Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present disclosure, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in this disclosure without inventive faculty, are intended to be within the scope of this disclosure.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is merely an association relationship describing an association object, and means that three relationships may exist, for example, a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist together, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the front and rear associated objects are an "or" relationship.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a device, equipment and a computer readable storage medium for generating a project group management topological graph, so as to uniformly and intuitively display project information and association relations of each project of a project group in one interface.
As shown in fig. 1, a flow chart of a method for generating a project group management topological graph according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method includes:
step S102, acquiring item information and association relation among items in each item in the item group, wherein the item information comprises time information and/or resource information of the items.
Specifically, each item in the item group has corresponding time information and/or resource information and an association relation among the items, and the time information of the items is a time node or a required time length of the items; the resource information of the project includes a plurality of project management contents, and may include, for example, funds, manpower, supplies, and technology. It should be noted that the acquired project information may be set according to the requirement, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And step S104, drawing a straight line connecting line between the project nodes according to the association relation and the project information, wherein the length of the connecting line is determined based on the time information and/or the resource information of the project at one end of the connecting line.
According to the project information of each project in the project group and the association relation between the projects, the project nodes can be determined, and the topological structure of each project node is determined so as to determine the positions of the project nodes. After determining the item node corresponding to the item group and the node position thereof according to the item information of the items and the association relation between the items, and determining the starting item and the ending item of the item group, wherein the starting item and the ending item respectively have one or more items, the starting item is the item which starts the earliest in time, and the ending item is the item which ends the latest in time. And determining virtual item nodes and node positions thereof according to the starting item and the ending item, wherein the virtual item nodes are root nodes of item groups, and one item group is provided with only one virtual item node serving as the starting node or only one virtual item node serving as the ending node, namely one item group is provided with only one virtual item node serving as the starting node or only one virtual item node serving as the ending node. The virtual item node serving as the starting node is a preposed item node of one or more starting items, and the virtual item node serving as the ending node is a postsed item node of one or more ending item nodes. And drawing out the virtual project node according to the position of the virtual project node.
And traversing each item of the item group, drawing the item node and the virtual item node corresponding to the item group, wherein a specific traversal process is described below, and the topological structure of the item group is embodied through the positions of the item nodes.
Wherein the traversing process comprises drawing a straight line connection between two item nodes with adjacent relation, such as a connection between an item and a subsequent item, and determining the length of the connection based on time information and/or resource information of the item at one end of the connection. And drawing straight line connecting lines between the initial project nodes and/or between the termination project nodes and the virtual project nodes, wherein the number of the initial project nodes is multiple, the number of the connecting lines between the initial project nodes and the virtual project nodes is multiple, and the number of the termination project nodes is multiple, and the number of the connecting lines between the termination project nodes and the virtual project nodes is multiple.
Further, the length of the connection line is calculated by inputting one or more item information into a preset algorithm. When an item information is obtained, the connection line length can be obtained by multiplying a preset coefficient, and the preset coefficient represents the conversion relation between the unit of the item information and the length unit. In one embodiment, the management of the project group focuses on the control of time, the length of the connection line represents the length of the time, the preset coefficient is 5mm/day (i.e. the length of 5mm corresponds to the duration of 1 day), the planned implementation duration of a project is 10 days, and the length of the connection line between the project and the sub-project is 5cm. When a plurality of item information are provided, each item information may be multiplied by a weight and added, and the result of the addition is multiplied by a preset coefficient representing a conversion relationship. In another embodiment, the time information t and the fund information m need to be considered, and the connection length l= (at+bm) X, where a and b are weights of the time information and the fund information, and X is a preset coefficient, and units of each information may be set according to practical situations. Thus, the length of the link can intuitively represent the result of comprehensively considering time and funds for the project at one end of the link.
Step S106, the positions of the project nodes are adjusted, and a project group management topological graph is generated.
Automatically adjusting the position of the project node according to the presentation interface or adjusting the position of the project node according to manual operation; and adjusting the connection lines between the project nodes synchronously with the position adjustment of the project nodes, wherein the length of the connection lines between the project nodes is kept unchanged. The user can conveniently move the positions of the project nodes according to the requirements or adjust the overlapped project nodes when the paths are more. The length of the connection line between the project nodes of the project group is calculated and drawn based on the project information, so that when a user drags the project nodes to change the positions of the project nodes, the length of the connection line is unchanged and moves synchronously with the project nodes. Optionally, the time critical path and/or the time shortest path is characterized by the color of the connection line.
Based on the above embodiment, a method for generating a project group management topological graph is provided, the project group management topological graph produced by the method graphically displays all projects in the project group, the projects are sequenced in time to represent the process of project group progress, the connection lines are used for connecting the associated projects to represent the association relationship of the projects and paths of the project group, which are required to be completed in the proceeding process from the beginning to the ending, and the topological structure of the project group is clearly displayed.
