Based on the above structure, the usage process of the alcohol detection device 16 is as follows: in an initial state, the alcohol detection device 16 is hidden in the steering wheel, the first processor 11 controls the output shaft of the electric push rod 161 to contract inwards, the pull rope 162 pulls the clamping sleeve 163 to rotate around the central axis of the clamping sleeve 163, the support rod 165 is driven to rotate around the central axis of the clamping sleeve 163 in the rotating process, and the support rod 165 drives the pipeline 166 and the bell mouth 167 to move out of the steering wheel and reach a place where a driver conveniently blows air; the driver's mouth is facing the bell 167 and blowing into the duct 166, and the alcohol sensor 168 can detect the alcohol content in the driver's exhaled air and transmit the alcohol content information to the first processor 11.
Further, the portable electronic device further comprises a clamping groove 4, wherein the clamping groove 4 is used for accommodating the bell mouth 167, and the electric push rod 161 is arranged below the clamping groove 4. In the initial state, the bell mouth 167 enters the card slot 4, so that the position of the alcohol detection device 16 is fixed, and the normal driving of a driver can be prevented from being influenced by random change of the pipeline 166 and the bell mouth 167 to a certain extent.
In order to remind the driver when the consciousness of the driver is lost or the consciousness is fuzzy, an alarm module 5 is further arranged, the alarm module 5 is electrically connected with the second processor 201, and the alarm module 5 comprises a buzzer 501 and a storage disc 502. Therefore, the alarm buzzer can give out a buzzing alarm when the driver is in the drunk state to remind the driver to drive the vehicle.

According to a second aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment further provides an intelligent vehicle, which includes a vehicle body, and further includes the above-mentioned vehicle start control system based on alcohol detection. The automobile starting control system based on alcohol detection in the embodiment adopts the system in the embodiment 1, has the same use mode, can be assembled on any existing automobile, can realize the early detection of whether a driver drinks or is in a drunk driving state, and cuts off a vehicle-mounted starting circuit if necessary to ensure the use safety of the automobile.
The vehicle start control system based on alcohol detection in embodiment 2 is installed based on the connection structure and manner of the components in embodiment 1, or may adopt any installation manner that is convenient to use.
The invention establishes a set of system for detecting and managing drunk driving behaviors in advance and an intelligent automobile, detects the state of a driver, sends a signal to a vehicle control system after confirmation that the automobile can be started, and simultaneously sends a screenshot or a video in the detection and confirmation process to an emergency contact person, thereby effectively preventing drunk driving or drunk driving behaviors. When the alcohol concentration of the driver exceeds the standard, the vehicle-mounted starting circuit is cut off through the first relay, so that the starting of the automobile is prevented, the high-risk driving behavior of the driver under the condition that the behavior awareness is out of control is further stopped, and the life and property safety of the citizens and the personal safety of law enforcement personnel of the traffic control department are ensured. Meanwhile, the alcohol detection device is adopted in the application, the problem that data is inaccurate due to the fact that an alcohol gas sensor is directly adopted to collect environmental data in the prior art is avoided, and the accuracy of drunk driving detection is improved. The alcohol detection device can be of a handheld box type structure or arranged on the steering wheel, and after the alcohol detection device is used, the alcohol detection device can be placed into the glove box or hidden in the steering wheel, so that the use convenience is improved.

Claims (9)

1. The motor vehicle starting control system based on alcohol detection is characterized by comprising a drunk driving judging and managing mechanism, a vehicle starting control mechanism and a vehicle-mounted starting circuit, wherein the drunk driving judging and managing mechanism is electrically connected with the vehicle starting control mechanism;
the drunk driving judging and managing mechanism comprises a first processor, a pressure sensor, a display module, a power supply module, an image acquisition module, an alcohol detection device and a first communication module, wherein the pressure sensor, the display module, the power supply module, the image acquisition module, the alcohol detection device and the first communication module are all electrically connected with the first processor, the pressure sensor is arranged on a driving seat, the alcohol detection device is used for detecting the alcohol content in the body of a driver, the image acquisition module is used for acquiring the image information of the driver on the driving seat, and the display module is used for displaying the image information acquired by the image acquisition module and the alcohol content information detected by the alcohol detection device;
the automobile starting control mechanism comprises a second processor, a first relay and a second communication module, wherein the first relay and the second communication module are electrically connected with the second processor;
the first relay is electrically connected with the vehicle-mounted starting circuit.

The vehicle start-up control system based on alcohol detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the alcohol detection device comprises a box body, a pipeline, a bell mouth and an alcohol gas sensor, the pipeline is arranged in the box body, the bell mouth is arranged at the outer end of the pipeline, the alcohol gas sensor is arranged in the pipeline, and the alcohol gas sensor is electrically connected with the first processor.

The system of claim 1, wherein the alcohol detection device is disposed on a steering wheel, the alcohol detection device comprises an electric push rod, a pull rope, a sleeve, a torsion spring, a support rod, a pipeline, a bell mouth and an alcohol gas sensor, the sleeve is sleeved on the steering wheel, the torsion spring is disposed in the sleeve, the electric push rod is disposed on a central axis of the steering wheel, the electric push rod outputs one end of the pull rope, the other end of the pull rope is connected with an outer wall of the sleeve, the support rod is fixed on the outer wall of the sleeve, the pipeline is disposed on the support rod, the end portion of the pipeline is provided with the bell mouth, the alcohol gas sensor is disposed in the pipeline, and both the alcohol gas sensor and the electric push rod are electrically connected with the first processor.
4. The alcohol detection-based vehicle start-up control system of claim 3, further comprising a slot for receiving the bell mouth, wherein the electric push rod is disposed below the slot.
5. The alcohol detection based vehicle launch control system of claim 2 or 3, wherein said drunk driving determination and management means further comprises a time relay, said time relay being disposed between said pressure sensor and said first processor.
6. The alcohol detection-based vehicle launch control system of claim 5, further comprising an alarm module, said alarm module electrically connected to said second processor, said alarm module including a buzzer and a memory disk.

The alcohol detection-based vehicle start control system according to claim 6, wherein the first communication module is connected to a remote intelligent terminal, and is configured to transmit the image information acquired by the image acquisition module and the alcohol content information detected by the alcohol detection device to the remote intelligent terminal, and simultaneously receive the control information transmitted by the remote intelligent terminal.

The alcohol detection-based vehicle start-up control system according to claim 7, wherein the second communication module is connected to the remote intelligent terminal for transmitting the vehicle position information and the vehicle start-up information and for receiving the control information transmitted by the remote intelligent terminal.
9. An intelligent automobile comprising an automobile body, and further comprising the alcohol detection-based automobile start-up control system according to claim 1.
