Correspondingly, the first electrode contact 17 is fitted to the tail end of the stepped hole 1307 to form a first fitting step 170 which is fitted with the first limit step 1317, and the first electrode contact 17 is fitted to the head end of the electrode fitting hole 1327 to form a second fitting step 172 which is fitted with the second limit step 1326. Thus, when the second engaging step 172 at the head end of the first electrode contact 17 is fastened to the second limiting step 1326, the first engaging step 170 at the tail end of the first electrode contact 17 is synchronously abutted to the first limiting step 1317 and cannot move forward any more, so that the stroke of the first electrode contact 17 is limited and the first electrode contact 17 is prevented from sliding out of the corresponding electrode assembling hole 1327.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, a third limiting step 171 is formed between the first mating step 170 and the second mating step 172 of the first electrode contact 17 and protrudes outward along the radial direction of the first electrode contact 17, and a surface of the third limiting step 171 away from the upper surface 1301 abuts against a surface of the main body 1324 facing the upper surface 1301. Thus, when the first electrode contact 17 is mounted in the electrode mounting hole 1327, the surface of the third limiting step 171 of the first electrode contact 17 away from the upper surface 1301 supports against the surface of the heat generating member 152 facing the upper surface 1301 and cannot move forward any more, so that the stroke of the first electrode contact 17 is limited, and the heat generating member 152 is prevented from sliding out of the corresponding electrode mounting hole 1327. Similarly, the second electrode contact 19 is also provided with the same structure as the first electrode contact 17, and is not described herein again. Referring to fig. 13, further, the base 130 includes a first side 1302 and a second side 1304 disposed opposite to the first side 1302, wherein a direction perpendicular to both the first side 1302 and the second side 1304 is defined as a transverse direction, a direction perpendicular to both the axial direction and the transverse direction is defined as a longitudinal direction, and an upper surface 1301 of the base 130 is recessed along the transverse direction to form a notch 1306 penetrating through the first side 1302 and the second side 1304. The first side 1302 and the second side 1304 are narrow sides.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, further, the housing 110 has an air inlet hole 1107 corresponding to one of the first side surface 1302 and the second side surface 1304 and an air flow channel 1109 corresponding to the other of the first side surface 1302 and the second side surface 1304, that is, one side surface of the housing 110 in the transverse direction has the air inlet hole 1107, and the other side surface of the housing in the transverse direction has the air flow channel 1109. The airflow channel 1109 is separated from the reservoir 1103, and the airflow channel 1109 is connected between the inlet 1107 and the mouthpiece component 50. Referring to fig. 4 and 7, material is removed from one lateral side of the housing 110 to form a gas flow channel 1109 penetrating through the surface of the housing 110 away from the upper surface 1301 to the surface close to the upper surface 1301, and a second mounting step 1106 is formed at one end of the gas flow channel 1109 close to the upper surface 1301.
The piercing member 132 coupled to the base 130 abuts the base 130, and the slot 1306 and the surface of the piercing member 132 facing the upper surface 1301 cooperate to define the aerosolizing chamber 154 (as shown in fig. 8A). The outside air enters the atomizing chamber 154 through the air inlet 1107 under the action of suction force, and is mixed with the smoke and then flows out to the mouthpiece component 50 through the airflow channel 1109 for the user to suck. The airflow channel 1109 is transversely positioned between the liquid storage cavity 1103 and the outside air, the airflow channel 1109 has a condensation function, the airflow channel 1109 can transfer heat to the liquid storage cavity 1103 and the outside air, so that the temperature of the airflow channel 1109 is lower relative to the atomizing cavity 154, vapor in a gas phase is generated by heating the smoke liquid in the atomizing cavity 154, when the vapor passes through the airflow channel 1109 with lower temperature, the hot vapor is rapidly cooled to form smaller and high-concentration particles, and the smaller and high-concentration particles contained in the vapor are represented as dense smoke under the observation of naked eyes.
Referring to fig. 8C, the upper surface 1301 of the base 130 is provided with a fifth limiting step 1308 along the edge of the notch 1306, and at least a part of the edge of the heat generating member 152 is clamped into the fifth limiting step 1308, so that the fifth limiting step 1308 further performs an axial limiting function on the heat generating member 152, and the fifth limiting step 1308 cooperates with the third limiting step 171 to prevent the heat generating member 152 from sliding out of the corresponding electrode assembling hole 1327.
