The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the telescopic vertical rod 5 is telescopically adjusted, when the radio receiver 6 is positioned at a proper height, the locking bolt 7 is rotated to fix the length of the telescopic vertical rod 5, then, the rotating seat 2 and the camera body 3 are rotationally adjusted, so that the camera body 3 is positioned at a proper photographing angle and position, video acquisition can be carried out through the camera 8, sound acquisition is carried out through the radio receiver 6, when the video recording is not clear enough when the lens of the camera 8 of the device is polluted, the water sprayer 11 is controlled by the control computer 4 to spray water towards the direction of the camera 8, then the control computer 4 starts the synchronous motor 22, then, the driving gears 23 on the two sides rotate along with the output shaft of the synchronous motor 22, so that the guide gear strip 20 is driven to move along the length direction of the sliding groove 14, and the guide gear strip 20 drives the moving plate 16 to move along the sliding groove 14 through the sliding shaft 15, meanwhile, the cleaning plate 18 moves along with the moving plate 16, so that the cleaning sponge 19 moves along the sliding groove 14 to wipe the lens of the camera 8 clean, and the cleaning of the camera 8 can be completed.
