本发明属于日用品制备技术领域,尤其是一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法;(1)牛毛预处理:取牛毛清洗、干燥后粉碎得牛毛粉;向牛毛粉中加入乙醇溶液搅拌制成湿牛毛粉;再将湿牛毛粉放入低温环境冷藏,冷藏后采用水蒸汽处理,制得预处理牛毛粉;(2)软化处理:将预处理牛毛放入植物提取液中浸泡处理,滤过,冲洗,得软化牛毛粉;(3)角蛋白提取:将软化牛毛粉与中草药粉混合后,加入碱性性溶液加热提取,过滤,将滤液离心后透析,得角蛋白提取液;(4)护发素制备。本发明制备的护发素,温和无刺激,易被头皮吸收,可修复受损毛鳞片,解决头发干枯、无光泽问题,并可补充头发所需营养,促进头发生长,同时具有保湿滋润、滋养头皮的功效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日用品制备技术领域,尤其是一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法。
背景技术
随着人们追求时尚美的热潮,越来越多的人尝试烫发、染发,这导致了头发受到了严重的化学损伤,与此同时,环境污染、紫外线的高强度辐射以及与日俱增的工作压力、生活压力、使不少人的头发出现干枯、变黄、开叉甚至脱落等烦恼。为了改善头发的损伤问题,使用护发素已经是全球的共识,发达国家大概有80%的消费者长期使用各类护发素。随着我国消费者的健康的护理意识逐渐增强,在我国使用护发素的消费者数量也在逐年上升。护发素能在头发上形成一层光滑的保护膜,有效防止水分的散失,降低太阳的紫外线,减少空气中的氧分子对头发的直接伤害,可令秀发柔顺、滋润、有光泽并且易梳理。
目前,护发素是通过硅油、阳离子调理剂、阳离子聚合物通过在头发表层的吸附形成保护膜,而在二次洗发过程中又会被洗掉,每一次护发过程都只是通过物理隔离来进行改善头发表面状态,没有真正的深入头发内部进行修复。人的头发主要由角质蛋白分子组成的角质纤维通过螺旋式的组合相互缠绕而成;因此,以角蛋白为原料来制备高效修复的护发素便成为相关科研人员的研究热点。
牛毛是畜牧加工业的主要副产品,我国年产生量约70余万吨。例如,目前制革工业中广泛采用的保毛脱毛技术,即会产生大量的废弃牛毛。牛毛因纤维短、颜色深,大部分作为废物丢弃而难以回收利用。但牛毛中的蛋白质含量高达85%以上,是一种优良的可再生蛋白质资源,其组成中富含多种活性氨基酸及亲水性官能团。通过利用牛毛开发高效修复、抗紫外线的护发素不仅能丰富人们对毛蛋白加工利用基础理论及其科学问题的认识,也能带来巨大的社会效益和经济效益。
申请号为CN201510864678.9的专利公开了一种牛毛水解护发素的制备方法,包括以下步骤:取10-12份牛毛洗净干燥后粉碎,倒入反应器中,加入2-3份盐酸溶液和2-3份乙酸溶液,浸泡10min;加热至60℃,保温搅拌50min,再加热至100℃,保温搅拌1.5h,再加热至120℃,保温搅拌24h;静置至室温,过滤得滤液,加热蒸发酸液,得牛毛水解液备用;在反应釜中加入4-6份十八醇、4-6份凡士林、2-3份水溶性硅油,加热至50℃并搅拌均匀;加入1-2份单硬脂酸甘油酯、2-3份十八烷基三甲基氯化铵、6-8份丙三醇和50-60份清水,加热至75℃并搅拌均匀;冷却至室温,加入牛毛水解液和少量香精,搅拌均匀即可。该方法公开的方法不能去除牛毛中的异味,牛毛中角蛋白的提取利用率较低,且制备的护发素仍然添加了大部分化学物质,长久使用难免会对透皮产生损害。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法及其护发素,具体是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛毛预处理:取牛毛清洗、干燥后粉碎制60-80目,得牛毛粉;向牛毛粉中加入其质量10-15%的乙醇溶液搅拌制成湿牛毛粉;再将湿牛毛粉放入低温环境冷藏,冷藏后采用高温水蒸汽处理40-50min,制得预处理牛毛粉;
(2)软化处理:将预处理牛毛粉放入其质量3-4倍的植物提取液中在25-30℃下浸泡处理25-30min,滤过,并用清水冲洗滤渣2-3次,制得软化牛毛粉;
(3)角蛋白提取:向软化牛毛粉与中草药粉混合成混合物,向混合物中加入其质量10-15倍的碱性溶液混合,加热至50-60℃搅拌提取10-15min,再降温至30-40℃搅拌保温提取8-10h,过滤,将滤液在10000-12000rpm转速下离心12-15min,获得离心液;将离心液用截留分子量为10000Da的透析袋在纯水中透析35-40h,制得角蛋白提取液;
