Preferably, the driving device includes orifice plates fixedly installed in the air ducts in an up-down and left-right symmetrical manner, abutting blocks are respectively and fixedly installed on left and right side walls of each air duct, a switching plate is respectively and slidably connected between two abutting blocks in each air duct, air grooves are respectively and symmetrically installed on left and right side surfaces of the switching plate in an up-down manner, pushing blocks are respectively and fixedly installed on upper and lower side surfaces of each switching plate, a return spring is connected between each pushing block and the orifice plate, and an air pump is fixedly installed in each air duct.

Preferably, the sealing cloth is made of a rubber material and can have a certain stretching performance.
In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the machine body can be firmly fixed on the seabed through the fixed threaded rod, then the buoyancy of the sealing cloth is automatically adjusted through the size of the sea wave, so that the sea wave can be used for driving the sealing cloth to reciprocate up and down, and then the sealing cloth is matched with the generator to generate electricity.

In the initial state, the lifting plate 42 is at the lowermost side and the fixed threaded rod 28 is completely inside the body 21.
