Abstract

一种基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置,涉及大气污染控制技术技术领域,包括壳体,所述壳体的中部固定连接有三相催化器,壳体两端内壁均固定连接有两个互相对称的磁环,壳体两端的内壁均固定连接有电磁体,壳体两侧的外侧均固定连接有均匀分布的弹簧。该基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置,通过限位块与限位槽配合使用,使用时,尾气会带动叶轮内的闭合线圈不断切割磁环的磁感线,根据磁生电原理产生电流,并将电流输送至电磁体,使电磁体产生磁性,并且再根据同性相斥的原理,使限位块向外侧移动并与限位槽卡接,从而达到了防止固定螺钉松动的效果,有效防止尾气泄露,保证了尾气处理器的固定紧固性。

技术领域
本发明涉及大气污染控制技术技术领域,具体为一种基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置。
背景技术
近年来,大气污染的严重性越来越被重视,据专家统计,由于人类生活而产生的二氧化碳、一氧化氮以及一氧化碳等污染性气体已经将大气臭氧层严重破坏,如果在持续这样下去,有一天臭氧层会完全消失,到时,紫外线会直接照射至地球表面,到时人类的皮肤会被严重灼伤,使地球变成不易人类生存的星球,甚至会使地球灭亡,因此全球都在大力促进大气污染的控制技术发展,而汽车尾气处理装置就是其中一种处理方法。
目前的汽车尾气处理装置在安装时,大多是通过法兰盘与汽车排气管固定连接,再通过固定螺栓以及螺母将两者相对固定,但是汽车行驶时,车身会产生剧烈震动,导致固定螺栓会在不断的震动作用下而发生松动,导致尾气处理装置可能会出现脱落,未经处理的尾气泄露至大气中,污染大气。不利于环保,并且目前尾气处理装置内的空气流动大多是通过挤压来实现,导致经过处理的气体也会滞留在处理装置内,占有处理装置的过滤空间,影响尾气的处理效率。
因此,我们提出了一种基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置来解决以上的问题,通过限位块与限位槽配合使用,达到了防止固定螺钉松动的效果,有效防止尾气泄露,保证了尾气处理器的固定紧固性,通过叶轮与尾气的配合使用,达到了防止尾气滞留的作用,有效防止尾气被堵住,保证了尾气的及时排出,提高了尾气处理效率。
发明内容
本发明为实现技术目的采用如下技术方案:一种基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置,包括壳体,所述壳体的中部固定连接有三相催化器,壳体两端内壁均固定连接有两个互相对称的磁环,壳体两端的内壁均固定连接有电磁体,壳体两侧的外侧均固定连接有均匀分布的弹簧,弹簧的外侧固定连接有与壳体的内壁活动连接的限位块,限位块的中部固定连接有磁块,壳体两端的内壁均固定连接有两个互相对称的连接柱,连接柱的中部固定连接有转轴,转轴的中部固定连接有导电柱,转轴的外侧转动连接有叶轮,叶轮的中部固定连接有与导电柱电性连接的闭合线圈,壳体的两端均螺纹连接有固定螺钉,固定螺钉的外侧开设有限位槽。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、该基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置,通过限位块与限位槽配合使用,使用时,尾气会带动叶轮内的闭合线圈不断切割磁环的磁感线,根据磁生电原理产生电流,并将电流输送至电磁体,使电磁体产生磁性,并且再根据同性相斥的原理,使限位块向外侧移动并与限位槽卡接,从而达到了防止固定螺钉松动的效果,有效防止尾气泄露,保证了尾气处理器的固定紧固性。
2、该基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置,通过叶轮与尾气的配合使用,尾气排送时,会带动两个叶轮转动,叶轮会产生旋流,带动尾气向右侧移动,从而达到了防止尾气滞留的作用,有效防止尾气被堵住,保证了尾气的及时排出,提高了尾气处理效率。
进一步,所述壳体的材料为钢制材料且壳体的形状为圆筒状所述磁环的相对面磁性相反且磁环的材料为铷磁铁材料,所述电磁体外侧的磁性与磁块内侧的磁性相同。
进一步,所述弹簧为拉伸弹簧且弹簧的材料为钢制材料,所述限位块的材料为钢制材料且限位块的数量为16个。
进一步,所述磁块的材料为铷磁铁材料且磁块的数量为16个,所述连接柱的材料为钢制材料且连接柱的形状为十字状,所述转轴的材料为硬质绝缘材料且转轴的形状为圆柱状。
进一步,所述导电柱的材料为铜制材料且导电柱的数量为四个,所述叶轮的材料为硬质塑料材料且叶轮的叶片数量为14个。
进一步,所述闭合线圈的材料为铜制材料且闭合线圈的数量与叶轮的叶片数量相同,所述固定螺钉的材料为钢制材料且固定螺钉的外侧开设有螺纹槽。

请参阅图1-5,一种基于磁生电原理的防松动尾气处理装置,包括壳体1,壳体1起到固定各部件的作用,壳体1的材料为钢制材料且壳体1的形状为圆筒状磁环3的相对面磁性相反且磁环3的材料为铷磁铁材料,电磁体4外侧的磁性与磁块7内侧的磁性相同,壳体1的中部固定连接有三相催化器2,三相催化器2起到净化尾气的作用,壳体1两端内壁均固定连接有两个互相对称的磁环3,磁环3起到产生磁感线的作用。
壳体1两端的内壁均固定连接有电磁体4,电磁体4起到传动的作用,壳体1两侧的外侧均固定连接有均匀分布的弹簧5,弹簧5起到将限位块6收缩进壳体1的作用,弹簧5为拉伸弹簧且弹簧5的材料为钢制材料,限位块6的材料为钢制材料且限位块6的数量为16个,弹簧5的外侧固定连接有与壳体1的内壁活动连接的限位块6,限位块6与限位槽14一起起到防止固定螺钉13松动的作用,限位块6的中部固定连接有磁块7,磁块7起到传动的作用,磁块7的材料为铷磁铁材料且磁块7的数量为16个,连接柱8的材料为钢制材料且连接柱8的形状为十字状,转轴9的材料为硬质绝缘材料且转轴9的形状为圆柱状,壳体1两端的内壁均固定连接有两个互相对称的连接柱8,连接柱8起到的作用。

工作原理:初始状态如图1所示,此时叶轮11不转动,限位块6在弹簧5的作用下收缩进壳体1中,并且电磁体4处于断路状态,并没有磁性产生,由于两个磁环3相对面的磁性相反,所以磁环3内会产生磁感线。
安装后汽车行驶过程中,尾气会带动叶轮11转动,由于叶轮11与闭合线圈12固定连接,所以会带动闭合线圈12不断切割磁感线,根据磁生电原理,闭合线圈12中会产生电流,并将电流传送至电磁体4,使电磁体4产生磁性,由于电磁体4外侧的磁性与磁块7内侧的磁性相同,根据同性相斥的原理,磁块7会向壳体1的外侧伸出,并且带动限位块6一起向外侧移动并与固定螺钉13的限位槽14插接,有效限制固定螺钉13转动,防止松动。
并且叶轮11转动的时候,叶轮11会带动气流向右侧流动,有效防止尾气滞留,提高了尾气处理装置的处理效率。
