked in the cabin (capsule), the normal operation of the ship is not influenced in the subsequent treatment process. The process of filling the cabin (capsule) with the treatment liquid can influence the load distribution and the position of the gravity center of the ship, and the influence on the navigation safety of the ship can be avoided by carefully calculating the filling amount of each cabin (capsule) in advance, appropriately moving the position of a wood treatment liquid container, or carrying out batch staggered filling on different cabin sections.
The present invention has been illustrated by the foregoing examples, but it should be understood that they have been presented by way of illustration and description only, and are not intended to limit the invention to the described embodiments. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
