技术领域
本发明涉及油污处理技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种油污水处理方法及一种油污水处理系统。
背景技术
油污水主要来源于石油、石油化工、钢铁、焦化、煤气发生站、机械加工等工业部门。油污水若没有达到国家规定的排放标准,排入河流、湖泊或海湾,会污染水体,影响水生生物生存;用于农业灌溉,则会堵塞土壤空隙,妨碍农作物生长。目前,油污水处理方法一般针对的是含油泥量较少的油污水处理,经常采用隔油、浮选、生化处理的流程处理办法。浮选流程虽然操作简便,能够去除油污水中的大部分悬浮油,但是对于分散油、溶解油、以及乳化油的去除得不到理想的效果。而生化处理,处理后的油污水能达到规定的排放指标,但是需要用到的设备昂贵,能耗高,处理周期长,耗费了大量资源。且在油泥含量较多的油污水处理上,都是采用先沉降将部分油泥沉淀后再按照上述油泥含量较少的处理流程进行处理,处理效果有待提高,处置达标指数不稳定,经常达不到国家规定的排放标准,较难在实际中推广应用,更达不到油田回注水标准。
现在国家对污水排放标准和油田回注水要求越来越严苛,对污水处理提出了更高的要求,因此,亟需研制出污水净化处理效果更好、对污水处理彻底且有效,适用于油泥含量较大的油污水处理方法和装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油污水处理方法,其可以对含油泥量较高的污水进行净化处理,净化处理效果良好且彻底,不仅可以达到国家规定的污水排放标准,还可以达到油田回注水标准,使净化后水得以再利用。本发明的目的还在于提供一种适用于上述油污水处理方法的油污水处理系统。
本发明提供的一种油污水处理方法,包括有以下处理环节:首次沉降处理,对待处理油污水进行至少一次的沉降处理,去除分离出的沉降物;均质和初步三相离心分离处理,对沉降后的油污水进行加热和均质处理,然后进行固、液、水的初步三相离心分离处理,使所述沉降后的油污水中的油泥、原油、油污水分离;再次沉降处理,对初步三相分离后的油污水进行再次沉降处理;首次加药处理和脱泥处理,对再次沉降后的油污水进行首次加药处理,然后进行脱泥处理,使油泥及加药絮凝出的絮凝物与液体分离;再次三相旋液分离处理,使用旋液分离技术对脱泥处理后的油污水进行再次三相旋液分离处理,去除油泥,分离轻质油和污水;再次加药处理和气浮分离处理,对再次三相旋液分离处理后的污水进行再次加药处理,然后使用气浮法对再次加药处理后的污水进行气浮分离处理,使污水、剩余固泥及加药絮凝出的絮凝物分离;吸附和过滤处理,对气浮分离处理后产生的污水进行吸附和过滤处理,去除污水中的重金属分子和悬浮颗粒;排放或回收,吸附和过滤处理后的水进行排放或回收。
优选地,在进行所述吸附和过滤处理之前,连续进行两次所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理。
优选地,所述再次三相旋液分离处理与所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理之间、所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理与所述吸附和过滤处理之间,均设置有一次沉降处理。
优选地,还包括将所述再次三相旋液分离处理与所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理中,分离出的油泥及絮凝物均回流与所述均质和初步三相离心分离处理后的油污水混合,混合后的油污水继续进行所述再次沉降处理至所述排放或回收的处理;所述均质和初步三相离心分离处理与所述首次加药处理和脱泥处理中,分离出的油泥均进行热解焚烧处理。
本发明还提供了一种油污水处理系统,包括有通过管道依次连通的第一沉淀池、均质罐、三相离心机、第二沉淀池、叠螺脱泥机、旋液分离器、气浮机和过滤罐,所述第一沉淀池设置有供待处理油污水进入的池口,所述过滤罐设置有供过滤后水排出的出水口,所述过滤罐内设置有用于对油污水进行吸附和过滤的物质。