(4)护发素制备:取角蛋白提取液、海藻糖、山茶油、豆甾醇与水混合,加入到乳化锅中搅拌加热至60-70℃保温20-30min制得乳化组分;再将乳化组分与精油加到均质器内,并在800-1000rpm下均质6-8min。
优选地,所述步骤(1),冷藏是在-20℃~-30℃下冷藏12-15h。
优选地,所述高温水蒸汽是指温度为120-150℃的水蒸汽。
优选地,所述乙醇溶液中含有50-60%(v/v)乙醇、20-30%(v/v)醋酸,其余为水。
优选地,所述植物提取液由如下方法组成:按1:1:3-4的质量比取柳树叶、猕猴桃皮、柠檬皮混合粉碎后,加入其质量8倍的60%乙醇以30kHz超声波提取15min,滤过,减压回收滤液中的乙醇后,加水稀释10-15倍,即得植物提取液。
优选地,所述步骤(3),中草药粉按重量份计由3-4份胡麻仁、6-8份柴胡、1-2份防风、3-4份板蓝根、6-8份薄荷、4-6份艾叶、4-6份沸石混合粉碎至100-120目制成;牛毛粉与中草药的质量比2-3:1。
优选地,所述步骤(3),所述碱性溶液中含有如下组分:0.5-1w%氢氧化钠、0.2-0.4w%硫酸钠、3-4w%甜菜碱,其余为水。
优选地,所述步骤(4),乳化组分按重量份计由15-20份角蛋白提取液、30-40份海藻糖、4-5份山茶油、0.3-0.4份豆甾醇、8-10份水制成。
优选地,所述步骤(4),精油为薄荷精油、菊花精油、薰衣草精油的一种或多种,乳化组分与植物精油的质量比为8-10:1。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明将乙醇溶液与牛毛粉混合冷藏后再采用高温水蒸汽处理,能有效破坏牛毛粉中角蛋白分子的结构,使其变得疏松,有益于后续提取过程中角蛋白分子的溶出;而且高温蒸汽处理过程中,乙醇溶液挥发,还能去除牛毛粉中的油脂及异味。采用柳树叶、猕猴桃皮、柠檬皮制成的植物提取液对预处理牛毛粉进行处理,植物提取液中水杨酸等有机酸,能溶解去除牛毛粉中的可溶性杂质,进一步使牛毛粉中角蛋白的结构变得疏松。采用软化牛毛粉与中草药粉进行混合提取,中草药粉中富含大量矿物质元素,在提取过程中软牛毛粉中溶出的部分游离氨基酸能与中草药粉中溶出的矿物质元素元素螯合生成氨基酸螯合物,氨基酸螯合物易于被头皮吸收,提高头皮的免疫能力,促进损伤头发的修复;混合提取也有益于角蛋白分子、中草药中有效成分之间的分散、融合,而且中草药粉末能吸附去除牛毛粉提取过程中生产的异味物质。将角蛋白提取液与角蛋白提取液、海藻糖、山茶油、豆甾醇、植物精油混合制成的护发素,天然温和,安全无刺激,性能稳定,易被头皮吸收,可修复受损毛鳞片,解决头发干枯、无光泽问题,并可补充头发所需营养,促进头发生长,同时具有保湿滋润、舒缓头皮、滋养头皮的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
实施例1
一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛毛预处理:取牛毛清洗、干燥后粉碎制60-80目,得牛毛粉;向牛毛粉中加入其质量10%的乙醇溶液搅拌制成湿牛毛粉;再将湿牛毛粉在-20℃下冷藏15h,冷藏后采用120℃的水蒸汽处理50min,制得预处理牛毛粉;
(2)软化处理:将预处理牛毛粉放入其质量3倍的植物提取液中在25℃下浸泡处理30min,滤过,并用清水冲洗滤渣2次,制得软化牛毛粉;
(3)角蛋白提取:向软化牛毛粉与中草药粉混合成混合物,向混合物中加入其质量10倍的碱性溶液混合,加热至50-60℃搅拌提取10min,再降温至30-40℃搅拌保温提取8h,过滤,将滤液在10000rpm转速下离心15min,获得离心液;将离心液用截留分子量为10000Da的透析袋在纯水中透析35h,制得角蛋白提取液;
(4)护发素制备:取角蛋白提取液、海藻糖、山茶油、豆甾醇与水混合,加入到乳化锅中搅拌加热至60-70℃保温20min制得乳化组分;再将乳化组分与精油加到均质器内,并在800rpm下均质8min。
所述乙醇溶液中含有50%(v/v)乙醇、20%(v/v)醋酸,其余为水。
所述植物提取液由如下方法组成:按1:1:3的质量比取柳树叶、猕猴桃皮、柠檬皮混合粉碎后,加入其质量8倍的60%乙醇以30kHz超声波提取15min,滤过,减压回收滤液中的乙醇后,加水稀释10倍,即得植物提取液。

所述步骤(3),所述碱性溶液中含有如下组分:0.5w%氢氧化钠、0.2w%硫酸钠、3w%甜菜碱,其余为水。
