Abstract
本申请提出U型灯具,其特征在于:包含一灯头模块、一第一玻璃管、一第二玻璃管、一第一光源板、一第二光源板及一透光模块,所述的灯头模块分别接合所述的第一玻璃管及所述的第二玻璃管,所述的第一光源板设于所述的第一玻璃管的内部,所述的第二光源板设于所述的第二玻璃管的内部,所述的透光模块分别接合所述的第一玻璃管及所述的第二玻璃管。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯具,特别涉及U型灯具。
背景技术
现有的日光灯,不管是荧光式或发光二极管的灯具无可避免都会产生有照明死角或灯光阴影。
此外,少数灯具的灯管采用不可燃、安全性较高的塑料材料,因此此类的灯具的制造成本较高。
因此,如何设计一种无照明死角或灯光阴影,且不可燃、安全性较高及制造成本低的照明灯具,并满足使用者在较大范围照明场域中广泛使用玻璃灯管的需求,是本领域相关人员亟需改善的课题。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种U型灯具,无照明死角或灯光阴影,且不可燃、安全性较高及制造成本低的照明灯具,并能满足使用者在照明场域中广泛使用玻璃灯管的需求。
为实现上述目的,发明人提供U型灯具,其特征在于:包含一灯头模块、一第一玻璃管、一第二玻璃管、一第一光源板、一第二光源板及一透光模块,所述的灯头模块分别接合所述的第一玻璃管及所述的第二玻璃管,所述的第一光源板设于所述的第一玻璃管的内部,所述的第二光源板设于所述的第二玻璃管的内部,所述的透光模块分别接合所述的第一玻璃管及所述的第二玻璃管。
在一些实施例中,所述的灯头模块,包含有一第一灯头、一第一插座、一连接件、一第二灯头及一第二插座,所述的第一插座设于所述的第一灯头,所述的第一灯头接合所述的第一玻璃管,所述的第一插座电性连接所述的第一光源板,所述的第二插座设于所述的第二灯头,所述的第二灯头接合所述的第二玻璃管,所述的的二插座电性连接所述的第二光源板,所述的连接件是分别耦接所述的第一灯头及所述的第二灯头。
在一些实施例中,所述的第一灯头的内部设有一第一电源电路,所述的第一电源电路分别电性连接所述的第一插座及所述的第一光源板。
在一些实施例中,所述的第二灯头的内部设有一第二电源电路,所述的第二电源电路分别电性连接所述的第二插座及所述的第二光源板。
在一些实施例中,所述的第二连接端子为公端子,所述的第一灯头及所述的第二灯头是透光塑料材质所制。
在一些实施例中,所述的第一光源板及所述的第二光源板分别为一具有多个发光二极管的板体。
在一些实施例中,所述的透光模块具有一上壳体及一下壳体,所述的上壳体及所述的下壳体是以卡扣方式结合。
在一些实施例中,所述的透光模块的内部设有一第三光源板,所述的第三光源板分别电性连接所述的第一光源板及所述的第二光源板。
在一些实施例中,所述的第三光源板为一具有多个发光二极管的板体;所述的U型灯具电性耦接交流电源或使用于节能灯灯座。
在一些实施例中,所述的透光模块为聚碳酸酯所制的透明壳体。
值得一提的是,第一玻璃管及第二玻璃管为玻璃材质,玻璃灯管成本低、不可燃、安全性较高。透光模块是透明壳体,以及第一灯头及第二灯头是透光塑料材质所制,所以灯光扩散无阴影。第三光源板分别与第一光源板及第二光源板对接紧密,而使灯管转角位置无阴影,所以整灯发光均匀且无暗区。透光模块的上壳体及下壳体是以卡扣方式接合,无需使用螺丝锁固。

为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1至图2,为本申请的一种U型灯具的立体示意图及分解示意图。
本申请提出一种U型灯具,包含有:一灯头模块10、一第一电源电路12、一第二电源电路11、一第一玻璃管13、一第二玻璃管14、一第一光源板15、一第二光源板16、一透光模块17及一第三光源板18。
灯头模块10,包含有:一第一灯头103、一第一插座102、一连接件100、一第二灯头104及一第二插座101。
第一插座102设于第一灯头103。第一灯头103的一端为一开口端。第二插座101设于第二灯头104。第二灯头104的一端为一开口端。连接件100是分别耦接第一灯头103及第二灯头104。第一插座102及第二插座101为市售的R17D插座或FA8插座。第一灯头103及第二灯头104是透光塑料材质所制,例如:聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)。
第一电源电路12设于第一灯头103的内部,並電性連接第一插座102。第二电源电路11設於第二燈头104的內部,並電性連接第二插座101。
第一玻璃管13为一两端具有开口的玻璃管体。第一灯头103设于第一玻璃管13的一端的开口处。正确来说,第一灯头103的开口端是接合第一玻璃管13的一开口处。
第二玻璃管14为一两端具有开口的玻璃管体。第二灯头104设于第二玻璃管14的一端的开口处。正确来说,第二灯头104的开口端是接合第二玻璃管14的一开口处。
第一光源板15为一具有多个发光二极管(Light-emitting diode,LED)的板体。第一光源板15设于第一玻璃管13的内部。第一光源板15电性连接第一电源电路12。
第二光源板16为一具有多个发光二极管(Light-emitting diode,LED)的板体。第二光源板16设于第二玻璃管14的内部。第二光源板16电性连接第二电源电路11。
