The ring-shaped adjusting device comprises a base, a first supporting arm, a second supporting arm, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and two telescopic sticks, the ring-shaped adjusting device is fixed on the adjusting device moving belt through the base, the first rotating shaft is connected with the base through the first supporting arm, the second rotating shaft is connected with the first rotating shaft through the second supporting arm, and the two telescopic sticks are respectively connected to two sides of the second rotating shaft; the operation panel is connected with the control end of the adjusting device moving belt through an electric connecting wire, and the operation panel is respectively connected with the driver of the first rotating shaft and the driver of the second rotating shaft through the electric connecting wire.