所述步骤(4),乳化组分按重量份计由15kg角蛋白提取液、30kg海藻糖、4kg山茶油、0.3kg豆甾醇、8kg水制成。
所述步骤(4),精油为薄荷精油,乳化组分与植物精油的质量比为8:1。
实施例2
一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛毛预处理:取牛毛清洗、干燥后粉碎制60-80目,得牛毛粉;向牛毛粉中加入其质量12%的乙醇溶液搅拌制成湿牛毛粉;再将湿牛毛粉在-25℃下冷藏13h,冷藏后采用135℃的水蒸汽处理42min,制得预处理牛毛粉;
(2)软化处理:将预处理牛毛粉放入其质量3倍的植物提取液中在28℃下浸泡处理28min,滤过,并用清水冲洗滤渣2次,制得软化牛毛粉;
(3)角蛋白提取:向软化牛毛粉与中草药粉混合成混合物,向混合物中加入其质量12倍的碱性溶液混合,加热至50-60℃搅拌提取12min,再降温至30-40℃搅拌保温提取8h,过滤,将滤液在10000rpm转速下离心14min,获得离心液;将离心液用截留分子量为10000Da的透析袋在纯水中透析36h,制得角蛋白提取液;
(4)护发素制备:取角蛋白提取液、海藻糖、山茶油、豆甾醇与水混合,加入到乳化锅中搅拌加热至60-70℃保温26min制得乳化组分;再将乳化组分与精油加到均质器内,并在800rpm下均质8min。
所述乙醇溶液中含有52%(v/v)乙醇、24%(v/v)醋酸,其余为水。
所述植物提取液由如下方法组成:按1:1:3的质量比取柳树叶、猕猴桃皮、柠檬皮混合粉碎后,加入其质量8倍的60%乙醇以30kHz超声波提取15min,滤过,减压回收滤液中的乙醇后,加水稀释12倍,即得植物提取液。
所述步骤(3),中草药粉按重量份计由3kg胡麻仁、6.5kg柴胡、1.2kg防风、3.2kg板蓝根、7kg薄荷、5kg艾叶、5kg沸石混合粉碎至100-120目制成;牛毛粉与中草药的质量比2:1。
所述步骤(3),所述碱性溶液中含有如下组分:0.6w%氢氧化钠、0.3w%硫酸钠、3.5w%甜菜碱,其余为水。
所述步骤(4),乳化组分按重量份计由16kg角蛋白提取液、35kg海藻糖、4.5kg山茶油、0.35kg豆甾醇、9kg水制成。
所述步骤(4),植物精油为菊花精油,乳化组分与植物精油的质量比为10:1。
实施例3
一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛毛预处理:取牛毛清洗、干燥后粉碎制60-80目,得牛毛粉;向牛毛粉中加入其质量15%的乙醇溶液搅拌制成湿牛毛粉;再将湿牛毛粉在-30℃下冷藏12h,冷藏后采用150℃的水蒸汽处理40min,制得预处理牛毛粉;
(2)软化处理:将预处理牛毛粉放入其质量3-4倍的植物提取液中在30℃下浸泡处理25min,滤过,并用清水冲洗滤渣2-3次,制得软化牛毛粉;
(3)角蛋白提取:向软化牛毛粉与中草药粉混合成混合物,向混合物中加入其质量15倍的碱性溶液混合,加热至50-60℃搅拌提取15min,再降温至30-40℃搅拌保温提取10h,过滤,将滤液在12000rpm转速下离心12min,获得离心液;将离心液用截留分子量为10000Da的透析袋在纯水中透析40h,制得角蛋白提取液;
(4)护发素制备:取角蛋白提取液、海藻糖、山茶油、豆甾醇与水混合,加入到乳化锅中搅拌加热至60-70℃保温30min制得乳化组分;再将乳化组分与精油加到均质器内,并在1000rpm下均质6min。
所述乙醇溶液中含有60%(v/v)乙醇、30%(v/v)醋酸,其余为水。
所述植物提取液由如下方法组成:按1:1:4的质量比取柳树叶、猕猴桃皮、柠檬皮混合粉碎后,加入其质量8倍的60%乙醇以30kHz超声波提取15min,滤过,减压回收滤液中的乙醇后,加水稀释15倍,即得植物提取液。
所述步骤(3),中草药粉按重量份计由4kg胡麻仁、8kg柴胡、2kg防风、4kg板蓝根、8kg薄荷、6kg艾叶、6kg沸石混合粉碎至100-120目制成;牛毛粉与中草药的质量比3:1。
所述步骤(3),所述碱性溶液中含有如下组分:1w%氢氧化钠、0.4w%硫酸钠、4w%甜菜碱,其余为水。
所述步骤(4),乳化组分按重量份计由20kg角蛋白提取液、40kg海藻糖、5kg山茶油、0.4kg豆甾醇、10kg水制成。
所述步骤(4),精油为菊花精油、薰衣草精油的混合物,乳化组分与精油的质量比为10:1。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的区别在于提取过程中没有加入中草药粉末。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于没有预处理过程,而是将牛毛清洗、干燥粉碎制60-80目后直接进行软化处理。
