The invention discloses an imitation basalt glaze and a preparation method thereof, wherein glaze used for the imitation basalt glaze comprises overglaze and ground glaze; the ground glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: potassium feldspar: 12 parts of (1); aluminum powder: 2 parts of (1); the blank mud comprises the following steps: 85 parts of a mixture; black pigment: 7 parts; iron oxide red: 3.2 parts of a mixture; the overglaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: potassium feldspar: 20 parts of (1); quartz: 8 parts of a mixture; albite: 20 parts of (1); barium carbonate: 4 parts of a mixture; calcite: 10 parts of (A); spodumene: 5 parts of a mixture; aluminum powder: 9 parts of (1); zinc oxide: 4 parts of a mixture; dolomite: 5 parts of a mixture; boundary plate mud: 4 parts of a mixture; guizhou soil: 3 parts of a mixture; high boron frit: 11 parts. The method adopts a volatile matter brewing mechanism added in the ground glaze, adds a large amount of volatile materials to form basalt type brewing in a high-temperature state, simultaneously keeps the high viscosity of molten liquid by the surface glaze, and rapidly enters a quenching state to be solidified in the reaction process, so that the basalt effect is formed.

Background
At present, the conventional imitation basalt effect is to decorate on an imitation blank, but the blank is separately processed, the material cost of waste of the blank is high, and the large-scale production is not facilitated; in addition, the existing glaze has single decorative effect.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide an imitation basalt glaze, which adopts a mechanism of adding volatile substances into a ground glaze to brew, adds a large amount of volatile materials to form basalt type brewing in a high-temperature state, simultaneously keeps high viscosity of molten liquid by a cover glaze, and rapidly enters a quenching state to be solidified in a reaction process to form a basalt effect.

guizhou soil: 3 parts of a mixture;
high boron frit: 11 parts.
Further, the blank mud comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
SiO2:68.04%;Al2O3:20.42%;Fe2O3:1.31%;TiO2:0.18%;CaO:0.2%;MgO:0.26%;K2O:1.33%;Na2o: 2.39 percent; ignition decrement: 5.87 percent.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the imitation basalt glaze, which comprises the following steps:
respectively preparing a ground glaze slurry and a surface glaze slurry;
the preparation processes of the ground glaze slurry and the surface glaze slurry are respectively as follows: preparing the components according to the mass parts of the components; ball milling is carried out after material preparation; sieving the ball-milled material; sieving the materials to prepare glaze slurry;
taking a clean blank, applying a base glaze on the blank by adopting base glaze slurry, and then applying a surface glaze on the blank by using surface glaze slurry;
and firing the glazed blank in a kiln at 1215 ℃, wherein the heat preservation time is required to be more than 20 minutes in the firing process.
After the technical scheme is adopted, a volatile matter brewing mechanism is added in the ground glaze, a large amount of volatile materials are added, basalt type brewing is formed in a high-temperature state, meanwhile, the overglaze keeps high viscosity of molten liquid, and the overglaze is rapidly quenched in the reaction process and enters a rapid cooling state for solidification, so that a basalt effect is formed.

The preparation method of the imitation basalt glaze comprises the following steps:
