Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a typical embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 14. The accessory for a portable terminal of the present embodiment is directly or indirectly attached to a rear surface Tb of a plate-like portable terminal T (portable terminal device) having one surface as a display surface Ta, which is opposite to the display surface Ta, such as a smart phone or a tablet, and functions as a holder and as a stand for the portable terminal T.
Typically, the accessory for a portable terminal of the present embodiment is directly or indirectly attached to the rear surface Tb of a plate-like or disc-like portable terminal T, specifically, a smartphone or a tablet personal computer, which is opposite to the display surface Ta, and functions as a holder and as a stand for the portable terminal T.
Fig. 10 to 14 show examples in which the fitting body 3 described later is formed into a plush toy. In the state shown in fig. 12, by inserting all or a part of the finger other than the thumb of the single-handed finger between the accessory main body 3 and the portable terminal T, the portable terminal T can be held stably with one hand. In this embodiment, the accessory for a portable terminal functions as a holder for the portable terminal T.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, the portable terminal T can be set up on a desk, a table, or the like using the accessory body 3. The introduction member 2 is assembled by introducing the head 15 into the housing member 1 described below with the neck 16 of the introduction member 2 described below passing through the slot 8, and the orientation of the mobile terminal T with respect to the accessory body 3 can be freely changed as needed with the introduction member 2 as the rotation center. Thus, when the mobile terminal T is rectangular, the attachment main body 3 may be supported so that the long side thereof is in the longitudinal direction (fig. 13/vertical), or the attachment main body 3 may be supported so that the short side thereof is in the longitudinal direction (fig. 14/horizontal). In this embodiment, the accessory for a portable terminal functions as a cradle for the portable terminal T.
The portable terminal accessory is composed of a housing member 1 and an accessory main body 3 provided with an introduced member 2. The introduced member 2 is detachably combined with the accommodating member 1.
The accessory body 3 may be a molded article made of a plush toy or a synthetic resin, and the specific structure thereof is not limited as long as it can exert the function as the holder and the function as the stand in a state of being combined with the portable terminal T.
The guided member 2 has a portion 14 protruding from the fitting main body 3. The guided member 2 includes a head portion 15 and a neck portion 16. In the illustrated example, the introduced member 2 is configured to integrally include a disk-shaped head portion 15, a shaft-shaped neck portion 16 having a smaller outer diameter than the head portion 15, a disk-shaped flange 17, and a shaft-shaped leg portion 18 inserted into the fitting body 3. One end of the shaft-like leg 18 is integrated with a center portion of one surface side of the flange 17. One end of the neck 16 is integrated with a central portion of the other surface side of the flange 17, and the other end of the neck 16 is integrated with a central portion of the head 15. In the example illustrated, the introduced component 2 is provided on the fitting body 3 in the following manner: the neck 16 and the head 15 are made the protruding portion 14 by fastening a washer shown by reference numeral 4 in fig. 10 to a shaft-like foot 18 inserted into the fitting body 3 in such a manner that the flange 17 contacts the outer surface 3a of the fitting body 3. In fig. 10, reference numeral 5 shows a core material interposed between the gasket 4 and the outer surface 3a of the fitting body 3.
The housing member 1 is directly or indirectly mounted on the rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T opposite to the display surface Ta. When the portable terminal T is housed in a known protective case or protective cover covering at least the rear face Tb thereof, the housing member 1 is attached to the rear face Tb side of the portable terminal T opposite to the display face Ta in a state where a portion of the protective case or protective cover covering the rear face Tb of the portable terminal T is interposed between the housing member 1 and the rear face Tb of the portable terminal T.
The accommodating member 1 is composed of a front plate portion 6 and a back plate portion 7, the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7 being spaced apart from each other by a space for accommodating the head portion 15 of the guided member 2, wherein the front plate portion 6 is formed with a slit 8 having a width through which the neck portion 16 of the guided member 2 can pass, but through which the head portion 15 cannot pass, and an outer surface 7a of the back plate portion 7 is set as a mounting surface 7d to be mounted on the rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T.