优选地,所述第二沉淀池及所述叠螺脱泥机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第一加药口,且所述旋液分离器和所述气浮机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第二加药口。
优选地,所述旋液分离器和所述叠螺脱泥机之间的管道上设置有增压泵、且所述管道与所述旋液分离器的分离管束呈垂直连接且连通的结构。
优选地,所述气浮机包括有一级气浮机和二级气浮机,且所述一级气浮机的入液口与所述旋液分离器的出液口连接,所述二级气浮机的入液口与所述一级气浮机的出液口连通、出液口与所述过滤罐的入液口连通,所述第二加药口位于与所述一级气浮机的入液口连通的管道上,所述一级气浮机和所述二级气浮机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第三加药口。
优选地,所述旋液分离器的出液口与所述一级气浮机的入液口之间设置有第三沉淀池,所述一级气浮机的出液口与所述二级气浮机的入液口之间设置有第四沉淀池,所述二级气浮机的出液口与所述过滤罐的入液口之间设置有第五沉淀池。
优选地,所述旋液分离器、所述第三沉淀池、所述一级气浮机、所述第四沉淀池、所述二级气浮机及所述第五沉淀池的排污口均通过管道与所述第二沉淀池的池口连通,所述三相离心机和所述叠螺脱泥机的排污口处设置有油泥盛放装置。
本发明提供的技术方案中,按照所列步骤依次对油污水进行首次沉降处理、加热和均质处理、初步三相离心分离处理、再次沉降处理、首次加药处理和脱泥处理、再次三相旋液分离处理、再次加药处理和气浮分离处理、吸附和过滤处理、排放或回收。该油污水处理方法首先对油污水进行物理沉降,去除部分油泥,然后进行加热和均质处理、使油污水混合更均匀,进行初步三相离心分离处理可以把油泥、油污水中的大部分原油分离出来,之后进行再次物理沉降,然后进行首次加药和脱泥处理,通过固液分离可以将大部分油泥及加药絮凝出的絮凝物分离而出,剩余的油污水进行再次三相旋液分离处理,可以把剩余的油泥和轻质油从液体中分离出来,剩余的污水中含泥量和含油量已经显著降低,之后再次进行加药处理,然后使用气浮法对悬浮的大固体颗粒、加药絮凝出的絮凝物进行排渣分离,多次加药絮凝和强大的离心力分离可以对污水中的杂质进行有效清除;随后对污水进行吸附和过滤处理,将污水中的重金属分子和部分有害物质进行分离。
如此设置,对油污水进行了多次沉降处理、加药处理、固态和液态的分离,多个环节合理相连、逐步进行,可以有效的去除油污水中的油泥、油液和颗粒性杂质,使处理后的水达到国家排放标准和油田回注水标准;且均是通过三相离心分离、旋液分离和气浮分离的技术进行油泥、油液和水分的分离处理,与现有技术相比,适用于含油泥量较多的油污水处理,且过程稳定,时间相对较短,适合推广使用,具有良好的经济性。
本发明的技术方案中还包括一种油污水处理系统,适用于上述的处理办法,该油污水处理系统使用叠螺脱泥机进行脱泥处理,使用三相离心机、旋液分离器和气浮机进行油泥、油液和水分的多次分离,使用过滤罐对重金属分子和有害杂质进行吸附和过滤,结合在油污水中加入絮凝药物,可以有效的去除油污水中的油泥、油液和颗粒物质,净化效果良好,适用于油泥含油量高的油污水处理,处理后的水可以达到国家排放标准和油田回注水标准。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的技术方案进行详细的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所得到的所有其它实施方式,都属于本发明所保护的范围。