实验例1
将实施例1-3及对比例1-2制得的护发素进行修复效果验证,具体实验步骤如下:
(1)取长度为10cm的头发,毎10根为一组,共9组。将选好的各组头发分别用质量浓度3%的十二烷基硫酸钠溶液2g洗浄,并对各组头发进行机械搓揉5分钟,然后在显微镜下观察各组头发表面毛鳞片细胞结构破坏状况并计数、标记。
(2)将上述各组头发分别浸泡于实施例1-3及对比例1-2制得的护发素中,并不断搅动,分别在10分钟、20分钟、30分钟后取出,用清水冲洗3次,每次1分钟,然后自然晾干。
(3)将晾干后的各组头发分别在显微镜下观察,计数步骤(1)中标记处头发表面受损毛鳞片细胞结构修复状况并计算修复率:
修复率=修复毛鳞片细胞总数/受损毛鳞片细胞总数×100%
具体头发表面受损毛鳞片细胞结构修复结果(表中百分数为修复率)见表1:

Claims (9)
1.一种利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)牛毛预处理:取牛毛清洗、干燥后粉碎制60-80目,得牛毛粉;向牛毛粉中加入其质量10-15%的乙醇溶液搅拌制成湿牛毛粉;再将湿牛毛粉放入低温环境冷藏,冷藏后采用高温水蒸汽处理40-50min,制得预处理牛毛粉;
(2)软化处理:将预处理过的牛毛放入其质量3-4倍的植物提取液中在25-30℃下浸泡处理25-30min,滤过,并用清水冲洗滤渣2-3次,制得软化牛毛粉;
(3)角蛋白提取:向软化牛毛粉与中草药粉混合成混合物,向混合物中加入其质量10-15倍的碱性性溶液混合,加热至50-60℃搅拌提取10-15min,再降温至30-40℃搅拌保温提取8-10h,过滤,将滤液在10000-12000rpm转速下离心12-15min,获得离心液;将离心液用截留分子量为10000Da的透析袋在纯水中透析35-40h,制得角蛋白提取液;
(4)护发素制备:取角蛋白提取液、海藻糖、山茶油、豆甾醇与水混合,加入到乳化锅中搅拌加热至60-70℃保温20-30min制得乳化组分;再将乳化组分与精油加到均质器内,并在800-1000rpm下均质6-8min。
2.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1),冷藏是在-20℃~-30℃下冷藏12-15h。
3.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述高温水蒸汽是指温度为120-150℃的水蒸汽。
4.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述乙醇溶液中含有50-60%(v/v)乙醇、20-30%(v/v)醋酸,其余为水。
5.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述植物提取液由如下方法组成:按1:1:3-4的质量比取柳树叶、猕猴桃皮、柠檬皮混合粉碎后,加入其质量8倍的60%乙醇以30kHz超声波提取15min,滤过,减压回收滤液中的乙醇后,加水稀释10-15倍,即得植物提取液。
6.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3),中草药粉按重量份计由3-4份胡麻仁、6-8份柴胡、1-2份防风、3-4份板蓝根、6-8份薄荷、4-6份艾叶、4-6份沸石混合粉碎至100-120目制成;牛毛粉与中草药的质量比2-3:1。
7.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3),所述碱性溶液中含有如下组分:0.5-1w%氢氧化钠、0.2-0.4w%硫酸钠、3-4w%甜菜碱,其余为水。
8.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4),乳化组分按重量份计由15-20份角蛋白提取液、30-40份海藻糖、4-5份山茶油、0.3-0.4份豆甾醇、8-10份水制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的利用牛毛制备护发素的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4),精油为薄荷精油、菊花精油、薰衣草精油的一种或多种,乳化组分与植物精油的质量比为8-10:1。