Referring to figure 7, the cartridge 10 is separated and independent from the power supply 30 during transport and when not in use, i.e. the assembly is incomplete. At this time, the first clamping portion 1321 (i.e., the boss) of the puncturing element 132 in the puncturing assembly 13 is clamped in the lower groove 1115 of the first matching portion 1105, so that a certain distance is kept between the puncturing element 132 and the sealing sheet 112 in the liquid storage assembly 11, the liquid storage cavity 1103 is kept sealed, and the cartridge 10 is in a sealed position.
Referring to fig. 8, when the puncturing member 13 is pushed to move close to the liquid storage member 11 for the first time, the first locking portion 1321 of the puncturing member 132 is separated from the lower groove 1115 under the guidance of the inclined guiding surface 1322, and continues to move upward under the pushing force and is locked in the upper groove 1125. At this time, the puncturing element 132 punctures the sealing sheet 112, the sealing state of the liquid storage cavity 1103 is broken and is communicated with the atomizing assembly 15, and the tobacco juice flows out from the liquid storage cavity 1103 and drops on the liquid guiding element 150 to be absorbed by the liquid guiding element 150, so that the cartridge 10 is in a usable state. At this time, the upper surface 1301 abuts against the second installation step 1106, and the surface of the sealing cylinder 135 facing away from the upper surface 1301 abuts against the first installation step 1102, so as to limit the first blocking portion 1321 from moving in the puncturing direction and separating from the upper groove 1125 under the guidance of the guiding slope 1322.
Referring again to fig. 4, the mouthpiece component 50 includes a mouthpiece shell 52 and a sealing member 54, the mouthpiece shell 52 is sleeved outside the housing 110, and a smoke outlet 521 communicating with the smoke outlet channel 1109 is formed thereon. The sealing element 54 is disposed between the mouthpiece shell 52 and the shell 110, and is used for sealing a gap between the mouthpiece shell 52 and the shell 110, so as to avoid smoke leakage. The mouthpiece shell 52 is fixedly connected to the housing 110, one of the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110 is provided with a second fastening portion 1100, and the other is provided with a second engaging portion 522 for engaging and limiting the movement of the second fastening portion 1100, so that the mouthpiece shell 52 is fixedly connected to the housing 110. In one embodiment, the second fastening portion 1100 is a boss opened on one of the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110, and the second mating portion 522 is a slot opened on the other of the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110. Further, the boss forms a guide surface (not shown) inclined toward the fitting direction at the head end of the fitting direction, where the fitting direction refers to the direction in which the second trim portion 1100 relatively moves toward the second fitting portion 522, so that the boss is fitted into the pocket under the guide of the guide surface when the nozzle shell 52 is connected to the housing 110. Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the second fastening portion 1100 is a boss protruding from the lateral side of the casing 110, and the second engaging portion 522 is a slot corresponding to the second fastening portion 1100 and disposed on the mouthpiece shell 52. It is understood that in other embodiments, not shown, the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110 are connected by means including, but not limited to, clamping, gluing, heat fusing, welding, etc., and the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110 are fixedly connected.
In this embodiment, the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110 are both made of transparent materials, so that the user can observe the smoke in the liquid storage cavity 1103 through the mouthpiece shell 52 and the housing 110, and thus the user can conveniently pay attention to the smoke in the liquid storage cavity 1103.
Referring to fig. 15, in the present embodiment, the mouthpiece shell 52 is recessed along the longitudinal side surface near the mouthpiece 521 to form a fitting portion 523, and the fitting portion 523 is used for naturally fitting the lip of the user so as to enable the user to obtain a good human-computer interaction experience. The surface of the mouthpiece shell 52 facing the upper surface 1301 is circumferentially recessed and/or protruding forming a first profile 524, in particular the first profile 524 is formed on the longitudinal side wall of the mouthpiece shell 52 by the surface of the mouthpiece shell 52 facing the upper surface 1301 being recessed, the first profile 524 being substantially circular arc-shaped when viewed from a longitudinal perspective.