One end 8a of the slot 8 is opened outward at an edge portion of the front plate portion 6 of the accommodating member 1, and the head portion 15 of the guided member 2 can be guided between the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7 from the one end 8a of the slot 8.
At the same time, a drop-off preventing portion 9 is formed between the one end 8a of the slot 8 and the closed other end 8b by a built-in elastic member 9a, and the head 15 is introduced into the drop-off preventing portion 9 while elastically deforming the elastic member 9a constituting the drop-off preventing portion 9.
In the example illustrated, the containing part 1 has a plate shape with an egg-shaped profile. An L-shaped slot 8 is formed in the front plate portion 6. The slit 8 is bent between the one end 8a and the other end 8b, and a second portion 8d between the bent portion 8e and the other end 8b is disposed so as to be orthogonal to a first portion 8c between the bent portion 8e and the one end 8 a. In the illustrated example, the second portion 8d is formed along an imaginary long axis x passing through the center of the egg shape. The other end 8b of the second portion 8d is located inside the one top 10 of the egg shape on the long axis x and does not open to the outside of the housing member 1. The bending portion 8e is located between an imaginary short axis y passing through the center of the egg-shape and the other top 11 of the egg-shape located on the long axis x. The first portion 8c is formed parallel to the minor axis y between the minor axis y and the top 11 of the other one of the egg shapes. The one end 8a of the first portion 8c is open to the outside on the side of the long axis x.
In the illustrated example, a recess 6b is formed in the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 so as to trim the groove 8, and the head 15 of the guided member 2 can be guided into the accommodating member 1 from the one end 8a by the recess 6 b. In the example illustrated, the distance between the step 6c formed by the recess 6b located on one side of the slot 8 and the step 6c formed by the recess 6b located on the other side of the slot 8 is substantially the same as the diameter of the head 15. The other end 8b of the slot 8 is semicircular along the outline of the neck 16 having a circular cross section and an axial shape, and the step 6c formed by the recess 6b formed by trimming the other end 5b of the slot 8 is semicircular along the outline of the head 15 (fig. 4).
In this embodiment, the drop-off preventing portion 9 is formed on the second portion 8d side. In addition, in the second portion 8d, two coming-off preventing portions 9 are formed at intervals in the continuous direction of the slot 8.
In the illustrated example, the respective retaining portions 9 are formed by disposing annular elastic members 9a on both sides of the second portion 8d of the slot 8. The elastic member 9a is typically made of a plastic (plastic elastomer) having rubber-like elasticity such as silicone rubber. In the illustrated example, a receiving recess 6d of the elastic member 9a communicating with the recess 6b is formed in a portion of the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 located on the short axis y. At the same time, a receiving recess 6d of the elastic member 9a communicating with the recess 6b is formed in a portion of the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 between the short axis y and the other end 8b of the slot 8. A positioning projection 6e is formed in each of the receiving recesses 6d so as to be inserted into a hole in the center of the ring of the annular elastic member 9a, and the elastic member 9a is held in the receiving recess 6d in such a manner that the center axis of the ring is orthogonal to the inner surface 6a of the front plate 6 by passing the positioning projection 6e through the hole in the center of the ring. The distance between the left and right elastic members 9a constituting one of the retaining portions 9 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the head 15 of the guided member 2.
The back plate portion 7 is integrated with the front plate portion 6 in a state where the inner surface 7b thereof is closely adhered to the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6. In the illustrated example, the distance between the bottom surface of the recessed portion 6b, which is formed by trimming the groove 8, and the inner surface 7b of the back plate portion 7 is substantially equal to the thickness of the head portion 15 of the introduced member 2.
Further, in the illustrated example, the inner surface 7b of the back plate portion 7 and all or a part of the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6 are fastened together in a state in which a protrusion indicated by reference numeral 7c protruding from the inner surface 7b of the back plate portion 7 is received in a hole indicated by reference numeral 6f formed on the inner surface 6a of the front plate portion 6. In the case where the front plate portion 6 and the back plate portion 7 are each made of a synthetic resin that can be thermally welded, the fastening can be appropriately performed by thermal welding.
