The working principle of the force amplifying device is as follows: the insulating operating rod moves upwards to drive the first piston to move upwards, and when the first piston moves upwards, the second piston moves upwards under the action of hydraulic oil so as to push the push rod and the second clamping plate to move upwards; because the cross-sectional area of the second piston cavity is larger than that of the first piston cavity, and the area of the second piston is also larger than that of the first piston, the pressure acting on the second piston is larger than that on the first piston, so that the effect of amplifying the pressure is achieved, the clamping force of the wire clamping mechanism is improved, and the stability of the wire clamping mechanism in connection with a 10kV overhead line is improved.
The first clamping plate 7 is provided with a grounding wire connecting device, and a grounding wire 12 is connected to the grounding wire connecting device. The grounding wire connecting device comprises a conductive connecting block 20, and a wire hole 21 is arranged on the conductive connecting block 20. One end of the grounding wire 12 is inserted into the wire hole 21, a threaded hole is arranged on one side of the wire hole 21, a screw 22 is connected with the threaded hole in a threaded mode, and the front end of the screw 22 is tightly pressed against the grounding wire 12. Inserting the grounding wire into the wire hole, and then screwing the screw to connect the grounding wire with the first clamping plate; the screw is unscrewed, and then the grounding wire is pulled out of the wire hole, so that the grounding wire can be detached.
When the grounding device is used for grounding operation, a 10kV overhead line is placed between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, then the insulating operating rod is operated to enable the insulating operating rod to move upwards, the second clamping plate is pushed to move upwards, the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate clamp the 10kV overhead line, and then one end of a grounding wire is connected to the ground. Because the 10kV overhead line is clamped between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate, compared with the traditional mode of connecting by using a hook, the invention has higher stability when being connected with the 10kV overhead line and is not easy to be separated from the 10kV overhead line. The force amplification device can improve the clamping force of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate on the 10kV overhead line, the clamping effect is improved, and the connection is more stable. The grounding wire connecting device facilitates the connection and the disassembly between the grounding wire and the first clamping plate.