本具体实施方式的目的在于提供一种油污水处理方法,其可以对含油泥量较高的污水进行净化处理,净化处理效果良好且彻底,效率高,不仅可以达到国家规定的污水排放标准,还可以达到油田回注水标准,使净化后水得以再利用。本具体实施方式的目的还在于提供一种适用于上述油污水处理方法的油污水处理系统。
以下,结合附图对实施例作详细说明。此外,下面所示的实施例不对权利要求所记载的发明的内容起任何限定作用。另外,下面实施例所表示的构成的全部内容不限于作为权利要求所记载的发明的解决方案所必需的。
请参考附图1-2,本实施例提供的一种油污水处理方法,包括以下处理环节:首次沉降处理,对待处理油污水进行至少一次的沉降处理,去除分离出的沉降物、使得重质量的油泥和杂质分离而出;均质和初步三相离心分离处理,对沉降后的油污水进行加热和均质处理、以利于后续分离,然后使用离心分离技术进行固、液、水的初步三相离心分离处理,使沉降后的油污水中的油泥、原油、油污水分离,使得绝大部分原油可以分离而出同时去除悬浮在油污水中的油泥;再次沉降处理,对初步三相分离后的油污水进行再次沉降处理,再次分离悬浮在水中的油泥;首次加药处理和脱泥处理,对再次沉降后的油污水进行首次加药处理、使水中的悬浮颗粒进行絮凝成团块状,所加入药物包含PAM(Poly(acrylamide),聚丙烯酰胺)药液和PAC(Poly Aluminium Chloride,聚合氯化铝)药液,然后进行脱泥处理,再次分离油泥及加药絮凝出的絮凝物;再次三相旋液分离处理,依据离心分离和不同物质质量不同的原理,使用旋液分离技术对脱泥处理后的油污水进行再次三相旋液分离处理,有效的将剩余悬浮在水中的颗粒物质分离而出,且使轻质油分离而出,剩余的污水中已经没有可见固体杂质和油液,只剩余部分悬浮颗粒;再次加药处理和气浮分离处理,对再次三相旋液分离处理后的污水进行再次加药处理、使污水中的剩余悬浮颗粒絮凝呈团块状固体,然后使用气浮法对再次加药处理后的污水进行气浮分离处理,可以有效的使污水、剩余固泥或悬浮颗粒及加药絮凝出的絮凝物分离,而该环节可以根据需要进行多次重复进行,如图1所示,将加药絮凝和气浮分离作为一个步骤连续进行两次;吸附和过滤处理,对气浮分离处理后产生的污水进行吸附和过滤处理,去除污水中的重金属分子和剩余细小的悬浮颗粒;排放或回收,吸附和过滤处理后的水进行排放或回收利用。
两次或多次加药絮凝,可以使水中的悬浮颗粒絮凝成团块固体,结合三相离心分离、旋液分离、气浮分离和吸附过滤,可以有效去除油污水中的油泥、油液和大颗粒悬浮颗粒,同时也使水中的氨氮磷、氯化物、硫化物、酚类、苯胺类等呈悬浮颗粒状或依附在颗粒及油泥上的各类还原性有害物质有效分离而出,使水中剩余的颗粒含量及有害污染物含量显著降低,可以达到国家油田回注水标准。
如此设置,本实施例提供的油污水处理方法,包括对油污水进行多次沉降处理、至少两次的三相分离处理、至少两次的加药絮凝处理、至少一次的旋液分离处理、至少一次的气浮处理及至少一次的吸附过滤处理,对油泥、油液和悬浮颗粒进行了多次的有效分离,同时将油污水中呈悬浮颗粒状或依附在悬浮颗粒及油泥中的各类有害化学物质和重金属物质也进行了有效分离,降低固体含量、含油量、悬浮颗粒量、有害物质含量,分离效果良好,净化处理彻底,适用于含油泥量较多的油污水的净化处理,也使净化处理后的水不仅得到了国家规定的排放标准且达到了油田回注水的标准,可以使净化后的水直接进行油田回注,明显改善油污水的回收利用率,提升经济效益;再者,处理过程不包含生化处理等耗时长、成本高的环节,相对于现有技术中的处理办法,不仅更适用于油泥含量高的油污水处理且成本更低,经济效益更好,适于推广应用。
需要说明的是,国家规定的污水排放标准主要包含油量、生化需氧量和化学需氧量等有机物污染物含量、重金属含量、氯化物和硫化物等无机还原性物质的含量等参数。油田回注水标准主要包含悬浮颗粒量、固体含量、含油量、颗粒直径大小、有害物质的腐蚀性等参数。