The process of assembling the cartridge:
referring to fig. 16A-16E, in steps a-c, housing 110 is oriented so that sealed opening 1101 is facing upward, and after the liquid smoke is injected, sealing sheet 112 may be loaded into sealed opening 1101, with sealing sheet 112 mounted on mounting step 1102. In steps d-e, piercing member 132 is oriented such that communication chamber 1329 faces upward and drainage member 150 is loaded into communication chamber 1329. In steps f-g, the heat generating member 152 is oriented such that the opening faces downward, and the heat generating member 152 can be fitted into the electrode fitting hole 1327 through both ends bent. In step h-i, the sealing cartridge 135 is oriented such that the mounting port 1359 faces upward, the piercing member 132 is fitted into the mounting port 1359, and the piercing portion 1325 is fitted into the escape port 1355. In steps j-k, mount 130 is oriented such that lower surface 1303 faces upward, first electrode contact 17 and second electrode contact 19 are oriented such that the head end faces downward, and first electrode contact 17 and second electrode contact 19 fit into two stepped holes 1307. In step l, the first electrode contact 17, the second electrode contact 19, and the base 130 assembly assembled in step k are fitted into the atomizing assembly 15 and the piercing member 132 assembled in step i, the first electrode contact 17 and the second electrode contact 19 are inserted into the two electrode fitting holes 1327, and the positioning column 1305 is fitted into the positioning groove 1323. It will be appreciated that orienting base 130 so that lower surface 1303 faces upward, orienting piercing member 132 so that communication chamber 1329 faces upward, loading base 130 into the assembled atomizing assembly 15 and piercing member 132, and engaging locating posts 1305 with locating slots 1323; first electrode contact 17 and second electrode contact 19 are then oriented such that the head ends face downward, and first electrode contact 17 and second electrode contact 19 are inserted into two electrode assembly holes 1327 through two stepped holes 1307. In steps n-o, the mouthpiece shell 52 is oriented so that the outlet 521 faces downward and the seal 54 is fitted into the mouthpiece shell 52. In step p, the mouthpiece component 50 assembled in step o is fitted over the housing 110, and the second engaging portion 522 and the second fastening portion 1100 are engaged. In step q-r, the atomizing assembly 15 and the spike assembly 13 assembled in step m are loaded into the housing 110, and the first catching portion 1321 is caught in the lower groove 1115.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, tobacco tar may be injected into the cartridge after assembly of the cartridge is complete.
Referring to fig. 9, the power supply device 30 includes a battery housing 31, a battery holder 33, a battery (not shown), and two contact terminals 35. A battery holder 33 is fitted in the battery case 31 for mounting a battery. Two terminal holes 330 are opened on the end face of the battery support 33 matching with the cartridge 10, one end of each contact terminal 35 is assembled in each terminal hole 330, and the other end protrudes out of the corresponding terminal hole 330. Each contact terminal 35 protruding outside the terminal hole 330 is in contact with and electrically connected to the first electrode contact 17 or the second electrode contact 19 in the electrode assembly hole 1327 to supply power to the battery.
Referring to fig. 10, further, the power supply device 30 includes a circuit board 36 and a sensor 37 disposed on the circuit board 36, a first sensing air hole 332 is formed on an end surface of the battery holder 33 corresponding to the cartridge 10, a second sensing air hole 1309 (see fig. 6) is formed in the piercing assembly 13 at a position corresponding to the first sensing air hole 332 on the base 130, and the second sensing air hole 1309 is located right below the communicating cavity 1329 and is communicated with the airflow channel 1109. Sensor 37 is fitted within first sensing orifice 332 and, during the air flow induced by the suction force described above, the flowing air passes through both first sensing orifice 332 and second sensing orifice 1309 such that sensor 37, which is located within first sensing orifice 332, senses a corresponding air flow in response to the suction force and provides power to atomizing assembly 15 from power supply assembly 30.
Still further, the power supply device 30 includes an adsorbing member 39, and the adsorbing member 39 is disposed on an end surface of the battery holder 33 where the cartridge 10 is coupled to generate an attractive force to the cartridge 10 close to the power supply device 30 when the cartridge 10 is mounted on the power supply device 30, so as to accelerate the mounting of the cartridge 10 and provide a guide for a moving direction of the mounting of the cartridge 10. In this embodiment, the attracting element 39 is a magnet disposed on the end face of the battery holder 33 that is coupled to the cartridge 10, and when the cartridge 10 is mounted on the power supply device 30, the magnet attracts the first electrode contact 17 and/or the second electrode contact 19 of the metal material of the cartridge 10. It is understood that in other embodiments, the absorption member 39 can be other absorption elements, such as an electromagnet, and is not limited herein.
Furthermore, the power supply device 30 is further provided with a USB interface 38, and the USB interface 38 is disposed on the battery bracket 33 and electrically connected to the battery to charge the battery through an external power source.
In this embodiment, the power supply device 30 further includes a decoration member 32 disposed outside the battery case 31. The decoration 32 is attached to the outside of the battery case 31 to provide decoration and beauty.
