S6: lubrication

s5: cooling down
Guiding the wire baked by the baking furnace into the baking furnace and introducing the wire into a cooling device, so that the wire enters the cooling device from a wire passing port of the cooling device, passes through the cooling device and is connected with a winding device, then the wire passes through the cooling device under the rolling of the winding device, and the wire is matched with a fan and a cooling coil in the cooled device to cool and solidify a paint film on the surface of the enameled wire after passing through the cooling device;
s6: lubrication

The enameled wire production process according to claim 1, wherein a socket (10) is arranged on the front surface of the machine body (1) along a position above the fan (6), clamping grooves (101) are arranged on two sides of the socket (10), and a wind equalizing plate (19) is arranged inside the machine body (1) along a position right above the socket (10) and below the wire passing port (14).