透光模块17为聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)所制的透明壳体。透光模块17具有一上壳体173及一下壳体170。上壳体173及下壳体170是以卡扣方式结合,举例而言,上壳体173具有卡勾,下壳体170具有卡槽,上壳体173的卡勾卡扣于下壳体170的卡槽,以使下壳体170及上壳体173相互结合。
下壳体170更具有一第一下开口172及一第二下开口171。下壳体170分别耦接第一玻璃管13及第二玻璃管14。正确来说,第一下开口172是接合第一玻璃管13的另一开口处。第二下开口171是接合第二玻璃管14的另一开口处。
第三光源板18为一具有多个发光二极管(Light-emitting diode,LED)的板体。第三光源板18设于透光模块17的内部,并且第三光源板18是分别电性连接第一光源板15及第二光源板16。正确来说,第三光源板18设于下壳体170,并且位于第一下开口172及一第二下开口171之间,上壳体173是盖合于第三光源板18的上方。
第一插座102及第二插座101是电性连接一电源。透过第一插座102、第二插座101、第一电源电路12及第二电源电路11,而将电源提供给第一光源板15、第二光源板16及第三光源板18。如此第一光源板15、第二光源板16及第三光源板18就可发亮,并提供照明。
本申请的U型灯具可具有两种使用态样;态样A,本申请的U型灯具可于节能灯灯座(具有电子整流器)直接替换现有的灯管;态样B,本申请可直接电性连接交流电源(市电)。
综上所述,本申请的U型灯具可达到的优点为:一、第一玻璃管13及第二玻璃管14为玻璃材质,玻璃灯管成本低、不可燃、安全性较高;二、第一灯头103及第二灯头104是透光塑料材质所制,以及透光模块17是透明壳体,所以灯光扩散无阴影;三、第三光源板18分别与第一光源板15及第二光源板16对接紧密,而使灯管转角位置(相邻于下壳体170的第一下开口172及第二下开口171处)无阴影,故本申请的U型灯具有整灯发光均匀且无暗区的优点;四、透光模块17的上壳体173及下壳体170是以卡扣方式接合,无需使用螺丝锁固。
需要说明的是,尽管在本文中已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围。因此,基于本发明的创新理念,对本文所述实施例进行的变更和修改,或利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,直接或间接地将以上技术方案运用在其他相关的技术领域,均包括在本发明的专利保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种U型灯具,其特征在于:包含一灯头模块、一第一玻璃管、一第二玻璃管、一第一光源板、一第二光源板及一透光模块,所述的灯头模块分别接合所述的第一玻璃管及所述的第二玻璃管,所述的第一光源板设于所述的第一玻璃管的内部,所述的第二光源板设于所述的第二玻璃管的内部,所述的透光模块分别接合所述的第一玻璃管及所述的第二玻璃管。
2.如权利要求1所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的灯头模块,包含有一第一灯头、一第一插座、一连接件、一第二灯头及一第二插座,所述的第一插座设于所述的第一灯头,所述的第一灯头接合所述的第一玻璃管,所述的第一插座电性连接所述的第一光源板,所述的第二插座设于所述的第二灯头,所述的第二灯头接合所述的第二玻璃管,所述的的二插座电性连接所述的第二光源板,所述的连接件是分别耦接所述的第一灯头及所述的第二灯头。
3.如权利要求2所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的第一灯头的内部设有一第一电源电路,所述的第一电源电路分别电性连接所述的第一插座及所述的第一光源板。
4.如权利要求2所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的第二灯头的内部设有一第二电源电路,所述的第二电源电路分别电性连接所述的第二插座及所述的第二光源板。
5.如权利要求2所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的第一灯头及所述的第二灯头是透光塑料材质所制。
6.如权利要求1所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的第一光源板及所述的第二光源板分别为一具有多个发光二极管的板体;所述的U型灯具电性耦接交流电源或使用于节能灯灯座。
7.如权利要求1所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的透光模块具有一上壳体及一下壳体,所述的上壳体及所述的下壳体是以卡扣方式结合。
8.如权利要求7所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的透光模块的内部设有一第三光源板,所述的第三光源板分别电性连接所述的第一光源板及所述的第二光源板。
9.如权利要求8所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的第三光源板为一具有多个发光二极管的板体。
10.如权利要求7所述的U型灯具,其特征在于:所述的透光模块为聚碳酸酯所制的透明壳体。
