The results show that the results of the group AB are the best, the group C is the next, and the group D has poor effect, which shows that the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol can play a synergistic effect after being compounded, so that the anti-allergy effect is enhanced.
In order to further verify the compounding performance of strontium chloride and D-panthenol, a secondary test is carried out, and the test method is as follows; 45 volunteers aged 18-35 years, 15 men and women, with similar lesions on the facial skin were randomly drawn and divided into blanks using embodiment 1, embodiment 2 and no repair product.
The using method comprises the following steps: after the face is cleaned by clear water, each group of corresponding products is evenly smeared on the face, and is gently massaged until the products are absorbed, the treatment effect is recorded after the products are continuously used twice in the morning and at night every day for 7 days.
And (3) evaluating the curative effect: the efficacy evaluation is carried out by using the condition of red and swollen regression, and the evaluation is respectively marked, effective and ineffective. Wherein significant means that the red and swollen are resolved by 40 percent or more, and the symptoms are relieved; effective means that the red swelling subsides 15% -40%, and the symptom is improved; ineffective means less than 15% regression of the red swelling and no improvement in symptoms.

The result shows that the anti-allergy skin injury repairing compound preparation provided by the invention has a remarkable treatment effect. The addition amount of the strontium chloride fed back from the side surface is too high, so that the ion permeability is too fast, and discomfort is caused; the anti-sensitivity performance of the D-panthenol is almost not shown under the reaction of no strontium chloride; however, after the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol are compounded, the fading effect on the red and swollen condition of the skin is remarkable, the performance of the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol are optimal when the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol are compounded according to the embodiment 2, and the compounding of the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol can play a higher synergistic effect, so that the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol are pleasant in the using process of consumer groups of sensitive skin, and the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol are a compounded preparation which can fully exert the functions of the strontium chloride and the D-panthenol, not only act on the surface of the skin of a human body, but also can ensure that the strontium chloride and the D-pant.
Claims (1)
1. The preparation method of the strontium chloride and D-panthenol composite preparation and the anti-allergy restoration application thereof are characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
50-80 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of strontium chloride, 2-10 parts of D-panthenol, 0.1-1 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.1-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
A. preparing raw materials according to the following components by weight:
50-80 parts of deionized water, 1-5 parts of strontium chloride, 2-10 parts of D-panthenol, 0.1-1 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.1-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol;
B. adding 50-80 parts of deionized water into an emulsifying pot, heating to 85-90 ℃, keeping the temperature for 20min for sterilization treatment, preparing sterilized water, and cooling to room temperature for later use;
C. adding 2-10 parts of D-panthenol into an emulsifying pot, adding 30-40 parts of prepared sterilized water, vacuumizing to-0.1 MPa, and homogenizing at 4000rpm for 5min to obtain a D-panthenol-like aqueous solution;
D. adding 1-5 parts of strontium chloride into a water kettle, adding 30-40 parts of prepared sterilized water, keeping the temperature at 35-45 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 2H to prepare a strontium chloride aqueous solution;
E. vacuumizing the emulsifying pot to-0.1 MPa, pumping the strontium chloride aqueous solution in the pot into the emulsifying pot by utilizing negative pressure, and uniformly stirring;
F. adding 0.1-1 part of caprylyl hydroximic acid and 0.1-1 part of 1, 2-hexanediol into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, checking to meet physical and chemical indexes, and discharging.
