Abstract
The invention discloses a double high-pressure rotary spraying stirring drill bit and a construction method thereof, wherein the double high-pressure rotary spraying stirring drill bit comprises a drill bit and a drill rod provided with stirring blades, a normal-pressure grouting pipe is arranged in the drill rod, a high-pressure grouting pipe and a high-pressure water injection pipe which are arranged in a delta shape with the normal-pressure grouting pipe are arranged in the drill rod, a high-pressure spraying port of the high-pressure grouting pipe and a high-pressure water spraying port of the high-pressure water injection pipe are arranged below the stirring blades close to the drill bit, and the high-pressure water spraying port is arranged above the high-pressure; the normal pressure nozzle of the normal pressure grouting pipe is arranged at the joint of the drill bit and the drill rod and performs rotary spraying, stirring and cutting on the soil body together with the high pressure grout spraying port and the high pressure water spraying port. The stirring drill bit or the rotary spraying drill bit in the prior art has poor soil body cutting capability, the effective pile forming diameter is small, the rotary stirring drill bit or the rotary spraying drill bit cannot be used for rotary stirring pile construction with an oversized diameter, and particularly, the application of deep and large foundation pit supporting and reinforcing structures is limited, the construction speed is low, the construction period is long, and the engineering cost is high.

A construction method of a double high-pressure rotary jet stirring drill bit is implemented according to the following steps:
the stirring drill bit is used for stirring and sinking to a designed elevation, soil around the drill bit is subjected to primary stirring and cutting, a high-pressure water injection pump is started to spray high-pressure water from a high-pressure water spray nozzle to secondarily cut the soil, a high-pressure grouting pump is started to spray high-pressure slurry from a high-pressure slurry spray nozzle to cut the soil for three times, and finally the soil is combined with the inner core stirring pile to form the large-diameter rotary spraying stirring cement soil pile.
Compared with the prior art, the rotary jet stirring pile has the advantages of simple structure, large cutting capacity on soil, large pile forming diameter and high rotary jet stirring efficiency, particularly meets the requirements of a deep foundation pit on an oversized-diameter rotary stirring support pile and a reinforcing pile, has good pile forming quality, high construction speed and short construction period, further reduces engineering cost and improves economic benefits of enterprises.
