The fixture fixing component comprises an extension arm 12 with a locking function, an extension arm with a locking function and a device with an adjustable length, wherein the length of the device can be set at a target length as required after being adjusted to the target length. The length-adjustable draw arm 12 with the locking function is used for drawing the clamp 52 to move in the moving space, and when the length-adjustable draw arm 12 with the locking function is in an extending state, the clamp 52 can clamp the safety part of the insulator string 53, so that the assembly connection of the clamp 4 and the insulator string 53 can be realized; when the length-adjusting draw arm 12 with the locking function is in the retraction state, the hardware 52 connected with the insulator string 53 can be in a non-bearing state, so that the device for assisting in dismounting the insulator and the hardware in the transformer substation in an electrified manner can replace the hardware to realize the traction of the insulator string 53 and the electrified lead 54.
Example 1: an apparatus for assisting in disassembling and assembling insulators and fittings in a substation in a live-line manner is disclosed, and referring to fig. 1-2, the apparatus comprises a fixture holding assembly and a fixture 52 for holding the insulators.
The fixture holding assembly may include a fixing module 11 and an adjustable length arm 12 with a locking function, wherein the fixing module 11 is connected with the adjustable length arm 12 with the locking function in a pulling or supporting manner. When the device for assisting in dismounting the insulator and the hardware in the transformer substation in an electrified way needs to fix the transversely arranged insulator string, the fixing module 11 is in supporting connection with the length-adjusting draw arm 12 with a locking function. When the device for electrified auxiliary dismounting of the insulator and the hardware fittings in the transformer substation needs to hang the insulator string, the fixing module 11 is connected with the length-adjusting draw arm 12 with the locking function in a traction manner.
The fixing module 11 is not necessary, since the lengthening arm 12 with the locking function can be fixed to the work vehicle. The fixing module can be an annular hoop or a hook, wherein the annular hoop can be fixed on the round bar beam of the portal frame type cross arm, and the hook can rotate around the round bar beam when being hung on the round bar beam of the portal frame type cross arm. The length-adjustable arm can be a feed-through screw, a screw sleeve or a telescopic rod with a positioning pin, wherein the screw of the feed-through screw cannot be shortened, and the unused part of the feed-through screw extends backwards and possibly invades into the electrical safety distance of other live lines; and the unused parts of the screw rod sleeve and the telescopic rod with the positioning pin are arranged inside the two ends, so that the situation that the unused parts invade into the electrical safety distance of other electrified circuits is avoided.
The clamp 52 can be a circular hoop or an 8-shaped hoop.
Example 2: an apparatus for assisting in disassembling and assembling insulators and fittings in a substation in a live-line manner is disclosed, and referring to fig. 1-2, the apparatus comprises a fixture holding assembly and a fixture 52 for holding the insulators. Specifically, a first bolt hole can be formed in the second holding portion, a second bolt hole is formed in the corresponding position of the first clamping piece, a third bolt hole is formed in the corresponding position of the second clamping piece, the bolt connecting piece penetrates through the first bolt hole, the second bolt hole and the third bolt hole to connect the first clamping piece, the second holding portion and the second clamping piece in a detachable locking mode, and the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are matched to clamp and fix the insulator.
