Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of tire auxiliary agents, and particularly relates to a white tire side protection solution for a tire, which is prepared from 10-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of super-disperse color paste, 1-5 parts of a bactericide, 2-5 parts of a surfactant, 6-10 parts of a humectant and 55-80 parts of deionized water. The invention also relates to a preparation method of the white tire side protection liquid, which comprises the steps of sequentially adding the raw materials into a stirring kettle, mixing and stirring to obtain the white tire side protection liquid. The invention can form a layer of compact protective film on the surface of the tire, and reduce the pollution to white areas in the processing and transportation processes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tire additives, and particularly relates to a white tire side protective liquid for a tire and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the tire production process, some customers require the tire side to be white for aesthetic purposes. When the tire is manufactured, the white sidewall needs to be protected because the white color is highly susceptible to contamination during storage and transportation. It is common practice to wrap the entire tire with a tight white plastic. This is time consuming and laborious and also results in white plastic waste.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at various defects in the prior art, the inventor researches and designs the white tire side protective liquid for the tire and the preparation method thereof in long-term practice, and the white tire side protective liquid is green, environment-friendly and convenient to use.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the white tire side protection liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of super-dispersion color paste, 1-5 parts of bactericide, 2-5 parts of surfactant, 6-10 parts of humectant and 55-80 parts of deionized water.
Further, the super-dispersion color paste is super-dispersion phthalocyanine blue color paste.
Further, the bactericide is a quaternary ammonium salt bactericide.
Further, the surfactant is sodium lauryl sulfate.
Further, the humectant is glycerol.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the white tire side protective liquid, which comprises the following steps:
s1, adding polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water which is required to be 1/3 into a clean stirring kettle, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring until no gel particles exist to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, sequentially adding a required additional 1/3 of deionized water, bactericide and surfactant into the mixed solution A, and stirring to obtain mixed solution B;
s3, adding the humectant and the super-dispersion color paste into the mixed solution B, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding the residual 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and continuously stirring for 60-90 minutes to obtain the white tire side protection solution.
Further, in the step S1, the stirring speed is 60-70 rpm, and the stirring time is 60-120 min.
Further, in the step S2, the stirring speed is 60-70 rpm, and the stirring time is 10-15 min.
Further, the method comprises a step S4 of discharging the obtained white tire side wall protective solution through an 80-mesh screen, testing the PH, the viscosity and the solid content, and finally packaging and warehousing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the protective solution is designed for protecting the side surface of a white tire, and can form a layer of compact protective film on the surface of the tire to reduce the pollution to the white part in the processes of processing, transportation and the like; moreover, the protective film formed by the product has good water solubility, can be cleaned by water and has no residue.

Example 1:
the white tire side protection liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1 part of super-dispersion color paste, 1 part of bactericide, 2 parts of surfactant, 6 parts of humectant and 80 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the white tire side protective liquid comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials according to a formula:
s1, adding polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water which is required to be 1/3 into a clean stirring kettle, stirring at the stirring speed of 60 revolutions/minute, simultaneously heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for 60min until no gel particles exist, thereby obtaining a mixed solution A.
S2, sequentially adding 1/3 of deionized water, bactericide and surfactant into the mixed solution A, and stirring at the stirring speed of 60 rpm for 10min to obtain mixed solution B.
S3, adding the humectant and the super-dispersion color paste into the mixed solution B, stirring for 10 minutes, adding the residual 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and continuously stirring for 60 minutes to obtain the white tire side protection solution.
Example 2:
the white tire side protection liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5 parts of super-dispersion color paste, 5 parts of bactericide, 5 parts of surfactant, 10 parts of humectant and 55 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the white tire side protective liquid comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials according to a formula:
s1, adding polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water which is required to be 1/3 into a clean stirring kettle, stirring at the stirring speed of 70 r/m, simultaneously heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for 120min until no gel particles exist, thereby obtaining a mixed solution A.
S2, sequentially adding 1/3 of deionized water, bactericide and surfactant into the mixed solution A, and stirring at a stirring speed of 70 rpm for 15min to obtain mixed solution B.
S3, adding the humectant and the super-dispersion color paste into the mixed solution B, stirring for 20 minutes, adding the residual 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and continuously stirring for 90 minutes to obtain the white tire side protection solution.
Example 3:
the white tire side protection liquid is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 2 parts of super-dispersion color paste, 3 parts of bactericide, 3 parts of surfactant, 8 parts of humectant and 69 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the white tire side protective liquid comprises the following steps of preparing raw materials according to a formula:
s1, adding polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water which is required to be 1/3 into a clean stirring kettle, stirring at the stirring speed of 65 revolutions per minute, simultaneously heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for 90min until no gel particles exist, thereby obtaining a mixed solution A.
S2, sequentially adding 1/3 of deionized water, bactericide and surfactant into the mixed solution A, and stirring at the stirring speed of 65 rpm for 12min to obtain mixed solution B.
S3, adding the humectant and the super-dispersion color paste into the mixed solution B, stirring for 15 minutes, adding the residual 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and continuously stirring for 80 minutes to obtain the white tire side protection solution.
The tire white sidewall protection solution prepared according to the above examples 1-3 is discharged through a 80-mesh net, tested for pH, viscosity and solid content, and finally packaged and stored.
The invention discloses a using method of a white tire side protection liquid, which comprises the following steps: the product can be sprayed or dipped by a soft brush to be evenly coated on the white tire side part of a clean tire, special attention is needed when the product is used, and the product can be used only by evenly stirring. After painting, the paint needs to be dried for about 15 minutes in an environment with the temperature of 25 ℃ and the air humidity of 60 percent. The drying time is appropriately increased or decreased depending on other temperature and humidity conditions.
The white tire side wall protective liquid is easy to dissolve in water before and after drying, and can be directly washed or wiped by water when in need of cleaning.

Claims (9)
1. The white tire side protection liquid is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of super-dispersion color paste, 1-5 parts of bactericide, 2-5 parts of surfactant, 6-10 parts of humectant and 55-80 parts of deionized water.
2. The tire white sidewall protection solution of claim 1, wherein the super-dispersed color paste is a super-dispersed phthalocyanine blue color paste.
3. The white tire side wall protective solution for the tire as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bactericide is a quaternary ammonium salt bactericide.
4. The white tire side protective solution of claim 1, wherein the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate.
5. The white tire side wall protective solution as claimed in claim 1, wherein the humectant is glycerol.
6. The preparation method of the white tire side protective liquid for the tire is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, adding polyvinyl alcohol and deionized water which is required to be 1/3 into a clean stirring kettle, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring until no gel particles exist to obtain a mixed solution A;
s2, sequentially adding a required additional 1/3 of deionized water, bactericide and surfactant into the mixed solution A, and stirring to obtain mixed solution B;
s3, adding the humectant and the super-dispersion color paste into the mixed solution B, stirring for 10-20 minutes, adding the residual 1/3 deionized water into the kettle, and continuously stirring for 60-90 minutes to obtain the white tire side protection solution.
7. The method for preparing the tire white sidewall protection solution according to the claim 6, wherein the stirring speed in the step S1 is 60-70 r/min, and the stirring time is 60-120 min.
8. The preparation method of the tire white sidewall protection solution according to claim 6, wherein in the step S2, the stirring speed is 60-70 rpm, and the stirring time is 10-15 min.
9. The preparation method of the tire white sidewall protection solution according to claim 6, further comprising a step S4, wherein the obtained tire white sidewall protection solution is discharged through an 80-mesh screen, tested for pH, viscosity and solid content, and finally packaged and warehoused.
