The invention discloses sound insulation mortar which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of cement, 7.5-15 parts of fly ash, 8-12 parts of bagasse, 15-19 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 14-34 parts of machine-made sand, 1-3.5 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 3-5.5 parts of dispersible latex powder, 0.1 part of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 0.5 part of starch ether and 1 part of PP anti-crack fiber. The invention has good construction performance, greatly improves the sound insulation effect and the strength, enhances the bonding force with the floor, greatly reduces the hollowing condition, increases the tension extreme value of mortar and basically eliminates the cracking condition.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to sound insulation mortar.
Background
With the development of science and technology, the requirements on buildings are higher and higher, the noise control is the first one, and national standards have requirements on the noise of building floors, such as GB/T50121-2005 building sound insulation evaluation standard, GB 50118 + 2010 civil building sound insulation design specification, GB 50368 + 2005 residential building specification, GB/T19889.7-2005 acoustic building and building component sound insulation measurement part 7: the site measurement of floor impact sound insulation has relevant requirements. At present, the common mortar is difficult to meet the corresponding requirement of controlling the noise of the floor slab. The sound insulation mortar is produced from the above materials, and is mainly prepared by mixing a cementing material (cement), a light material (vitrified micro bubbles), a damping material (fiber plant bagasse), a fine aggregate, a polymer additive and the like.
As the sound insulation mortar does not have a unified national standard at present, all production enterprises implement the sound insulation mortar according to own standards, the quality of the sound insulation mortar is greatly different, and most manufacturers still have the phenomena of poor mortar adhesion operation performance, insufficient strength, easy cracking and the like.
