This off-site law enforcement overrun detecting system passes through the front end vehicle information acquisition module and acquires the relevant information of vehicle in transit automatically, need not adopt the mode of on duty on the road just can make the law enforcement personnel carry out the law enforcement processing through the off-site law enforcement information management platform of rear end, also will detect suspicious overrun vehicle's violation information and remind the vehicle in the front in time to handle through variable electronic information issuing board, the output of manpower and materials has been reduced like this, and increased the early warning and remind the function, can be directed against all vehicles of passing.

1. An off-site enforcement overrun detection system, comprising: the system comprises a front-end vehicle information acquisition module and a rear-end off-site law enforcement information management platform; wherein,
the front-end vehicle information acquisition module is used for automatically acquiring relevant information of a vehicle in high-speed running, detecting suspicious vehicle information exceeding the limit, and reminding the corresponding vehicle to move on a specified lane through a variable electronic information publishing board to receive a check through the detected suspicious vehicle information exceeding the limit;
and the rear-end off-site law enforcement information management platform is used for counting and managing the related information acquired by the front-end vehicle information acquisition module and providing the suspicious vehicle information exceeding the limit for law enforcement personnel to perform traffic law enforcement treatment.
2. The off-site enforcement overrun detection system of claim 1, wherein the front end vehicle information collection module comprises a high speed dynamic weighing cell located in a main line of traffic;
the high-speed dynamic weighing unit is used for automatically acquiring the load information of the vehicle running at a high speed, comparing the acquired load information with a first set limit value and selecting the vehicle choose with the over-limit vehicle weight.

The off-site law enforcement overrun detection system of claim 2, wherein the high speed dynamic weighing unit comprises a quartz piezoelectric weighing sensor and a ground sensing coil embedded in a road surface, a data collector connected with the quartz piezoelectric weighing sensor, a vehicle detector connected with the ground sensing coil, and a weighing controller connected with the data collector and the vehicle detector.
4. The offsite law enforcement overrun detection system of claim 3 wherein the front end vehicle information collection module further comprises a length, width and height measurement unit mounted overhead above the driveway using a gantry;
the length, width and height measuring unit is used for automatically acquiring the length, width and height information of the vehicle in high-speed running, comparing the acquired length, width and height information with a second set limit value, and selecting the vehicle choose with the length, width and height exceeding the limit value.

The off-site enforcement overrun detection system of claim 4, wherein the length, width and height measurement unit comprises a width and height signal collector, a vehicle length signal collector, and a processor connected to the width and height signal collector and the vehicle length signal collector.
6. The off-site law enforcement overrun detection system of claim 5 wherein the front end vehicle information collection module further comprises a license plate recognition unit;
the license plate recognition unit is used for carrying out snapshot and dynamic license plate recognition on a vehicle running at a high speed by adopting a license plate all-in-one machine and automatically uploading; the license plate all-in-one machine is respectively arranged at the vehicle head, the vehicle tail and the vehicle body in three different directions.
7. The off-site law enforcement overrun detection system of claim 6 wherein the front end vehicle information collection module further comprises a video monitoring unit;
and the video monitoring unit is used for monitoring and automatically uploading the high-speed pavement in all weather by adopting a fixed camera and a spherical rotary camera.
8. The off-site law enforcement overrun detection system of claim 7, wherein the variable electronic information issue board is mounted on one side of the road surface at a set distance from the high speed dynamic weighing unit;
the variable electronic information publishing board comprises an LED display screen, a control box, an F-shaped frame, an electric appliance protection device and a lightning protection device, and is specifically used for publishing the suspicious vehicle information bulletin and automatically indicating the corresponding vehicle to drive to a front detection station for fine detection or reinspection.
