本发明涉及一种定向反光涂料工艺,它是将玻璃珠(微珠)镀上放光镀层,再讲其粘植于固体表面上,然后擦、拋去顶面镀层,便得到较好的定向放涂层。本发明可广泛地用于交通安全的路标,航标和信号标志,也可用于固体表面装饰和印刷各图案、文字的反光涂层。

Description

一种定向反光涂料工艺
本发明涉及一种凡是在白天、黑夜需要反光的固体表面涂敷定向反光涂料的工艺。
公知的技术是将玻璃珠(微珠)植于镀铝膜上,然后用树脂封其表面;另一种是在透明膜(包括色彩膜)上植珠,然后真空镀铝上胶封其表面;还有一种方法是用铝,银粉与料合剂混合后涂于固体表面。然后再植珠。以上方法都不同程度地存在着缺点,归纳以下几个方面:
(1)玻璃珠(微珠)受铝,银粉及粘合剂的影响,折射率(反光率)和透明度降低,反光效果差。
(2)树脂表面硬度低,易磨损。
(3)颜色易在紫外线照射下褪色。
(4)树脂容易贷静电,自结力不强。
(5)反光层在圆珠体和多角体表面粘结十分困难。
(6)细微团、文字无法雕刻。
本发明的目的是为了克服以上不足。采用新的工艺,在任意形状的固体表面上植珠,可得到所需形状的定向反光物体,具有较好的反光效果和耐磨、耐压、抗腐蚀性能,自结力强、硬度高、色挥长期不退。
本发明是这样实现的,将无色或有色玻璃珠(微珠)用常规的化学镀、真空镀等方法把反光材料镀其表面,制成内反光玻璃珠(微珠)所选用镀层的反光材料有金、银、铝、铜、铬和合金反光材料,用高强度粘合剂(包括有机和无机粘合剂)涂、喷和刷在固体表面,固体表面可是任意形状的。其涂敷厚度是根据所植玻璃珠(微珠)直径大小来决定的,一般不得小于直径的1/2和大于4/5;在粘合剂未固化前即将内反光玻璃珠(微珠)植其表面,待粘合剂固化后,对粘结的玻璃珠(微珠)表面进行擦洗或抛光,去掉表面镀层,便完成整个工艺。
实施本发明实例是将玻璃珠(无色)度硝酸银层,用还痒树脂途于带有立体号码的硬质塑料膜上,其厚度为玻璃珠直径的3/4.把镀好的内反光玻璃珠微珠均匀的植在树脂表面,固化后进行擦洗,便得到了较好的定向放光涂层。
本发明的工艺适用于道路的路面划线(反光涂线),固体表面的装饰以及车、船、航标、路标和信号的反光标志的涂敷。同事,也可用于印刷业,印出细小的图案和文字,能套色制作精美的图案和混合色。

Claims (6)

1.一种定向反光涂料,其特征在于:用常规的化学镀和真空镀方法将玻璃珠(微珠)镀上一层反光层,再讲粘合剂通过涂、喷和刷的方法均匀的涂敷在固体表面上,把镀有反光镀层的玻璃珠(微珠)均匀的植在粘合剂上,然后用擦洗或抛光的方法吧粘合剂外的玻璃珠(微珠)镀层去掉。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于涂敷在固体表面的粘合剂厚度大于玻璃珠(微珠)的至今的1/2,小于其直径的4/5。
3.如权利要求1和2所述的工艺,其特征在于所述的粘合剂包括有机粘合剂和无机粘合剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的工艺,其特征在于所述的玻璃珠(微珠)采用无色和有色的。
5.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于所述的反光镀层选用材料包括金、银、铝、铜、铬和合金反光材料。
6.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于固体表面可是任意形状的表面。
