the stirring mechanism comprises a screw rod (3), a ball screw bearing (19), a transmission rod (20), a stirring rod (21) and at least two mixed flow plates (22), the screw rod (3) is parallel to a water pipe (18), mounting bearings are arranged at two ends of the screw rod (3), the two ends are connected with the inner wall of a water tank (4) through the mounting bearings, the ball screw bearing (19) is mounted on the screw rod (3), one ends of two lifting rods (9) far away from a filter screen (8) are connected with the ball screw bearing (19) through the transmission rod (20), the stirring rod (21) is perpendicular to the screw rod (3), the middle part of the stirring rod (21) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the screw rod (3), the mixed flow plates (22) are arranged on one side of the stirring rod (21) close to the water pipe (18), and the mixed flow plates (22) are parallel to the screw rod (3), the included angle between the plane of each mixed flow plate (22) and the stirring rod (21) is an acute angle.
