The limiting member 212 limits circumferential rotation and axial movement of the injection member, the limiting member 212 cooperates with the upper cover 21 to limit the injection member to be separated from the upper cover 21, and a notch 2123 and a movement path for the injection member to move between a use position and an injection position are further provided between the limiting members, so that when one end of the injection member rotates to be aligned with the notch 2123, the injection member can move along the movement path to open the injection port 213.
It should be noted that the limiting members 212 in this embodiment are only an optional solution, in an embodiment that is not shown, optionally, the limiting members 212 are limiting posts that are arranged at intervals along the upper end surface of the upper cover 21, a lower end of each limiting post is perpendicular to the upper end surface of the upper cover 21, an upper end of each limiting post is bent toward the central axis of the atomizer 100, the limiting members 212 are provided in a plurality, the notch 2123 is formed between two of the limiting posts, and meanwhile, a moving path for the liquid injection member to move between the use position and the liquid injection position is formed between the limiting posts.
In one embodiment, the liquid injection member includes a lining member 23, the lining member 23 includes a sealing member 231 attached to the upper cover 21 and a connecting member 232 provided on the sealing member 231, and the liquid injection cover 22 is mounted on the connecting member 232 of the lining member 23, so that the lining member 23 can move and drive the liquid injection cover 22 to move together, and when the lining member 23 rotates relative to the limiting member 212, the sealing member always covers the liquid injection port 213, and smoke liquid is prevented from flowing out of the liquid injection port 213.
In an example manner, optionally, the sealing element 231 is substantially in a shape of a kidney-round plate, and a through hole 2311 is formed at the center of the sealing element 231 corresponding to the smoke outlet 211. When the lining member 23 is moved to the use position, the smoke outlet 211 is engaged with the through hole 2311, and the sealing member 231 closes the liquid inlet 213, so that the user can suck the liquid. When the inner liner 23 is moved to the pouring position, the pouring outlet 213 is opened, and the user can perform a pouring operation.
Specifically, two opposite side walls with an arc-shaped structure on the sealing member 231 are matched with the inner wall of the limiting member 212, so that the sealing member 231 can rotate in the groove 2124 when the liquid filling cap 22 rotates relative to the upper cap 21, and in one embodiment, the sealing member 231 is arranged around the connecting member 232 in a circle, so that the sealing member 231 can close the liquid filling opening 213 during the rotation of the sealing member 231. Further, the other two opposite side walls of the sealing member 231 are fitted into the notches 2123, so that when the lining member 23 is moved relative to the upper lid 21, one end of the sealing member 231 of the lining member 23 can pass through the notches 2123, eventually opening the pouring outlet 213. The two ends of the connecting member 232 are connected, and the connecting member 232 is connected to the through hole 2311 of the sealing member 231.
In order to prevent the sealing element 231 from being separated from the notch 2123 during the moving process, two opposite side walls of the sealing element 231 along the moving direction of the moving path respectively extend outwards to form limiting portions 2312, and the limiting portions 2312 can be abutted against the limiting piece 212 during the moving process, so that the horizontal stroke of the sealing element 231 during the moving process is limited. In addition, when the lining element 23 is pulled axially, the limiting portion 2312 can be abutted against the limiting member 212, so as to limit the axial movement of the sealing element 231, that is, the lining element 23 can be movably clamped on the limiting member 212, and it can be understood that the limiting portion 2312 can also be formed by extending outwards from one side wall of the sealing element 231 along the moving direction of the moving path. In order to improve the sealing performance of the sealing member 231 for closing the liquid injection port 213 and prevent the leakage of the smoke, a mounting groove (not shown) is provided on the upper cover 21 around the smoke outlet 211 and the liquid injection port 213, a sealing gasket 25 is mounted in the mounting groove, and when the lining member 23 is located at the use position relative to the upper cover 21, the sealing member 231 abuts against the sealing gasket 25, so as to seal the liquid injection port 213 and prevent the leakage of the smoke, and the air tightness is improved and the leakage of the smoke is prevented. In this embodiment, the sealing member 231 includes, but is not limited to, silicone, rubber, and the like. It will be appreciated that the seal 25 may be made of silicone or rubber material.

At this time, the injection cap 22 can drive the lining member 23 to move, so that the lining member 23 moves along the moving path and one end of the lining member 23 extends out of the notch 2123. The stopper 212 is inserted into the through groove 2211 while the injection cap 22 is moved. When the cover 221 of the injection cover 22 is fitted over the stopper 212, the lining member 23 is at the use position relative to the upper cover 21, and the user can draw smoke through the smoke outlet 211. When the injection cover 22 is moved to drive the lining member 23 to move to the position where the injection port 213 is exposed, the lining member 23 is at the injection position relative to the upper cover 21, and the user can inject the smoke liquid into the liquid storage chamber 11 through the injection port 213. Specifically, the liquid injection port 213 and the smoke outlet 211 are provided in this order on a movement path of the liquid injection cap 22 from the use position to the liquid injection position.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, not shown, the stop 2212 between the two through slots 2211 may also be omitted, i.e. the two through slots 2211 communicate to form a single through slot through which the stop 212 can pass when the seal 231 moves along the movement path.
In the present embodiment, the socket 222 is a truncated cone structure formed by protruding the surface of the cover 221 facing away from the upper cover 21, and two ends of the socket 222 penetrate through and communicate with the inner cavity of the cover 221. In this embodiment, the upper cover assembly 20 further includes a cigarette holder 24 detachably connected to the sleeve portion 222, two ends of the cigarette holder 24 are through and communicated with the sleeve portion 222, and the user holds the cigarette holder 24 to suck the smoke.
In this embodiment, a first mark (not shown) is disposed on the sidewall of the upper cover 21, a second mark (not shown) is disposed on the sidewall of the injection cover 22 near the upper cover 21, when the injection cover 22 is rotated to align the second mark with the first mark, at this time, the through slot 2211 on the injection cover 22 aligns with the limiting member 212 on the upper cover 21, and a user can open the injection port 213 by pushing the injection cover 22 horizontally and the lining member 23 is driven by the injection cover 22. It is understood that the first mark and the second mark may be a protrusion, a groove, a diagonal line, or the like.
Referring to fig. 5, when the liquid injection cover 22 is located at the using position relative to the upper cover 21, the smoke outlet 211 of the upper cover 21 is communicated with the through hole 2311 of the lining member 23, and the liquid injection port 213 is closed, so that the user can normally perform smoking operation but cannot perform liquid injection operation; referring to fig. 6 and 7, when the remaining amount of the smoke liquid in the electronic cigarette is insufficient, the user needs to rotate the liquid injection cover 22 first, so that the through slot 2211 on the liquid injection cover 22 is aligned with the limiting member 212 on the upper cover 21, and the stopping portion 2212 on the liquid injection cover 22 is aligned with the vacant portion 2125, at this time, the liquid injection cover 22 is moved, the lining member 23 is driven by the liquid injection cover 22 to move along the moving path, one end of the lining member 23 extends out of the notch 2123, so that the liquid injection port 213 is exposed for the user to inject liquid, the opening process of the liquid injection port 213 can be realized through complicated operations, and the child cannot easily grasp the opening process, thereby playing a role of safety protection.
The atomizer 100 and the electronic cigarette provided by the present invention have all the technical features of the upper cover assembly 20, and therefore have the same technical effects as the upper cover assembly 20.