Referring to fig. 11, in use, under the suction action of the user, the external cold air enters the atomizing chamber 154 through the air inlet 1107, the air flow also flows through the first sensing air hole 332 and the second sensing air hole 1309, the sensor 37 located in the first sensor hole 332 detects the corresponding air flow, the power supply assembly 30 responds to the detection of the sensor 37 and supplies power to the atomizing assembly 15, the contact terminal 35, the first electrode contact 17, the heating element 152 and the second electrode contact 19 are electrically connected to form an electric loop, and the battery provides a heating power supply for the heating element 152 to heat the smoke liquid adsorbed by the liquid guiding element 150 and form smoke; after the external cold air is mixed with the smoke, the cold air mixed with the smoke flows out to the smoke outlet 521 through the airflow channel 1109 for the user to suck.
This application cigarette bullet 10 and electron cigarette 100, when transportation and not use, keep the isolated state between stock solution subassembly 11 and the puncture subassembly 13, when guaranteeing the leakproofness of stock solution chamber 1103 in the stock solution subassembly 11, avoid the weeping phenomenon of cigarette bullet 10. Meanwhile, when the cigarette bullet protector is used, the liquid storage component 11 can be punctured through one-way movement of the puncture component 13, so that cigarette liquid in the liquid storage cavity 1103 flows into the atomization component 15, normal use of the cigarette bullet 10 is guaranteed, the position of the puncture component 13 is fixed when the puncture component 13 moves to the puncture position and the cigarette liquid cannot return to the sealing position again, and liquid leakage caused by separation of the puncture component 13 in the using process is avoided.

It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Claims (10)

1. A cartridge, characterized in that it comprises:
the liquid storage assembly comprises a shell with an opening at one end and a sealing sheet; the sealing sheet seals the opening and defines a closed liquid storage cavity together with the shell;
the puncture assembly is matched and connected with one end of the opening on the shell; and
the atomization assembly is assembled on the puncture assembly and is positioned on an outflow path of the tobacco juice in the liquid storage cavity;
the puncture assembly can move unidirectionally relative to the shell from a sealing position keeping a certain distance with the sealing sheet to a puncture position for puncturing the sealing sheet, and the atomization assembly is communicated with the liquid storage cavity when the puncture assembly moves to the puncture position.
2. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein one of the housing and the piercing assembly is provided with a first engaging portion, and the other is provided with a first engaging portion for restricting the first engaging portion from moving only in one direction along the piercing direction.
3. The cartridge of claim 2, wherein the first engaging portion is a projection projecting from one of the housing and the piercing member, the first engaging portion is a slot opening from the other of the housing and the piercing member, the slot includes a lower slot and an upper slot arranged in sequence along the piercing direction, the projection is retained in the lower slot in the sealing position, and a surface of the projection adjacent to the upper slot forms a guiding slope inclined upward along the piercing direction.
4. The cartridge of claim 1, wherein the piercing assembly comprises a piercing member, the piercing member comprising a body, the body having two electrode assembly holes formed therethrough and a communication chamber, the communication chamber being located between the two electrode assembly holes for receiving the atomizing assembly; the atomization component comprises a liquid guiding piece and a heating piece, the heating piece is transversely arranged in the communicating cavity, two opposite ends of the communicating cavity are assembled in the two electrode assembling holes, and the liquid guiding piece is supported on the heating piece and is contained in the communicating cavity.
5. The cartridge of claim 4, wherein the cartridge includes a first electrode contact and a second electrode contact, the first electrode contact and the second electrode contact are respectively fitted into the two electrode fitting holes, and both ends of the heat generating member are respectively sandwiched between the first electrode contact and the second electrode contact and a wall of the hole corresponding to the electrode fitting hole.
6. The cartridge of claim 4, wherein the piercing element includes a piercing portion protruding from a surface of the main body facing the sealing sheet and surrounding an outer periphery of the communication chamber, the piercing portion being configured to pierce an end of the sealing sheet in a zigzag manner.
7. The cartridge of claim 4, wherein the spike assembly includes a sealing cartridge that is sleeved outside the spike and seals a gap between the spike and the housing.
8. An electronic cigarette, characterized in that it comprises a cartridge according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and power supply means for providing electrical drive to said cartridge.
9. The electronic cigarette of claim 8, wherein the power supply device comprises a battery holder and an adsorbing member, and the adsorbing member is disposed on an end surface of the battery holder where the battery holder is coupled to the cartridge.
10. The electronic cigarette of claim 8, wherein the power supply device comprises a battery holder, a circuit board, and a sensor disposed on the circuit board, wherein a first sensing air hole is formed in an end surface of the battery holder coupled to the cartridge, a second sensing air hole is formed in the puncturing element at a position corresponding to the first sensing air hole, the second sensing air hole is communicated with an air flow channel in the cartridge, and the sensor is disposed in the first sensing air hole.