In one embodiment of the invention, item information and association relation corresponding to the item group are acquired, a start item and a stop item are determined, a virtual item node serving as a stop node is determined according to the stop item, and all items are traversed backwards from the start item of the item group. The specific process of traversing is as follows:
step S202, setting a starting item as a current item;
step S204, acquiring item information and association relation of a current item, and drawing item nodes of the current item;
step S206, judging whether the current item has a non-drawn post item, if so, entering step S208, otherwise, entering step S210;
step S208, acquiring item information and association relations of the post-items, drawing connection lines between item nodes of the post-items and item nodes of the current items and each post-item, calculating the length of the connection lines based on time information and/or resource information of the items at the front end of the connection lines, namely the current items, respectively setting each post-item as the current item, and returning to the step S206;
step S210, judging whether a drawn post-item exists, if so, drawing a connecting line between a current item and an item node of the drawn post-item, wherein the length of the connecting line is calculated based on time information and/or resource information of the current item; otherwise, go to step S212;
step S212, judging whether a virtual item node serving as an end node exists, if not, entering step S214, and if so, entering step S216;
step S214, drawing a virtual item node serving as an end node and a connecting line between the item node of the current item and the virtual item node, wherein the current item is a termination item, and the length of the connecting line is calculated based on the time information and/or the resource information of the front end of the connecting line, namely the termination item.
Step S216, drawing a connection line between the project node of the current project and the virtual project node, wherein the current project is a termination project, and the length of the connection line is calculated based on the time information and/or the resource information of the front end of the connection line, namely the termination project.
When the current item has a plurality of non-drawn post items, respectively setting the plurality of post items as the current item, and executing the steps in parallel; when there are a plurality of initial items, the steps S202 to S216 are executed from each initial item, so as to complete the traversal of the whole item group, draw all item nodes from the virtual item node having one or more initial items to the virtual item node as the end node, and show the topology structure of the item nodes by using the connection line between the item nodes.
The embodiment of the invention discloses another project group management topological graph generation method, and in the embodiment, compared with the previous embodiment, the step S102 of drawing the project nodes and the connecting lines between the project nodes according to the association relation and the project information comprises the following steps:
acquiring item information and association relation of items corresponding to the item group, determining a start item and a stop item, determining virtual item nodes serving as start nodes according to the start item, and traversing all the items from the stop item of the item group. The specific process of traversing is as follows:
step S302, setting a termination item as a current item;
step S304, acquiring item information and association relation of a current item, and drawing item nodes of the current item;
step S306, judging whether the current item has a non-drawn pre-item, if so, entering step S308, otherwise, entering step S310;
step S308, acquiring item information and association relation of the pre-items, drawing connection lines between the item nodes of the pre-items and the current items and the item nodes of each pre-item, calculating the length of the connection lines based on time information and/or resource information of the items at the rear end of the connection lines, namely the current items, respectively setting each pre-item as the current item, and returning to the step S306;
step S310, judging whether a drawn pre-project exists, if so, drawing a connecting line between a current project and a project node of the drawn pre-project, wherein the length of the connecting line is calculated based on time information and/or resource information of the current project; otherwise, go to step S312;
step S312, judging whether a virtual item node serving as a starting node exists, if not, entering step S314, and if so, entering step S316;
step S314, drawing a virtual item node serving as a starting node, and a connecting line between the item node of the current item and the virtual item node, wherein the current item is the starting item, and the length of the connecting line is calculated based on time information and/or resource information of the starting item which is the rear end of the connecting line.
Step S316, drawing a connection line between the project node of the current project and the virtual project node, wherein the current project is a starting project, and the length of the connection line is calculated based on time information and/or resource information of the starting project which is the rear end of the connection line.
When the current item has a plurality of non-drawn pre-items, respectively setting the pre-items as the current items, and executing the steps in parallel; when there are a plurality of termination projects, the steps S302 to S316 are executed from each termination project, so that the whole project group is traversed, all project nodes from the virtual project node as the start node to the termination project with one or more termination projects are drawn, and the topology structure of the project nodes is shown by the connection line between the project nodes.
Based on the above traversal process, all the items of the item group are traversed, the item nodes of all the item group from the termination item with one or more to the virtual item node as the start node are drawn, and the topology structure of the item nodes is shown by the connection lines between the item nodes.
Compared with the embodiment, the method for generating the project group management topological graph draws a virtual project node serving as a starting node and a virtual project node serving as an ending node in one project group, and the length of a connecting line between the nodes is calculated based on time information and/or resource information of projects at the front end or the rear end of the connecting line.
Based on any embodiment, the invention discloses a project group management topological graph generating method, which further comprises the following steps: and generating characters or controls according to the time information and/or the resource information of the items, and displaying the characters or controls at the corresponding positions of the connecting lines.