而在使用旋液分离技术对油污水进行再次三相旋液分离处理之后,可以进行一次沉降处理,使流动的油污水进行自然沉降,将部分悬浮颗粒沉降分离,之后再进行再次加药处理和气浮分离处理。而每次的加药絮凝和气浮分离处理之间都可以进行一次沉降处理。再次加药处理和气浮分离处理与吸附和过滤处理之间也可以进行一次沉降处理。
在每次油污水进行了固、油液、水或者固、水分离之后,都进行一次物理沉降,使离心旋转或流动的油污水沉静下来,部分悬浮物沉降分离、剩余污水再继续进行下次的分离处理,可以增强分离效果和净化效果。
吸附和过滤处理,也可以是分级进行,如图1所示,可以连续进行两次,分为一级吸附和二级吸附,加强对重金属和一些有害的化学物质净化,使净化后的水完全可以达到回用水标准。
而根据不同区域的油污水的成分含量不同及所需具体处理情况,上述首次沉降处理至吸附和过滤处理之间的任意一个步骤都可以连续重复进行,以使油污水的处理结果满足不同需要,根据地点进行不同的回收利用。
由于在首次加药处理和脱泥处理之后,油污水的大部分油泥已经被分离而出,后续进行再次三相旋液分离处理和气浮处理时,絮凝物等固体物质被分离出容易混杂部分污水,使得被分离出的物质呈流体状。因此,还可以将再次三相旋液分离处理中与气浮处理中被分离出的油泥及絮凝物均与需要进行再次沉降处理的油污水混合,混合后的油污水继续进行再次沉降至吸附和过滤处理。
而均质和初步三相离心分离处理、与首次加药处理和脱泥处理中,被分离出的油泥混合污水量少,均可以直接进行热解焚烧处理。我国将油泥等含油固体物质归类为危险固体废物,并明确规定必须对其进行无害化处理。被分离出的油泥进行热解和焚烧处理,可以使油泥中的油分被分离出来或者被彻底焚烧,处理后物质化为CO2、水等无害物质进行排放。油泥的热解和焚烧技术不属于本文的论述重点,此处不再赘述。
本实施例还提供了一种油污水处理系统,设置有多个净化处理设备,各个净化处理设备通过管道进行依次连接和连通,对油污水进行顺序净化处理,各个净化处理设备依次包括有:通过管道依次连通的第一沉淀池、均质罐、三相离心机、第二沉淀池、叠螺脱泥机、旋液分离器、气浮机和过滤罐。第一沉淀池设置有供待处理油污水进入的池口,过滤罐设置有供过滤后水排出的出水口。
待处理油污水首先进入第一沉淀池进行物理沉降,然后进入均质罐进行加热和均质处理,再进入三相离心机进行初步三相离心分离处理,之后进入第二沉淀池进行再次沉降,然后可以在第二沉降池或管道内加入絮凝药物随后进入叠螺脱泥机进行脱泥处理,对油泥和悬浮颗粒等固体物质进行有效分离,之后进入旋液分离器进行轻质油和水分的分离,从旋液分离器流出的水再进入气浮机进行气浮分离,而可以向气浮机的曝气池内或与气浮机入液口连通的管道内加入絮凝药物,加强对悬浮颗粒的分离效果,最后进入内部盛放着吸附和过滤物质的过滤罐内进行吸附和过滤处理,处理后的水经过滤罐的出水口流出。吸附和过滤物质可以包括石英砂和活性炭。
该油污水处理系统对油污水进行净化处理的过程与上述实施例中所述的油污水处理办法相一致,从而适用于含油泥量较高的油污水处理,且油污水可以得到有效的净化,处理效果良好,可以达到国家污水排放标准和油田回注水标准。该有益效果的推导过程与上述含油污泥的处理办法所带来的有益效果的推导过程大体类似,本文不再赘述。
具体地,气浮机可以设置有两个,一个作为一级气浮机、另一个作为二级气浮机,一级气浮机的入液口与旋液分离器的出液口连接,二级气浮机的入液口与一级气浮机的出液口连通、出液口与过滤罐的入液口连通。对油污水进行连续两次的气浮分离处理,而每次进行气浮处理时,都可以向气浮机内或管道内加入使悬浮颗粒絮凝的药物。所加药物包括PAM(Poly(acrylamide),聚丙烯酰胺)药液和PAC(Poly Aluminium Chloride,聚合氯化铝)药液。
进一步地,旋液分离器的出液口与一级气浮机的入液口之间设置有第三沉淀池,一级气浮机的出液口与二级气浮机的入液口之间设置有第四沉淀池,二级气浮机的出液口与过滤罐的入液口之间设置有第五沉淀池。如此设置,在油污水进行两次固液分离处理之间都包含一次沉降处理,可以使上一次分离处理之后,旋转或流动的油污水沉静,同时进行一次固液分离,然后再将沉降分离出的污水进行下一次分离处理,可以使净化和分离效果更好。