The outer surface 7a of the back plate portion 7, that is, the surface opposite to the side fastened to the front plate portion 6 is a mounting surface 7d to be mounted to the rear surface Tb side of the portable terminal T, that is, a mounting surface 7d to be directly mounted to the rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T or a mounting surface 7d to be mounted to a portion of the protective case or the protective cover covering the rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T. In the illustrated example, the adhesive layer 12 is formed on the mounting surface 7d, and the release sheet 13 covering the adhesive layer 12 is peeled off to press the mounting surface 7d against the rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T, whereby the housing member 1 can be mounted at a desired position on the rear surface Tb of the portable terminal T.
In a state in which the housing member 1 is mounted on the portable terminal T using the mounting surface 7d, the head 15 of the guided member 2 is guided into the housing member 1 from the one end 8a of the slot 8 so that the thickness direction of the head 15 coincides with the thickness direction of the housing member 1 at the first portion 8c of the slot 8, and when the head 15 is operated to press the head 15 into the second portion 8d after reaching the bending portion 8e, the head 15 can be elastically deformed by abutting against the elastic member 9a of the retaining portion 9 located on the bending portion 8e side out of the two retaining portions 9. Then, by this elastic deformation, the head 15 can be introduced to the inner side of the groove 8, that is, to the other end 8b side of the retaining portion 9. When the head 15 is introduced to the inner side of the drop-off preventing portion 9, the elastic member 9a returns to its elastic state to hold the head 15 of the introduced member 2 in the accommodating member 1, thereby attaching the accessory body 3 to the rear surface Tb side of the portable terminal T. The distance between the step 6c formed by the recess 6b located on one side of the slot 8 and the step 6c formed by the recess 6b located on the other side of the slot 8 is substantially the same as the diameter of the head 15, and the distance between the bottom surface of the recess 6b formed by trimming the slot 8 and the inner surface 7b of the back plate portion 7 is substantially the same as the thickness of the head 15 of the introduced member 2, so that the fitting body 3 can be mounted on the back side Tb of the portable terminal T with less occurrence of rattling.
Although the head 15 is held in the housing member 1, since a part of the outer periphery of the head 15 is held in contact with the elastic member 9a as described above, the direction of the fitting body 3 can be freely changed with the guided member 2 as the rotation center.
In the example illustrated, the head 15 introduced into the second portion 8d of the slot 8 is first held between the two drop-outs 9 (fig. 7). At this time, the head 15 is held at the center of the four elastic members 9a in a state where the outer periphery of the head 15 is in point contact with the outer periphery of the four elastic members 9a in a ring shape, respectively. When the head 15 is further pressed toward the inside of the slot 8, that is, toward the other end 8b in this state, the head 15 is brought into contact with the elastic member 9a constituting the two-position retaining portion 9 on the other end 8b side of the slot 8, and elastic deformation can be generated. Then, by utilizing the elastic deformation, the head 15 is guided between the retaining portion 9 and the inner side of the groove 8, that is, the other end 8b side, and the head 15 can be held in the accommodating member 1 at this position (fig. 9). In this way, the head 15 of the guided member 2 is held at the innermost side of the groove 8, and the other end 8b of the groove 8 and the step 6c of the recess 6b formed by trimming the other end 8b are also semicircular as described above, so that the direction of the fitting body 3 can be freely changed with the guided member 2 as the rotation center in this state.
When it is necessary to detach or replace the accessory body 3 from the portable terminal T, the head 15 of the guided member 2 is moved toward the one end 8a side of the slot 8 by holding the accessory body 3 or the like, and the head 15 of the guided member 2 is pulled out of the housing member 1 by moving the head 15 of the guided member 2 toward the one end 8a side of the slot 8 by elastically deforming the elastic member 9a again. If a plurality of fitting main bodies 3 provided with the introduced members 2 are prepared, a desired fitting main body 3 can be replaced/mounted with respect to the portable terminal T to which the accommodating member 1 is mounted, in such a manner that the portable terminal T can be utilized.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes all embodiments capable of achieving the object of the present invention.
