A method for extracting polyphenols from pomegranate rind is characterized by comprising the following steps: using water as a solvent, extracting by microwave to obtain a crude extract of pomegranate peel polyphenol, separating by macroporous resin, concentrating under reduced pressure, and freeze-drying in vacuum to obtain the pomegranate peel polyphenol.
2. The method for extracting polyphenols from pomegranate rind according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
A. crushing pomegranate rind;
B. extraction: extracting with water by microwave, and drying the extractive solution to obtain pericarpium Granati polyphenol crude extract;
wherein, the microwave extraction conditions are as follows: extracting at 60-95 deg.C for 60-180S at a liquid-to-material ratio of 15:1-40: 1;
C. and (3) purification: adding water into the crude extract of pericarpium Granati polyphenol to obtain 4-12mg/mL solution, and passing through D101, D140 or AB-8 macroporous resin at a speed of 0.5-5.5 BV/h; washing with water with the use amount of more than 5 BV; eluting with ethanol with the dosage of 1-6.5BV and the concentration of more than 60% v/v; collecting the eluent, and drying to obtain pomegranate peel polyphenol.

The method for extracting polyphenols from pomegranate rind according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the preferable microwave extraction conditions in the step B are as follows: the temperature is 75 ℃, the liquid-material ratio is 30:1, and the extraction time is 140S.
4. The method for extracting polyphenols from pomegranate rind according to claim 2, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the purification conditions of step C: the crude extract of pomegranate peel polyphenol is added with water to prepare a solution of 10 mg/mL.