由于PAC药液在油污水内的反应时间越长,悬浮颗粒絮凝的效果越好、絮凝物越多,相比于现有技术的不同是,本实施例中,第二沉淀池及叠螺脱泥机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第一加药口,且旋液分离器和气浮机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第二加药口。若气浮机设置有两个,第二加药口可以位于与一级气浮机的入液口连通的管道上,而一级气浮机和二级气浮机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第三加药口。如此设置,PAC药液可以提前在管道内加入油污水中,然后在随同油污水在回形管道内流动一段时间再进入叠螺脱泥机或气浮机内进行固体和水分的分离,相比于直接将药液加入叠螺脱泥机或气浮机内,加长了药液的反应时间,使得对油污水的净化分离效果更好。
进一步地,旋液分离器和叠螺脱泥机之间的管道上设置有增压泵、且管道与旋液分离器的分离管束呈垂直连接且连通的结构。使油污水沿着与旋液分离器的分离管束相切的路线喷入分离管束内,随后在旋液分离器内进行离心旋转使油污水中不同质量的物质进行层次分离。如此设置,可增强油污水在旋液分离器内的旋转分离效果。
每一个净化处理设备内分离出来的油泥或浮渣等固体物质都需要进行再次净化处理才能排放或填埋。由于从叠螺脱泥机中分离出的油污水中的油泥含量已经明显降低,旋液分离器和气浮机内分离出固体物时总会包含部分污水,若污水包含较多,还需要先进行蒸干处理,耗时耗力。因此,本实施例中,旋液分离器、第三沉淀池、一级气浮机、第四沉淀池、二级气浮机及第五沉淀池的排污口均通过管道与第二沉淀池的池口连通,被分离出的油泥、絮凝物与部分污水夹杂呈流体状,通过各设备的排污口流出然后通过管道回流至第二沉淀池,与被放入第二沉淀池的油污水混合重新进行沉降,使得被分离出的部分污水可以混入油污水内进行再次净化处理。
而叠螺脱泥机和三相离心机的排污口处设置有油泥盛放装置,二者分离出的油泥中水分较少,可以直接将油泥收集以待后续热解焚烧处理,使油泥达到国家规定的排放标准。
过滤罐也可以设置为两个,进行一级吸附和二级吸附,如图2所示,一级吸附的过滤罐内可以放置石英砂,二级吸附的过滤罐内放置活性炭。
需要说明的是,三相离心机、旋液分离器、气浮机、叠螺脱泥机和过滤罐均是现有技术中的现有产品,本实施例是将他们进行组合连接,其各自的具体结构和工作原理都是污水处理领域的现有技术,本文不再进行赘述。而三相离心机、旋液分离器、气浮机和叠螺脱泥机均具有供液体进入的入液口和供液体流出的出液口、以及将被分离出的固体排出的排污口,三相离心机和旋液分离器还具有将油液分离排出的管口,以与油液储存容器相连接。
以四种成分含量不同的油污水作为样品,使用上述实施例中的油污水处理系统对四组样品按照实施例中油污水处理方法进行净化处理,并分别在初步三相离心分离处理处、脱泥处理处、气浮处理处、一级吸附过滤处理处、和二级吸附过滤处理处接样,对各环节处理后的油污水分别进行成分含量检测,各个环节处的检测结果及整个处理流程中的各成分的最低检测浓度/检出限,如下表1-4所示:

从表1-4中的显示的数据值,也可以得知,使用上述油污水处理系统按照上述油污水处理方法对油污水进行处理,处理效果良好。
可以理解的是,上述各实施例中相同或相似部分可以相互参考,在一些实施例中未详细说明的内容可以参见其他实施例中相同或相似的内容。本发明提供的多个方案包含本身的基本方案,相互独立,并不互相制约,但是其也可以在不冲突的情况下相互结合,达到多个效果共同实现。

1.一种油污水处理方法,其特征在于,包括有以下处理环节:
首次沉降处理,对待处理油污水进行至少一次的沉降处理,去除分离出的沉降物;
