2. The washing and air-drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chain belt is a spider chain belt, the spider chain belt is in a closed loop shape and comprises a plurality of spider chain links connected end to end in sequence;
the spider chain link comprises a pair of chain units and a pair of supporting rods; the chain unit comprises a bearing chain which is axially connected with two ends of the movable chain; the supporting rods are arranged between the chain units in parallel, and two ends of the supporting rods are respectively connected with the end parts of the supporting chains in a loop mode;
and, the supporting rod is shared between adjacent spider chain links.
3. The cleaning and air drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air knife assembly is as wide as the chain belt and comprises a knife edge arranged at the bottom of the air duct;
the longitudinal section of the air channel is rectangular and is longitudinally arranged at the top of the chain belt along the width direction of the chain belt;
the longitudinal section of the knife edge is trapezoidal and is obliquely arranged against the moving direction of the chain belt; and along the width direction of the chain belt, the connecting line of the bottom edge of the trapezoid is horizontal, and the connecting line of the top edge is inclined.
4. The cleaning and air-drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air suction inlet of the centrifugal fan is communicated with the transfer bin through an air suction pipe in the drying zone.
5. The washing and air-drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water tank is as wide as the chain belt, the opening is arranged at the bottom of the chain belt, and a filtering grid is arranged in the water tank;
and the water pump pumps the water at the bottom of the filtering grid for circular supply.

The washing and drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water sources of the shower heads are hot water, clean water and long-running water in sequence along the moving direction of the chain belt in the washing zone, and the hot water tank, the clean water tank and the city water supply pipe are respectively supplied with water.
7. The washing and air-drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 6, wherein the hot water tank and the clean water tank are respectively arranged at the bottom of the open chain belt arranged at the corresponding spray header, and filtering grids are arranged in the hot water tank and the clean water tank;
and the water pump pumps the water at the bottom of the filtering grid for circular supply.

The washing and air-drying machine suitable for the tray as claimed in claim 7, wherein the filtering grids in the hot water tank and the clean water tank are arranged obliquely, and the hot water tank and the clean water tank are respectively provided with a sewage outlet externally connected with a sewage collecting tank on the top of the filtering grid at the oblique lower end;
a plurality of layers of filtering grids and/or filtering cotton are horizontally arranged in the sewage collecting box, and a water outlet is formed in the bottom side of the sewage collecting box.
9. The washing and air-drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 8, wherein the bottom of the chain belt of the shower head of the long flowing water is provided with a long flowing water tank with a corresponding opening;
moreover, the end side of the long-flow water tank is provided with an overflow outlet for connecting the hot water tank and the clean water tank; the overflow inlets of the hot water tank and the clean water tank are arranged at the top of the filter grid at the inclined upper end.
10. The washing and air-drying machine for the trays as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chain belt is provided with guard rails at both sides and top pressure bars at both sides.