均质和初步三相离心分离处理,对沉降后的油污水进行加热和均质处理,然后进行固、液、水的初步三相离心分离处理,使所述沉降后的油污水中的油泥、原油、油污水分离;
再次沉降处理,对初步三相分离后的油污水进行再次沉降处理;
首次加药处理和脱泥处理,对再次沉降后的油污水进行首次加药处理,然后进行脱泥处理,使油泥及加药絮凝出的絮凝物与液体分离;
再次三相旋液分离处理,使用旋液分离技术对脱泥处理后的油污水进行再次三相旋液分离处理,去除油泥,分离轻质油和污水;
再次加药处理和气浮分离处理,对再次三相旋液分离处理后的污水进行再次加药处理,然后使用气浮法对再次加药处理后的污水进行气浮分离处理,使污水、剩余固泥及加药絮凝出的絮凝物分离;
吸附和过滤处理,对气浮分离处理后产生的污水进行吸附和过滤处理,去除污水中的重金属分子和悬浮颗粒;
排放或回收,吸附和过滤处理后的水进行排放或回收。
2.如权利要求1所述的油污水处理方法,其特征在于,在进行所述吸附和过滤处理之前,连续进行两次所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理。
3.如权利要求1所述的油污水处理方法,其特征在于,所述再次三相旋液分离处理与所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理之间、所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理与所述吸附和过滤处理之间,均设置有一次沉降处理。
4.如权利要求2所述的油污水处理方法,其特征在于,还包括将所述再次三相旋液分离处理与所述再次加药处理和气浮分离处理中,分离出的油泥及絮凝物均回流与所述均质和初步三相离心分离处理后的油污水混合,混合后的油污水继续进行所述再次沉降处理至所述排放或回收的处理;所述均质和初步三相离心分离处理与所述首次加药处理和脱泥处理中,分离出的油泥均进行热解焚烧处理。
5.一种油污水处理系统,其特征在于,包括有通过管道依次连通的第一沉淀池、均质罐、三相离心机、第二沉淀池、叠螺脱泥机、旋液分离器、气浮机和过滤罐,所述第一沉淀池设置有供待处理油污水进入的池口,所述过滤罐设置有供过滤后水排出的出水口,所述过滤罐内设置有用于对油污水进行吸附和过滤的物质。
6.如权利要求5所述的油污水处理系统,其特征在于,所述第二沉淀池及所述叠螺脱泥机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第一加药口,且所述旋液分离器和所述气浮机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第二加药口。
7.如权利要求5所述的油污水处理系统,其特征在于,所述旋液分离器和所述叠螺脱泥机之间的管道上设置有增压泵、且所述管道与所述旋液分离器的分离管束呈垂直连接且连通的结构。
8.如权利要求6所述的油污水处理系统,其特征在于,所述气浮机包括有一级气浮机和二级气浮机,且所述一级气浮机的入液口与所述旋液分离器的出液口连接,所述二级气浮机的入液口与所述一级气浮机的出液口连通、出液口与所述过滤罐的入液口连通,所述第二加药口位于与所述一级气浮机的入液口连通的管道上,所述一级气浮机和所述二级气浮机之间的管道呈回形结构并设置有供药剂加入的第三加药口。
9.如权利要求8所述的油污水处理系统,其特征在于,所述旋液分离器的出液口与所述一级气浮机的入液口之间设置有第三沉淀池,所述一级气浮机的出液口与所述二级气浮机的入液口之间设置有第四沉淀池,所述二级气浮机的出液口与所述过滤罐的入液口之间设置有第五沉淀池。
10.如权利要求9所述的油污水处理系统,其特征在于,所述旋液分离器、所述第三沉淀池、所述一级气浮机、所述第四沉淀池、所述二级气浮机及所述第五沉淀池的排污口均通过管道与所述第二沉淀池的池口连通,所述三相离心机和所述叠螺脱泥机的排污口处设置有油泥盛放装置。
